Of course they have good prices for food and merchandise so that’s well known, I also like the variety of different things you can shop for and the best thing about Walmart for me is they actually carry my favorite popcorn everywhere else has stopped getting it and I’m shamelessly addicted to the stuff so the fact that they carry it got them their 4th star, it would have been 5 but they tend to be way too busy for my liking and there’s an abundance of sus people that be doing crazy stuff in their pajamas and although entertaining my anxiety goes through the roof!

Walmart could be a really good store. I feel that if they would pay a good wage and benefits, they may actually get some employees that are willing to work, and not only work but be helpful and friendly. I can’t remember the last time I had good service here. They have too many customers to be that short staffed and it ultimately causes a very un pleasant shopping experience. I now try to go elsewhere.

I have ordered online multiple times with no issues for food items. I show up to pick up my order and for some reason their system is stating that I have to pay cash for a certain amount of food that Ive never had an issue with that before and theyre telling me that they cannot go in and see what items are trying to be charged for cash and what items are trying to be charged for food and they are unwilling to even look or deal with it no one seemed sympathetic so I had to cancel my whole order when Ive been waiting two whole days for the slot that I picked because of how busy they have been to get my food and now I have to go shopping and get all these things when I should have conveniently been able to pick up my order from Walmart no issues. Manager didnt really care manager didnt even really try to resolve the issue they just basically told us well sorry and that was pretty much it no one really cared to solve our problem and I will not be ordering from pick up again because everyone there that I spoke with on the phone trying to get it figured out was not very nice and didnt really care to resolve our problem.

Great souvenir area in the front middle of the store, they didnt have everything I need such as Windex. Great employees.

Im from Utah and I gotta say, it would be nice if the locations around me were this nice. Being a manager for so many years it is extremely refreshing that every employee I saw was on task and super friendly. One of the best Walmarts Ive ever been to, and thats saying something.👍

Not worth standing in line for 40 minutes and then some. 3 maybe 4 cashiers working with lines of carts pushed aside because the wait is so long. Get the managers up there and contribute to the cashiers! Have fun during black Friday this year.

Hands down, this was the worst experience I have had at any Walmart. No major issue occurred, but the wait times (which I dont normally mind at all) and the amount of people trying to fill each spot in the store made the trip a horrible one! As always, the prices are fine at Walmart, and the staff was friendly enough. Im just not interested in going back to the Kalispell Walmart any time soon!

Longest lines in town. Why not just get more employees at checkouts instead of employees standing around in the isles and not very knowledgeable on products. We asked if there are any other shorts, 3 employees said no, 1 isle over we found shorts in sporting goods, 2 star is being generous.

First: This store needs more checkers for one. I stood in line for at least 25 minutes.Second and most important: I didn’t get all my groceries I paid for! The checker needs to spin the thing around enough you know you have all your bags!!!

Self checkouts were at least 20 customers deep (full carts, mostly), one cashier. All other employees absentee or stocking. In the produce section there were NO PRODUCE BAGS. Do they not want to sell their products? Seriously? I dont have the time to waste on this nonsense.Take some pride in your store. Staff it. Stock it. Maintain it. If you cant take basic pride in your business, maybe its time to close.

I was really disappointed not to find any sanitizer or wipes for the shopping carts. Do you people realize that the covid vaccine doesnt protect against the DELTA virus is on the rise. I just cant believe that so many people are naive.

Lets see, the store was full of customers the self-checkout lanes were completely full with lines going back into the store. And there was only two checkout lanes open that were also backed up into the store. I think that store has 24 checkout Lanes and only two were opened. It reminded me of the good old days when Kmart was around.

Great. The same as every other Walmart. The app is great for locating items. They have Glacier/Montana souvenirs.

Shelves were empty. 15 to 20 people standing in line at the self checkout and the 3 cashiers that were there. I drove 96 miles to shop there...Im going to shop elsewhere, probably in Idaho...they do much better.

Have to go to Walmart when we need to go to Kalispell. Lots of holiday cooking items. Some items out of stock, but probably not for long!

Has everything one could need. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy checkout and in the beautiful area of Kalispell!

The people that work at this Walmart are definitely doing all they can to accommodate the influx of summer traffic. I find them pleasant and hardworking!

After being unable to find the item in stock at my local store i tried to call the kalispell, mt store and ask if they had it in stock but there was nobody to answer the phone and was hung up on 3x. The only person whom i was able to speak to was at customer service and she was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

I don’t expect great customer service at Walmart, but I do have an expectation that I will find what I am looking for. To say the Kalispell store has in-stock issues is the understatement of the century. Yesterday I went in for three items and all three were empty on the shelf. As I looked around I found that most departments had huge holes from top to bottom in excess of 16’ in some cases. I shop Walmarts in other towns and can almost always get what I need. This Walmart is consistently terrible.

