Great selection & prices!! The employees that I asked for help went out of their way to help me. I cant say enough about how nice and informative they were.

I have always enjoyed shopping at this store, but today after I got home from my shopping trip I found that the bananas that I just purchased were black on the inside. You could not tell from looking at them. I started dinner and purchased a celery root for my chicken soup. This item also was totally rotten on the inside. Very disappointed I called the store to inform them of what I found. I was dumbfounded when I was told by the produce manager that they would look into it. I asked about replacement of my items and I was told they do not provide a refund or replacement ooof produce items. I love buying organic and do not mind paying the high price, but I would like my produce to be edible. Very disappointed. I have shopped at natural grocers as long as they have been in Kalispell, but I dont think I will continue to shop there after such horrible customer service.

I found one of these in Denver, CO. Was so happy when I realized there was one next door to the Home Depot I just delivered to. Couldnt have been timed any better either cuz I was in need of healthy foods for my truck. Bothtimes I have gone to this grocery store I have discovered something new that I wanna try.

I live in the Kalispell area and have been a Natural grocery customer for years. I have been very pleased with their service up until now. I am disabled and currently use crutches or a walker to get around. The store doesn’t provide curbside service so I am unable to shop over the phone and pay with my card and must physically go inside the store. This is not been a problem in the past, as I usually call the store when I’m right out front in handicap parking and they will have someone run the electric cart out for me so I can shop at the store. However when I went to the store this past weekend I was told that they unable to do this for me on a regular basis in the future as they can’t pull staff from other areas of the store just to assist me for a few minutes.This is so wrong according to Americans with disability act (ADA), but I know everything is changed with Covid and short staffing in Flathead Valley. But because of this attitude I intend to take my patronage to another health food store in the area that appreciates my business whether I’m handicapped or not!

I went in for Arnica cream, but came away with that and more. The prices are good & selection is wonderful.

Natural Grocers is one of my favorite grocery stores. Prices for organic foods are fair and staff are always helpful. I have found the store is very clean and well laid out at every visit.

Check your receipt!!!!! The store is mostly a great place to shop, but the cashiers are under-trained. Most every time - no exaggeration - there has been an overcharge on my receipt. Its so frustrating!!!

I get overcharged for at least 1 item EVERY time I shop here. (Watch your receipts, everyone!) I’m fed up and just going to shop at Vitacost.com from now on (MUCH better prices and more options, plus 20% off coupons.)

Decent selection, not as expensive as other stores for some things and when they have a sale, boy do they have a sale. Staff is always pleasant and registers open quickly when lines get too long. My most visited health food store.

I always have high hopes here, however they cant seem to even come close. I have visited many Natural Groceries throughout various states and this one just doesnt compare. Here has the rudest people working. The cashiers can barley look up, say hello or anything beyond want a box. Oh and the latest - being laughed at over the phone when I called to reserve a turkey for the upcoming holiday. Not sure where they think laughing is the appropriate response. Im aware I am not calling to place my order early in the season but flat out laughing is beyond rude. Perhaps she thought I was a tourist?! As if that is an excuse. Needless to say Im over this place and am happy to take my business elsewhere.

If you want fresh and healthy food come here. I refuse to buy my fruit, vegetables, and meat anywhere else. This is quality food that is good for you. The employees are extremely nice and it is always an enjoyable place to be.

If youre looking for bulk grains and spices youre probably better off going to another health food store around here for better prices and more control over how much youre buying. The organic produce selection here is pretty much the best of any health food store Ive found here though, fresh organic staples and a few more unique things like pommelo fruit, local offerings and purple Japanese sweet potatoes. They also have a massive supplement section, I dont take supplements so its irrelevant to me. Oh yeah, and I get my shampoo and conditioner here.

Cashiers are rude they don’t say thank you EVER and rudely ask “do you want a box??”Joyce was our cashier today and just lost a customer.Every time they just disappoint. I have maybe had one nice transaction here at the register. A little friendliness is nice especially since every time we go here we spend 100.00-150.00 a pop.Not any more looking for another health food store where the cashiers are friendly. Other members of my family have noted how the cashiers are rude as well. Other than that the store is nice a clean and and organized.

This is a very cool store if you’re into Natural foods. There is every vitamin and supplement known to man in this store and I think they are pretty reasonable. Awesome customer service and a great crew of employees at the two that I’ve been in.

This store has some nice options for health food. Including dairy alternatives. The only thing I dont like is that their is no place to return carts outside. Carrying a box of groceries, a baby, and toddler, would be a lot easier if I could just keep everything in the cart until I get to my vehicle. But since their is no cart return outside, I juggle my groceries in one arm, carry the baby in the other, and yell at my toddler to stay right by my side. Other than that, this is a fun little store!

Very helpful and friendly staff! The manager assisted us in getting started with the rewards program and walked us through the steps in order to save $$ that same day. It was worth it to save 10% on our order! They also carried a lot of my favorite things like goat yogurt and flax milk. I was very happy with my visit and will be back! I would love it if they wouldstart carrying local farmer produce and meats or even a selection of game meats like elk.

Friendly employees, very knowledgeable workers, clean store, prices in line with other stores selling the same products. Any time theres a line at the registers they call for help - you almost never have to wait. They also offer classes and access to a nutritional health coach free of charge.

This is a great natural foods store. Their prices are significantly better than many of the natural food chains. They have a good selection of vegan and vegetarian options, bulk foods, beverages and supplements. The staff was very friendly. If we lived in this area, this would become our regular grocery store.

Good place to shop for healthy food

Wonderful store. Well lit and nicely stocked. The groceries, produce, vitamins and supplements, etc. are good quality at a fair price.

Great source of natural/organic food and supplements. One thing I noticed about the prices of supplements though, is that they are all over the place: two similar products from different manufacturers can be 2-3x different in price. I wish there would be fewer supplements to choose from and better prices. Does the store really need to carry 20-30 different Vitamin B-12 supplements, ranging from a few bucks to $35 or more? I think it would also be impossible for employees to be able to make a good product recommendation because there is simply too much variety in every category.

Everything in this store was overpriced and the produce was not fresh. I bought blackberries, put them in my fridge when I got into Glacier National Park 2 hours later realized that they all had mold on them and I was not driving back 2 hours to return them.

The store is amazing and I really love almost all the peoples personalities but the manager smells really bad every time I see her kinda like rotting onions, shes a really nice person but I cant stand to be by her smelling that. Also some of the people have potty mouths and are very direspectful.
