Last week we took the slow sourdough bread to have with our Cajun gumbo. This week we took the baguette for our “Le Procope” french onion soup. If you’re looking for an authentic “French” bread come here! They are the only one in the state with an authentic French oven to make authentic French bread right here in Kalispell, MT!!!

Everything I tried was delicious. The palmier, raspberry almond crostata, huckleberry buns, and the cold brew latte (I got with lavender flavor) were all great pick-me-ups for when youre craving dessert or just feeling peckish. Would definitely try more from them the next time I find myself in Montana!

I went to pick up lunch for someone else. However. Everything I saw looked really good. It is on my list to actually try the food.

Nice, friendly staff! Neat and clean store. Fresh homemade Baked goods. Amazing Coffee, and they know how to do a traditional Macchiato. Not the basic, bland Starbucks style.

Got the huckleberry bun and palmier, they were both delicious! The latte was great too. We definitely would recommend this bakery :)

This bakery is amazing ...i suggest having a mix of 12 pastries put in a box and take to a business thats done you right!Warmed butter croissants make for a great start to a day!

I was not informed ahead of time that my email would be accessed via my debit card. I did not provide my email, nor was I given a choice. I wont shop at Ceres until they stop using the system that invades my privacy.

Best bakery. Has many options, so I have tried different things. Love the scones. Have fresh baked bread. Always busy but great, quick service. I go at least 2 times a week. Just wish they had more options for beverages such as frappes.

Food is amazing as always! Service is helpful and friendly. Lots of indoor seating and space! This is the go-to place for the best pastries in the valley!

The items here are heavenly! We especially liked the chocolate croissant, walnut brownie and orange scone. The sweetness was just perfect, and the savory items were no less.

We are business owners and enjoy supporting local small businesses. However, we also believe in personal choice when it comes to COVID and wearing masks. Flathead County no longer requires masks. We walked in to this business to try something new. She asked us if we had masks and we politely said that we did not. She then said “I can help you outside.” We walked outside but then had no way of knowing what to order and couldn’t see the menu. She didn’t seem to care so we said we would just go somewhere else.

Every town worth living in needs at least one good bakery. And good bread is part of quality of life for many of us. Ceres will take you there. Mouth-watering sourdoughs, baguettes to stick under your arm and walk proudly home knowing youve done your part for dinner. Much more including coffee and teas, espresso, scones, rolls and sandwiches, holiday bread thingys. All of it binge-worthy. Just go.

Best bread varieties. Order ahead to make sure they have or reserve any favorites you want. Not your usual blueberry muffins are more like bread pudding - and are amazing! At Christmas we loved the unique holiday breads like stollen and panettone. My wife loves their non-dairy cardamom latte.

Would have given 0 if I could and here is why -All Americans should know their constitutional rights especially during times like this and no one can force others to wear masks. When we walked into the store, there was no greeting and the very first question was Do you guys have masks and if you dont, go outside and we will take your order. (The weather was in 10s that day) We politely asked if there was a menu for us to take outside, and the lady said No. A customer in front of us had her mask down and was freely talking to the cashier so we asked how that is ok (since they seemed to care so much about HEALTH) and she had no answer to give us.We went there to support our local business and walked out of it with immense disappointment. If masks are such a huge deal for them, they should at least be consistent with their believes. With this kind of treatment, I do not believe anyone would have desire to go back to this place.

I love bakerys and Im glad I found this one. I go about three times a week and I like how the items get shuffled around so I can try new things. The staff is very friendly and Im glad they take mask-wearing seriously. Thanks for being a part of my day!

I love going to Ceres for a pastry to bring on my climbs and hikes. I wish theyd sponsor me as local brand ambassador! Theres nothing like a delicious sweet treat at a summit. Some of my favorites are the morning buns, berry buns, and basically anything made with croissant dough. The fiesta rolls are pretty fun as well if you want something savory... And I cant forget the slow sour, very good sourdough bread. This is my favorite bakery in the Valley (and Ive been to all of them).

6 STARS! Have you ever eaten something so delicious that you want to savor every bite, but at the same time you cant help but eat it as fast as possible? I have. And it happens every time I go to Ceres. My personal favorites are the huckleberry bun and the orange bun. My girlfriend loves the danishes. This place has a pretty awesome staff and atmosphere too. The remodel looks modern, clean and bright. A perfect compliment to their perfect product.

The only reason we drove to this bakery was the high ratings. The almond croissant was super dry and taste more like bread than croissant. Cant find any almond paste in it

Only one pastry I really like here and don’t even go for the coffee. We have much better options in the Flathead valley.

My favorite bakery in Kalispell there croissants are super flacky and delicious. They make great drinks too. Ive not had anything I didnt like here.

Most pastries are very tasty, baguettes are good, and we usually stop for a loaf of raisin walnut if available... best in Kalispell

Delicious pastries and breads every time you go in, especially the baguette and morning bun. My only complaint would be that they dont have any gluten-free options and they dont put cream cheese on the bagels for you by default.

Really a quite amazing bakery. Coffee options are pretty good as well. Really like their pecan sticky bun as well as there sesame crusted bread loaf. Staff always friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are clean. The dining area is nice and comfortable. Would highly recommend this place for a stop and snack.

Stopped for lunch absolutely fabulous had a Turkey sandwich with pesto the best! I wanted to buy a whole loaf of there focaccia bread Im sure I misspelled that but oh my gosh just the best ever. Going to pick up a cake this afternoon I know it will too be fabulous

Definitely coming back. Came a couple times a few summers ago and it was ok. But something has definitely changed! We got five different items and they were all exceptionally good. If youre in Kalispell looking for a delicious bakery this is the place. Ill remember to get pictures next time.

The wide variety of baked goods are always fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and cheerful. Even though there were many other customers, the gal who served us even remembered what type of milk my friend likes to have in her Americano.

Ceres Bakery made a small cake for my husband and I to have at our wedding (our guests got ice cream sandwiches). The cake was beautiful and very delicious! On our wedding day, the owner realized after we had picked it up that they had forgotten to put the coconut on it that we had requested, so she drove all the way out to West Glacier to make it right for us! She also touched up a part of the cake that had gotten a little messed up in transit. What a wonderful experience we had with them!

Exceptional place! Great staff of friendly people and great selection to boot! I initially came for the baked goods, but stayed because of the coffee. Their americano is the best in the valley. I take mine with a splash of heavy cream and pair it with a palmier.

The most delicious chai (with almond milk) I have ever had, coupled with a chocolate almond croissant, equals perfection. The people who prepare the pastries and drinks and hand me this deliciousness are very nice, too. I think Im in love!

We make a point of stopping here each time we visit the valley. We’ve never ordered anything we didn’t love. From the cookies, to the breads. Pastries to the ham and cheese croissants, It is all divine This shop beats out anything and everything in Spokane, Wa.

Ceres has the best coffee in Kalispell! Their baked goods are great and they have an indepth knowledge of ingredients that made it easy for us to find an egg free treat for one person and a corn syrup free treat for another!
