Pretty good experience. John was a good sales person. Low pressure. Felt like a good price on the car. Only disappointment was the tires- tread is pulling away. I feel they arent safe but the service dept deemed them safe- I disagree. They said it was common on a car that has been driven on gravel a lot- problem there is this car has 20k miles and virtually no rock chips so the gravel theory doesnt make much sense to me. I wonder if the service manager had a 16 year old driving to Dallas tomorrow, if he would truly be comfortable putting them in this car. Their claim was not having room because of the deal I got. Well, after I spend a grand on tires on a car I just bought- the deal really wouldnt end up that great. They werent willing to work with me on them- maybe we could have split the cost on a new set but that wasnt offered? That said, overall sales experience was fine sans my tire disappointment!
I bought a KIA optima from there a couple days ago i have a great time it was quick and painless i was in and out im an ex car salesman myself so i like to think i have high standards with salespeople and i was thoroughly impressed in all aspects. A lot of dealers treat me like a child because of my age i glad i didnt get that sense here it was a breath of fresh air .all in all thanks Rudy.
I love the selection and staff. Been working with Mike Lopez he knows his cars and sales ethics. Thanks for coffee and service.
Thw staff was super friendly, efficient, and helpful, they worked with my insurance company and fixed my car up in 2 days. Not to mention, they cleaned it for me too, inside and out for free. Great work, great company, great people!
Northetowne has been nothing but a headache. We have tried making appts for simple things like oil changes (to be told we dont need an appt.) then we show up without one, and are told they cant get us in without an appointment! But recently, our car needed a part and they were the only ones to have it. The first day, they forgot to put the part on the trunk for delivery. The second day, they sent the part to a different town - over 120 miles away! Geez guys, if you wanted us to come to you for service provide better service! And dont be so passive-agressive about delivering parts to people who can and WILL do the work. Advice - steer clear, nothing but rudeness. A part delivery took 4 days to drive a part less than 30 miles. Completely NOT what you want in a service department - maybe the sales are better, but Ill never know!
Run. They sold me a VW Passat and wouldnt fix what went wrong. The bank even says they are crooks.
Called them on an 2007 eclipse spyder pre-owned ;up front told the sales man i didnt want a huge car payment and no new car. My credit is pretty bad after divorce and such. Calls back a while later with good news 3000 for my truck trade with 500 dollars down. Ok. so excited was I saved for the 500 . Then sales rep says ok the only colors were have are purple blue. What....!!! Im suppose to be getting the 2007 eclipse nothing else was ever discussed. I had planned leaving for florida being my grandmother had just passed .I didnt trust my truck to make it that far.. so now im out the car I was excited about and trying to find someone else that can get me into a preowned vehicle.. very upset and dissatisfied. The sales rep. Got me confused with another client was his excuse. Cost me a great deal more Sir.
My daughter took her VW GTI in for an oil change after the tech over tightens the drain plug and strips the treads he then proceeded to lie about the damage he caused. His superiors supported his lie. This tech then tells my daughter that he couldnt change her oil and he did nothing at all (also a lie) and that the last place she took it to broke it and she needs to go back there. He didnt even bother to tell her the oil was leaking out, she had no idea it would be out of oil by the time she got home. She didnt even realize something was really wrong until a week later when her oil engine started to fail. I complained with the NorthtowneAutoGroup VW service manager Jay Gillihan who insulted my intelligence repeatedly by insinuating I dont know who works on my families automobiles! Next step small claims, unless she needs a new engine!
Amazing people
