I searched on line for a vehicle. sent an email and was responded to immediately. I did most of the work online and via the phone with questions which were answered immediately. All I did was take a Saturday and go over drive the car, liked it and it was mine. no hassle, but still very polite and professional. I felt that I knew my dealer even though we had only talked on the phone. After my purchase I made and error and did not know the oil was changed before i drove off the lot. I emailed the dealership and they were going to reimburse me for an oil change if i had to get one. They did not question me about it or argue with me about if they did it or not. I recently bought a Buick Regal from Erwin at Cole Automotive and could not have had a better experience. The 20 point inspection had a spot for them to check the windshield whipers to let me know if they were good or bad. They were broken! They just skipped over that part of the inspection. I would have preferred to at least have them tell me about it, and give me an estimate to have them repaired.

Weve done business with Cole Automotive for over 20 years and have bought over 60 vehicles from them. We have just bought the last vehicle we will ever buy from them. We agreed upon the price of the vehicle and then the paperwork was drawn up. We assumed the paperwork would reflect the agreed upon price. The business manager did not go over the paperwork, but merely showed where to sign. My mistake........I didnt look close enough to catch the difference in price. The paperwork showed the cost of the vehicle as $3,000 higher than we had agreed to. Days later, when I called the dealership to go over this I was told that they would look into it. Then I received a call letting me know that the Sales Manager (Jack) said a deals a deal because they signed the paperwork. We got screwed and they dont care. Either Cole Automotive made a mistake, or they intentionally set out to see if they could make more money on the deal and slip it past us. In either case, we cant continue to do business with a firm with these type of business ethics. It truly is a shame that a dealership would treat its long term customers this way. I can only imagine what they feel is an OK way to treat non-long term customers. If you choose to do business with this dealership you will need to make sure you get everything in writing before hand and then make sure you check every bit of paperwork you get from them. Try to keep from getting taken like we did.

Awesome experience at the Westnedge location, as my transmission was going out they helped get me into a new to me vehicle the day I came in and i rolled off the lot with it just 3 hours later thanks to their incredible sales team. They even gave me a great trade in for my car that was having the issues! My new car had a few scratches and a burn mark in the seat and theyre going to have it repaired for me when their guy comes in. So appreciative!