Shelfs getting bare. Long lines do to lack of workers and calling in sick

Dirty bathrooms and food choices were slim on fresh produce.

Shelves were empty of alot of basics. Poor selection of organic & gluten free products.

Lots of variety and they run great clearance sales along the way.

Do NOT go here. Horrible customer service. CHRYSS (apparently their front end manager ) walks around and does nothing. Pushed a cart around and talked to another cashier. No urgency even though his front end lines were crazy long. Returns counter - 1 cashier - struggling to finish 1 return while I waited in line for 10 minutes and got no where. Another customer in front of me had been been waiting 42 minutes...Do not shop here and definitely dont try to use the customer service counter here. BAD bad experience. Giving walmart a bad name. Hire better people.

Going in the morning was pleasant. Wasnt crowded at all. I was in awe! Well stocked

They need to learn how to answer the phone! They have cheap prices, but not the most ideal customer service. If you’re on a serious budget, this place is for you. If you’ve got more money than you know what to do with, you may wanna consider shopping somewhere that’ll give you the service you deserve

While sure, you can find stuff here, trying to find anything in store you need amidst a chaotic and understaffed mess is hard to do. Almost no lanes are EVER open, maybe 3-6 at once but this leaves the other 12 closed. Theres even products that are labeled as different things for more cost, despite being the same thing and quantity. Ive provided a photo proving just one thing I meant.

One downfall is how crowded it is. Succulents or cacti for indoor gardening are a given at most Walmarts.

Please walmart, be aware that the cardboard moving boxes are full of mycotoxins from being shipped in a humid shipping container from overseas. I purchased 20 and plabed them in my car. Big mistake. It was ugly.Super toxic.

Go early on Sunday if you want a quick in and out or a solo shopping trip

Walmart is just a place to pick up and go. Lots of parking and usually a decent value. Bought a cooler for tomorrows road trip. 17.99.

Lately this Walmart has been going down hill when it comes to customer service... Some employees there can only do one thing at a time and its NOT helping customers... Or they dont know where something is because they dont work that department... Done too polson theyre more friendly and helpful...

Better then Missoula or Kalispell. Always well stocked

Long lines, basically only the self check out worked, took longer to pay than shop. If youre going here hoping for easy in and out, plan ahead.

If a business cant figure out how to properly take pickup orders it shouldnt be offering them still... Literally was just on the phone asking why my order was canceled. Theyre answer was oh its because its a new account. They couldnt confirm my payment...even though they were given ALL of my card information when I placed said pickup order. Utterly disgusted at the lack of intellegence; and just pointing out this was the same card Id normally use and have used in walmart many times...sad to think they probably declined my order due to lazy staff :/ how sad.

The Kalispell store is a joke. I asked 4 associates for help, just looking for an item, and all I got was a shrug and “I dunno know” when I asked if they had a general idea of the item location one associate got snappy with me. Awful customer experience. 0/10.

Having been to every state in the US, I can say without any doubt that this is the worst Walmart I have ever experienced. The lack of inventory is appalling. I understand running out of items occasionally but this store takes it to a whole new level. Regardless of what day of the week or time of day, shelves are bare. I only go there when it is absolutely necessary and would seriously dance a jig if this miserable excuse for a store went out of business.

It was terrible. They were so short staffed that they only had 3 checker. The lines were similar to Black Friday. I know its not Walmarts fault. This is happening everywhere. How are people surviving without jobs? 😕

Lines to check out(including self check)v out were outrageous. Need to add more self check outs or hire more people to be on the register.. they have so many people on the floor that the registers and self checkouts just are not working like thy should.. i would dread going to the kalispell wal mart if I lived there… i would rather travel to Missoula, much more efficient

Clean, well stocked. Had actual registers open instead of forcing you to use self check out. Self checkout sucks.

Its terrible anymore! I looked for an employee and finally just called the store number. Waited 15 minutes for someone to come. All I needed was a couple keys made. But guess what? I left with no keys and they got to keep their shopping cart with other things I had planned to purchase. I choose to believe that staff is trying to do their best but its hard.

Found exactly what we were looking for at a very reasonable price. Great customer service!

I shop WalMart frequently for RV supplies. This location desperately needs stock. Many shelves were completely empty. It was very disappointing. Hope you have a better experience.

When we got off the plane the first place we go is to this Walmart to get the food and things we need for our vacation. When we were there at 2PM in the afternoon on a Saturday it was crowded and we waited on line 20 minutes to check out.

Its a Walmart.That being said its a clean store with great prices! They just revamped the store and moved many of the departments around. At first this may confuse shoppers but the end goal is to make everything easier to find!Great product selection, excellent prices and choice of brands, and the customer service is friendly and helpful.

Did not have a good selection of items. Did not have Aloe for sun burns or any soy sauce.

