Ive been going here during my stay at the hotel up the road and I love this place. Starbucks inside, great food selection, friendly staff ready to answer any of your questions. Very versatile deli selections and their food is always delicious. Being connected with Safeway, with your phone number, you can save money/get deals. Have yet to have a bad experience, well worth it!!

Smaller store, but it has a good variety of items offered even though its a bit of a smaller store. Makes it easy to find things and navigate through aisles. The employees are always very kind and even though there could be a few people in the checkout line, I dont ever have to wait very long. They even have a Starbucks in there.

I keep hearing how this place has great fried chicken, but three times Ive bought some here and every time it has been dry and leathery and just gross. And the staff are usually too busy to help you find things that they end up not having there anyway. I give up!

Had exactly what I needed and was in and out in a jiffy! Staff is always kind and friendly and must be a good company to work for. Ive seen the same faves there for years!

I like this store most of the time. The floral department is very nice. Monopoly game is pretty cool too. I find I like shopping there when they have stuff on sale vs full price because its a little over priced. Overall its decent and I prefer shopping here over most stores in the valley.

Fantastic customer service. Matthew in meat department, Jan cashier, Starr cashier, Shaun produce and the entire cast of Flathead HS baggers work hard to make the shopping experience easy. I forgot to mention Darcy and Anthony... and may not have named all of the people on all of the shifts, but it is a very friendly store

Shelves are well stocked, employees are pleasant. We love their meat counter and reasonable prices.

Great beer selection and gluten free foods.

The layout of the store is alright for the most part. Starbucks is up front and the bathrooms are back near the pharmacy and the deli. The store itself is usually clean and uncluttered. The prices are on the higher side and that does not reflect the quality of the product. Do not shop here if you are in a hurry. Even if you only have two items to purchase, you are likely to be waiting in one of the two checkout lanes for more than ten minutes. I have never had a pleasant encounter with any of the cashiers. I shop here only when it is necessary or convenient.

Had left my ID and card at home. I wrote a check and after shopping there for 30 years 2 of my kids worked there do to everyone else moving in my check was denied. Glad to know we still take your check at DMV. Rules are rules and I left. Even for us locals.

Store was fairly clean and getting checked out was quick. Their meat department is always good. Steaks are a dream, never had a bad one.

Kinda spendy but they do have the best cuts of meat in the valley.

For grocery stores this is by far the most expensive in flathead valley. I only come here if I need something heading out of the west side of town

When I moved to Kalispell I needed to find a new market. Well I found mine. Albertsons takes care of me every time. All the checkers are fast and curious. I even met a checker who had been there for over 30 years. Says something about the company. Thanks Albertsons for making my move easier.

Love Albertsons..their little pre made packages are the best, clean and organized store...customer service is top notch. Parking is easy, has a gas station.

Usually theyre pretty good. They did not mark down wilting flowers, also they do not give veterans discounts.

I always enjoy shopping here. Great selection & variety of things I need. The only issue is the prices are a lil higher than some other stores. That wont stop me from continuing to shop here though.

Wonderful service! I went to a cashier “Dylan” and himself and his baggage boy “Dalton” had a line going into the isles and managed to get us out of the store quicker then a flash, I would recommend! Friendly staff, and great sales!

I was disappointed that the items advertised Wednesday were gone and the clerks attitude wasoh well, you missed it. While I understand that the specific brand I went for was gone, no options to replace it with something else were offered. Prices were also higher for same items found at two competitors... and none were on sale. Very disappointing shopping trip.

Very friendly staff that helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They took the time to walk me right to it. Price was great, especially if you plan on buying multiple items. Lost one star due to the fact that I couldnt find what I was looking for without help.

Wow, were looking for 9 volt batteries for smoke detectors . As soon as we walked in, we saw it... battery center. Didnt have to walk through the whole store. AND they were on sale!!

I shop here all the time because it is close.... however it is by far the coldest store I have ever been in. It can be 100 degrees outside and you still have to wear a sweater in there. I do like the upgrades they have made like the fresh soup bar and wings. The Starbucks is nice also.

