The place is usually clean & pretty well stocked and most of the employees are friendly (both to me & my dog). =) One store whose employees are always actually working and not just standing around talking or hanging out (unless its with guests & their pets!) Haha

Ive always wanted to go to hobby lobby. I was disappointed though. I was hoping for more modern decor, dried plants and just more unique things. Instead I found a Joanns fabric yawn. To bad a place like that cant have a dollar section like me target with cute basic shapes and more on trend greenery.

Who doesnt love Hobby Lobby ? We go and usually find things we didnt even know we needed and they have a vast selection of kid friendly art as well. This location in particular has undergone a negative change in recent months- it may be due to covid or new management but the staff in there now is not what youd expect at a hobby lobby. My daughter was almost hit in the head on two separate occasions from staff carrying things and when Id say oh excuse us the staff didnt even acknowledge we were standing there. On a positive note at least we know they are working hard to keep the place stocked even if it makes the customer service suffers. 🙃 Thr reason we still give it 4 stars is like I mentioned you can still get the same goods youd expect to find in other locations and when it first opened the customer service was also what youd expect at other locations. We are hoping this is a fluke in the C S department for now.

Love the beautiful displays and the 40% coupon, if you can find something you want not already marked down. However, very frustrated today with them not posting prices on things like command strips. Discovered the price for them in Christmas is nearly double Michaels price and only 25% off. Dont buy things without prices and glad I didnt. Very helpful associates. Love the atmosphere.

I love this place. They have every color of paint that you can want. From alcohol paint, acrylic, oil, model car paints and all the types of fabric paints-(glossy, puffy, metallics, glitter) paint pens. You name it, they have it. And, every style of paint brush too. And, much, much more! There is literally something for everyone. Your inner hobbyist will thank you.

I love going into Hobby Lobby. Not only does it offer a great variety of crafting supplies, but other items as well and they display them in suggestive and creative ways. There is always associates moving around when help is needed who are pleasant and willing to help.

Okay, we all know that Hobby Lobby is a big box store anymore. Now, that being said, let me tell you, the ladies that work at this one in Kalispell are so sweet and friendly. If they dont know the answer, they find out for you. I love to cross-stitch and they almost always have what I need! In the world of needle arts, I know some you know that is a rare find anymore. I love DMC floss and they have quite the selection. I am starting to know people by their names because I go in there in so much. My wife loves to embroider and paint with water colours. Their paint selection is wonderful as well. We both enjoy going to Hobby Lobby, now, if our paychecks could grow to support our habits....😁

Some staff needs to learn the store a little more before telling someone that they dont have an item when its two rows down otherwise everybodys really nice.

LOVED IT!! We are from Canada and we were amazed. I am coming back with more money!! They have a lot of home decor stuff that I loved. While there we had a little mischievous fun (see picture).

I enjoy the shopping experience there, but you spend longer in line than your shopping time.

Well stocked, clean and filled with a wonderful staff. Items are easy to find and you should be able to find all of your crafting needs. Everyday furniture is 30% off and frames are 50% off. Plus, just walking around gives you lots and lots of ideas for projects of your own.

Most of the staff is rude and very judgmental. Lost my family and friends business.

Its one of my favorite places to go. I love that they have free idea/DYI pamphlets and papers hanging throughout the store on each aisle for you to take home. Theyre all the same size so theyre pretty easy to make into your own idea books.

Please check your packages for the required items. I bought a handprint kit set their months ago and hopes to use it after my daughter was born.I just open the package and its supposed to have paint & clay in there no paints and the clay was hard as a rock.The clay had clearly been opened with the original packaging left in the box and the clay in a ziplock bag. Im totally bummed I live an hour away from the store and with the virus going around will not be traveling there anytime soon. In my area they do not sell items like this that is why I purchased it here. I could have made do without the paint but the clay is one of the main ingredients to make this project work. I did contact the manager and he was very polite and apologetic but at this point there is nothing they can do unless I return the package. Which wont be happening anytime soon due to the virus. I believe that the employees should check the packages and make sure when something is returned that it has all the items that are required. Totally disappointed will be checking everything next time I buy from there. I would have put a picture of what I got but its not letting me.

Cant say enough good about Hobby Lobby. Love that place. Prices are always amazing. And the coupon that you can get daily on their app is very helpful. The sales people there are also very helpful; they will keep looking until they can find what youre looking for.

Theyve got, almost, every hobby you can think of. The staff is friendly and helpful. Theyre a little short of model railroad sets. They had 2 N-scale starters and 4 HO-scale starters, a few HO-scale cars and no N-scale cars, and no buildings in any scale. That is my only problem with them and its not a major one.

One of my happy places---I can wander for an hour or two just looking at their shelves. Friendly helpful staff. Love the Christian music that plays in their stores. Prices are amazing, seems like somethings always 40% off, just have to look.

Uhh....my first visit to a Hobby Lobby was ridiculous! I bought enough stuff the completely deck out my guest room, then went back in and bought a cart load of oink related stuff for my sisters birthday! Its a good thing this store is not in the town I live in!
