I took a trip cross country and my brakes wore out. Went here to get them fixed. We were in a time crunch because of a wedding later that day. They did the job so fast! I went to Ihop and the car was ready before we even finished eating! The guy went out of his way to help us and gave me the better breaks for the same price. So generous and so kind in helping fix my car. Definitely the best car service I have ever had. Definitely a trust worthy and down to earth company. I had to write a review because it was so amazing. My brother and all of his friends said this was the best auto shop they had seen. Too bad we arent from this area!

I had a great first time experience with this auto shop and I will be returning. My brother recommended this shop to me as he has gotten his car fixed here a few times for different issues. Ash was very pleasant and reasonable. He worked in my brakes and he did a great job. I will be returning for other issues with my car.

The mechanics are very helpful and give you clear explanation of whats wrong with the car. They fixed up my car well and it was affordable.

The mechanic told me to be there at 9:00 Saturday morning and he would fix my starter.. had my car towed down there the mechanic called me and told me he wanted to charge me for a diagnostic I said no its a starter even aaa tow said it was my starter we didnt need a diagnostics... He got hateful said he wasnt going to fix my car told me to come and get it or hes going to charge me for storage.... Wow.. so I had to call AAA towing again they came and got the car I took it somewhere else to have it fixed... Bad attitude man had a bad attitude..

After searching for a repair shop I found One Stop. Was very impressed with the customer service and the pricing for the repairs. Was able to make an appointment and the service workers were really great! They actually listened to me questions, checked out the things I asked about and gave me solid answers. I was quoted a price of $600 to get my Stratus fixed and Ash the owner of this establishment was so kind so courteous and so very concerned about the condition of my car that for the price I was quoted he not only fix my Struthers my brakes my turn Runner but he also diagnosed things that was wrong with my car can you check my back brakes you dont get service like this anymore I thank God for One Stop Auto Repairs and I also think God for the owner Ash I found my new mechanic!!
