Superb customer service even though they need workers. Workers are very helpful finding stuff or answering questions

I was standing in a line from the front of the store to the back of the store I shouted to the cashier who was an older woman did everyone else leave to leave you in charge and she said no everyone else is stocking shelves there were 2 or 3 other employees in the store. The older woman who was the cashier didnt bother to call someone else up to help until I got to the front of the line. I have sympathy for short staff because its happening everywhere but try to stay a little longer after closing to do the shelve stocking and focus a little more on helping the customer please!

The store in Kalispell itself is great but online ordering and corporate customer service is terrible. Shipping is unclear with the online ordering. Eventually, I had several cases which did not have stock in there store so automatically set to UPS shipment. That in itself was unclear. As I added to the order, the shipping seemed to cap out. I had already selected to have the item shipped so was pleased to see that shipping was feasible as it did not increase. Several times I removed and added to my order and it appeared to be as such. I did have cases which informed me that I had to pick up at the store so I removed them leaving only what I thought would ship. I work in information technology so am familiar with software applications but even this was confusing. Some shipping was automatic but for every item thereafter, I needed to specify shipping and some they would only be able to pick up at the store. NOTHING WAS CLEAR. Furthermore online customer service is TERRIBLE !!!!!. I ended up cancelling a $100 order and will never order online again from them and I doubt Ill even frequent the store in the future as this experience was so terrible.

I have been searching for a camper sink plug since last summer and finally found exactly what I needed at the dollar tree. Shelves were well stocked, there wasnt freight blocking aisles and the staff was friendly. Itll be my next go-to place for somewhat odd items Im searching for.

Like most other dollar outlet stores great place to hunt for odds and ends or low cost items but also like other stores of this type there inventory changes regularly which makes hard to answer several of the questions on what you can buy

I love seeing what finds me at Dollar Tree! I go mostly for the seasonal merchandise. However, I know Im going to have a bear of a time maneuvering the store because of boxes in the aisles. I also always dread seeing the cashier that rambles on and on about her personal life. Supposedly shes been talked to about this but still doesnt get the memo to be quiet. She and the tight aisles make me wish I lived closer to the Whitefish location. The other staff, while not overly friendly, are helpful and not annoying. I will wait longer to go in someone elses line to check out.

True they have a lot of stuff there and we shop there often. But, the store needs to be cleaned up! The staff there can be rather rude. Nothing like talking to yourself as you are checked out. Needs attention from management.

This particular location of an otherwise fun chain is not at all a positive shopping experience. The aisles are too narrow to fit 2 people side-by-side, so it was a constant shuffle and apologies as I tried to look through the disorganized goods. There is a sense of rushed chaos, and then the RIDICULOUSLY slow cashiers compound the misery. I would rather pay five times the cost of a card next door at target than lose half an hour to its purchase here. Oh and the cashier was rambling on and on, not paying attention to her task and loudly cursing her register, and then basically told me how masks (like the one I wore) are not really necessary unless you are, like, REALLY old or something.

OMG it was like a mad house, so many people shopping. It was truly amazing, I love shopping at the dollar tree

This place is great the staff are friendly and do there best to help you if you need help the only thing that can be challenging is the fact that the isles are small and cramped but for a dollar store I can find so many things that I need for way less then anywhere else in town

Everytime we come here the store is busy and the managers have 1 new employee on the till and another who would get more people out the door if she didnt BS so much and the managers are always outside smoking

Love it!!! I literally can find pretty much all my stuff I need here. Decided after years of spending lots of money on school supplies to try out the Dollar Tree. And I found about 90% of what I needed and paid only $44!!!That would have easily of been a hundred plus dollars at a bigger box store. They also have toys, household needs, car needs, hair and bath needs and good. I would say you defiantly are missing out if you dont check this store out. And paying more!!

The Dollar Tree seems something of a marvel to many. Dollar Tree sells the things you see in many places throughout conglomerates all over the world, yet they do so at a price that even the lowest waged people can afford. I dont quite care how it is done. It is a place that doesnt have to be trend setting or cool as a whole in society. It has many locations because it works. So, quit thinking Target is the place to be, go to the Dollar Tree.

Forgot a bag inside and the ONLY person on register took the time to chase me down outside to make sure I didnt walk off. 10/10 experience with the customer service.

Anything and everything you could ever want to find and everything is a dollar. A very great place for party favors and supplies. I love this store.

Dollar Tree is a great store to find cheap small things greeting cards are $0.50 they have a nice food section and a few cleaners and snacks and candy is also a good price there they also have seasonal things for the holidays Christmas Valentines Day Easter but most of the stuff is rather cheap made in China so you get what you pay for

Everytime that I go in, the staff is friendly and helpful. Sometimes there is stock in the isles but, not too often. The location can be real busy, for a good reason.

The bargains in this store are amazingly. Recently I purchased everything we need for an emergency preparedness kit for less than $100.

Very disappointed with the customer service of the management team of this location. Instead of working with me in exchanging or even refunding the wrong products that were purchased, I was told that I was just out of luck. I rather pay more money somewhere else then go back to dollar tree Kalispell.

Aisles are cramped and it is difficult to enjoy the trip through when constantly being jostled or asked to step aside. I normally love this franchise, but the layout of this branch makes it a very unpleasant shopping experience.

I was in this afternoon and overheard two ladies who work there loudly and rudely talking about a younger girl using food stamps. Please speak to them. They are older and were on checkstand 1 and 2. If theyre going to do it, atleast do it when other customers are not around. It doesnt look good on your store.

The store is a little cluttered but its always got what I need, even stuff I dont know I need til I see it and go oh yeah... I could use that.. The staff is friendly and when you ask where something is they know just the spot.