We are RVers but the parking at Kalispell is more like a homeless camp. Since we have a duelly Pickup we need to park away from the store. I was almost afraid to leave my vehicle. There were a lot of schooly and run down with people hanging out everywhere. Overnighter are one thing but turning a supermarket into a homeless camp is another. We had been there twice 3 days apart and many of the same Vehicles were still there.

Friday night and this place has 1 cashier checking people out and only 1/2 of their self checkout machines open. Which of course led to a line spanning half the store for checkout. I would consider this store severely mismanaged.

Very busy the day we went but the folks were still willing to take time out to answer questions and show us the way of needed.

A bit overcrowded, and shelf stocking is pretty poor. Checkout lines are always long because they almost exclusively use the self checkouts. I fully understand that staffing could be an issue playing into it.

Always crowded but not like a concert. Employees clearly marked for customer service needs.prices are good enough that i go there first. They have the option of going online to order it if its not in the store. Groceries can be ordered online and an employee brings them to your vehicle if going in the store is not an option.

Lazy employees, unregulated checkout lines, poorly stocked products and just absolutely the worst place to shop.Should be -1 star.Self checkout is meant to make shopping faster. It doesnt work when you allow a customer with 2 full carts to spend a half hour at a register. Meanwhile, there were half a dozen other customers who only had one or two items forced to wait. And Im pretty sure I overheard a lady tell her kid to be quiet! I know mommy didnt scan it, its ok. Times are tough, I get it. But when I see 5 employees standing in the aisle talking and at least 10 registers not in operation, I have to call it what it is. Ludicrous! Its bad enough that the prices are almost unbearable, but to then have to deal with an overcrowded store and employees lounging in the aisles while paying customers are essentially forced to do the work themselves. Once again I had to search through multiple boxes of mens shoes to find a matching pair. Every box had two different sizes, or two left shoes, or only one. The meats section is chaos. My poor wife had to take a weeks worth of meats to the price scanner because nothing was labeled or on the proper shelf. I can not buy clothes here anymore. The mens pants section is always empty. Do you honestly believe that every shipment for the last 3 months has had no mens jeans? Thats what I keep getting told by every employee Ive asked. I know the country is struggling, but its absolutely astonishing that the employees are allowed to shirk their responsibility to a paying customer for any reason. Self checkout should be better regulated. Whats the point if it actually makes the shopping experience less convenient, less enjoyable, and more frustrating? And dont offer the online option. Not once in the last 2 damn years have they had what I needed. And when they do, for some reason it takes all day. I ordered groceries for dinner last week, waited an hour and a half and still got the wrong items. Sorry were super understaffed. Is that ok? I can go look, but were really busy. Thats what the employee told me. I had already called my wife and had her order pizza. My family was eating dinner before the employee brought out my order! The place is a joke and the worst part is that the employees know it and they dont care. If you dont have to shop here, then dont!

Lines were HORRIBLE. I love Walmart but I hate the fact that the lines are insane.

Had to wait awhile, but the gent that brought out my order was very polite & professional it was worth the wait.

This Walmart is NEVER stocked, and has horrible customer service! Carts are never at the door ( with 3 kids it’s a pain) I’m sorry I shouldn’t have to go back outside to get a cart. Then when you hit a service we waited 15min before we went and hunted someone down and he said he would be right there and we had to go hunt again after another 15mins! Oh and to top it off I tried to get ahold of this Walmart for work about a month ago (witch they need) and the mail box is full on the HR phone and no one answered so that I could bring in my Resume. (I do have a new amazing job so I’ll let that go) Get it together!! Waiting in line for 30min or more because there is no one doing their job or are you really that low staffed. If you are I recommend you actually answer your phone when someone calls so you can get people in there.

They are always out of at least half of the things I need to buy. They always have minimal cashiers but that is to be expected from Walmart. The employees seem friendly enough.

This Walmart had lower amounts of stocked items than Ive noticed before. Its just a smaller version of walmarts thanIm used to.

Cheep, Bright, And there is never enough cashiers and people waiting in huge lines they literally have like 16 registers and most of the time Im only three of them have employees at them you think with a cheap as the places they could afford to put a few extra cashiers up front.

Usually items are not in stock and have to be ordered or coming in on next truck. Found this to be more and more common issue with wal mart.Im disabled and have to do grocery order pickup due to my disability have gone in the store to see if items not substituted were out if stock to actual find item on shelf and the worker failed to even substitute the item. This happens often unfortunately and dictates me having to go to other stores to get items needed.

Went to Wally world today, why? Yep asked myself that after l stormed out! They actually had everything I was looking for, first time thats happened since beginning of covid,Lines where a mile long! This has never been a good store,, I realize nobody wants to work znymore,,, but they have never hadxa good work force,, done with thus store, truly no need for it!!
