I purchased a certified Volvo. After a month and a half, i lost tire pressure in my front tire.So, after trying to use the standard Volvo compressor/fix-a-flat I was able to hobble to Discount Tire.Where the fun began.The tires are 3 years older than the car. The tread depth is so low, the car hydroplanes on wet paved streets. So, all four had to be replaced. On top of that the low tire was due to the rim being bent on the front passenger side of the vehicle.The good news is I purchased the extended warranty.The real news is the warranty company said No!They said, We dont cover tires, they were worn from wear and tear on the vehicle, not their concern.But would like me to send them the information on the new tires, which now would be covered?I wish you good luck purchasing a certified vehicle that wont leave you stranded on the side of the road after a month and a half.Thanks Tom and BruceIn response:Sounds great Victor, I called and left a voicemail at 10:07 am 10/21/2021.Lets see how serious you are.Victor, the Manager, has informed me, I am willing to reimburse you for the tires. - Thanks Victor! 10/28/2021

Ive had my Volvo V90 serviced at Maple Hill in Kalamazoo, MI a few times now and their level of service has been top notch. Although theyve been very busy, theyve always made time for me, had a positive attitude, and followed through. Very satisfied customer!

After visiting another brand dealership walking into Maple Hill was refreshing. No pressure, no fast talk. Salesman was very knowledgeable about the Hyundai. He did a walk around explaining features prior to my test drive.After returning from test drive I asked to look at another brand vehicle which he explained to me with the same level of knowledge as the Hyundai.I decided on the Hyundai. The buying process was equally as low pressure and had none of the highjinks of the other dealership.The finance office was also low pressure. I was offered a host of warranties that I turned down. The finance person was fine with that. During other car buying experiences Ive had finance people actually get angry I didnt want extended warranties, not here at Maple.I would definitely recommend Maple Hill and will buy here again.

I have a 2001v70xc volvo that I had taken in for rough start and idle, the service department was very thorough with all they did for me. I would like to give special appreciation to Cassandra(service advisor) for always keeping me informed of everything that was going on with my vehicle. When ever I have a problem with my car I will always ask for Cassandra and Dave (service tech.) Thank you guys for your excellent customer service.

Beautiful selection of cars, and appears to be a well-cared for lot BUT where are the car salesmen??! I stopped by yesterday after my daughter and I finished our workout. I was hoping to do a test drive after conducting a month of very thorough research. Serious buyer here- hellooo? The first car I looked at was in my top three choices. I spent some time scanning the details of the car, inspecting the body, peeking inside- yet, no salesmen approached us. We decided to give them time, so we looked at 4 more vehicles around the lot- still, no car salesmen. We left. You never know who will be your next big sale. Keep your eyes open and know that a greeting could have (in my case), lead to a sale. Disappointed, but there is always room for redemption... we’ll see. (Hyundai dealer at the front building)

They charged me $600 for coil pack connectors. After I specifically told them the reason why the coil packs and spark plugs were fowling out was due to improper induction. Theres carbon build up in my cylinders and the car literally drives the exact same. You shouldnt give me a free diagnosis when I already know whats wrong with it. You should give me a free repair because I can buy those connectors for $12.88

I recently brought my Volvo S60 in to Maple Hill for a routine service and inspection. Cassandra in service went above and beyond to get me and my Volvo taken care of! She was quick to respond, straight forward about what needed to be done and made it happen! It was truly a pleasure to work with her! I will be definitely be back!

I live in Portage. Ive come here for service in the past and each experience has always been very frustrating. Mechanics and Sales staff are over stressed and tend to be short to the point of rudeness (we know better, were the experts, youre an idiot mentality). I had to take my V50 to another company to replace the headliner after the exploratory work they did destroyed mine. I take my car to Grand Rapids (and even once to Ann Arbor) for service... such a huge hassle and headache to drive so far out of my way is all worth not having to deal with this company. Theyre the only Volvo dealer within a 60 minute drive so they dont have any competition forcing them to change (also means they get all the business in the area which is why they tend to be busy and stressed). I recommend taking your business elsewhere if you can or avoid buying a Volvo if you live in the area.