Very disappointed that Albertsons employees were rather rude about not mask wearing despite having a concussion. Definitely supporting other businesses from here on out. There are other stores that are being gracious to their customers.

Pretty good grocery store. Prices are higher than other grocery stores around but sale prices are pretty good. Never had a problem with any associates. The Deli has really good fried chicken and salads. Usually busy but a quiet store which I like.

The only 2 reasons I come here is because its so close and fruit here is pretty good. Other than that, I would rather shop at Smiths or even Walmart. Reason being, every single meat product I have purchased here has gone bad SO QUICKLY. Like the next day beef will already be brown and have a smell. Everything is more expensive here. However, the employees here are very friendly and nice.

Its a smaller grocery store which reminds me of a Kroger. It pretty much have the basic essentials your grocery, baby needs, personal care. Theres also a Starbucks inside. It can be a one stop shop

I got ripped off at register. Got charged for a full package of celery ($1.99) instead of for the two tiny loose pieces that I had. Also at seafood counter, the lady refused to give me the shrimp in the front that I asked for and insisted on giving me the shrimp in the back that was freezer burned saying she just got it out of a package. it wasnt what I wanted. I would hope the manager would set these people straight. I will not go in that store again.

Went on in to get a few products and went through the self checkout one of the most confusing self-checkout in the valley I asked for help but the lady was too busy talking to her coworkers finally she came on over did not help me just looked at me so I just took my card out left my groceries and will never go back again

As a Real Estate Agent in the Kalispell and Whitefish Montana area, this is one of my favorite grocery stores as a one stop shop for all our familys needs. Their deli has my favorite salads, they have an expansive wine selection, & it also has a Starbucks so we can enjoy our drinks while we shop!

Albertsons has the best fried chicken, of the grocery stores here n Kalispell, however, that about all i buy there, even though their store is closer to my house. If you dont pay attention to what your paying, they manage to over charge VERY often! Seems their on dale items are often not the reduced price, at the register! Also often an item will be a higher price in one location than another, in the same store! Its just enough of an annoyance, to cause me to shop at supper one😁

I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. My wife came in to get groceries and forgot to use her WIC card. When she asked the cashier for help he had her unload all of the groceries and half way through re scanning decided to go on lunch. She was moved to another line and had to stand and wait to be helped. Then she was treated very poorly by the other lady. They refused to refund any money or try to transfer the amount over so we were forced to pay for groceries twice. Which isnt easy on a tight budget with 3 kids. I live less than 5 minutes from Albertsons and after this I will gladly drive across town to shop else where. I will never step foot in Albertsons again.

Was at Albertsons last night. My cashier was a red headed gal. When I arrived in the checkout she was the only one open, and there was a rather large line. There were other employees visibly walking around and chatting while the line piled up.. eventually the gal paged for backup. The manager (I assume she is a manager because I frequently hear her barking orders at people when I am there..) (Darcy) comes and opens a check out stand. She was SUPER rude to the gal that was checking my line out.. loud enough for all of the customers around to hear her. I have been in the customer service industry my entire life, and have also had authority over employees and my biggest pet peeve is when management is mean/disrespectful/rude to their employees in front of customers. The gal asked Darcy a question and she ignored her.. the question was pertinent to getting the customer she was dealing with on her way.. so she said her name a little louder, and Darcy turned around and snapped her head off. She asked her questioned and Darcy turned back around and mumbled under her breath.. no one heard what she said, so the gal said. “What?” Because she needed to know what to do. Darcy yelled “ JUST A MINUTE”. She was beyond rude and unprofessional. This isn’t just one time I have witnessed Darcy, talking to this particular employee in this manner, as I am a regular and frequent the store multiple times a week. I have heard her talk about personal things in front of customers that is unprofessional and been rude to other employees as well. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I really hope management can do something about her behavior because it is most convenient for me to shop at Albertsons, but I literally want to leave every time I walk in and see her because someone like that should not have a job in customer service nor management.
