If I could give this place 0 stars I undoubtedly would. I needed an odometer reading done in order to purchase my Jeep and a man named Alan called me in order to literally argue with me over the phone that he wasn’t going to benefit from helping me out so he wasn’t going to do it. Then continued on to say, “it may be selfish, but I’ll only get paid if you finance from me and if you don’t and I’m not getting paid I’m not helping” this type of “customer service” if I’d even call it that, is disgusting. I wouldn’t even fund Ziegler companies by getting an oil change, let alone if I need to ever make another car purchase. Do better.

Took my truck in a week ago. While I was happy they got to it before the expected day I was very unhappy that they failed to recognize a blown head gasket but went ahead to stop the leaking coolant. They failed to mention the gasket they said they test drove it and while it still got hot it didnt go into the red. I live less than 1.5 miles away and it went into the red as I pulled in and there was coolant all over my engine bay before I left it idled rough. The service advisor admitted on the phone he noticed the gasket was blown but said nothing because the price to fix that would have scared me away and I wanted the coolant to stop leaking. Im beyond livid as they have just taken me back so many steps and to assume the price would scare me away what a joke and now me and my family are out a vehicle.

Had a great experience with our salesman, Tyler while purchasing our ‘15 Cherokee limited. He did awesome considering the confusion that was involved and us having to make Two trips to drive the vehicle we were interested in. He got us a full tank of fuel (even though the manger was petty about it saying “they’re not getting a full tank of fuel, they got $500 off.) I’m pretty reasonable guy and it’s not like I was asking for $1,500 off the sales price. The vehicle had minor issues (brakes and oil cooler) I was only asking for $500 off to cover the cost of parts as I am an automotive tech and can repair myself. Labor costs me nothing. It’s not like I asked to have the vehicle repaired in their service department which would have costs the sales department another $15-1,600 dollars. I thought asking for $500 off was fair for them and fair for me. As did our salesman, Tyler. All and all we had a great experience with Ziegler. Even with the sales manager griping. We will be back here if we need another vehicle.

Great guy, Trevor. Though we found a car mom wanted at the first stop. I hope never to buy a car here again. They charge you a $898.00 fee for dealer prep. They dont even have a good reason why. They just say its new and thats what we do. So used car prices are up and they want to tack on more just to take advantage of the situation of no cars available. Glad they had a car for us. You figure after buying a 2020 Ram $70000 new truck you would have someone in service that would happily take care of you for the life of the vehicle. Morgan in service was quite short and seemingly very frustrated with receiving a phone call regarding an oil change. If youre not interested in coming to work in the morning Id recommend you call off before you cost your company business especially in service where you make a ton of money. They will not lose my service for this because I dont blame this business as everyone else Ive worked with has been nice. So this 3 star is for Morgan.

I called Zeigler about a used Titan I found online and was able to work out a deal (very easily) that made the 200 mile trip worth my while. Mike Henry made this process so easy it made Carmax seem high pressure. Mike promised me his word was his bond and everything we worked out over the phone was honored. I arrived and got ZERO run around, pressure or surprises. Everything went quick and smooth. No high pressure pushes at the finance desk with Ben either. There was never a moment that felt like the traditional car buying experience. I normally hate the car buying process but I am so happy I dealt with Zeigler for this purchase and would gladly make the trip again for any future vehicles.

We had a great car buying experience with Collin! He was easy to work with, helpful and knowledgeable. The only reason I give 4/5 stars is no one was wearing a mask on the premises (June 2020) except for my husband and me, and that made me very uncomfortable inside the building. Collin was great and I would highly recommend him, but I would wait until the risks of transmitting COVID-19 have gone down before I return to Ziegler.

Very positive experience with Ziegler. Bought a Ram 1500 Laramie that is the finest vehicle Ive ever owned. Grant Garmire did an excellent job of narrowing down the search based on my sometimes quirky criteria. He kept things low pressure while showing us a bunch of options.

We purchased a rebuilt Town and Country from a small mom and pop dealer on the east side of Mi. We had some electrical issues with the van after purchase and decided to take it to Zeigler Chryslers repair shop after my normal shop recommended them for the type of repair that wed need. Ive always been hesitant to take my vehicles to dealer just because I dont personally know the people working there, but this shop did an awesome job and I wouldnt hesitate to go back, if necessary.The repairs on the van turned out to be much more in depth than was originally anticipated. Morgan (this guy seriously deserves a raise) was my contact and kept me updated through the whole process. The communication really was fantastic. Phone calls, text messages, detailed maintenance records, etc. I came away very impressed and would recommend Zeigler Chrysler to anyone looking for a shop to complete repairs or maintenance on his/her vehicle.

Was not impressed with the condition of a vehicle we test drove and that was a major factor in a deal not being met.It was very dirty inside and out and had a childs footprint on the headliner.. there was a 2 day notice between initial contact when I said Id be in to test drive. Was obvious the vehicle had not been touched in a long time by a vacuum or was mitt.Also offered to pay what the vehicle had previously been listed at, no deal was made, which is fine, theyve got to make money somehow. Received an email 2 days later stating they had lowered the price.... Too late Ive purchased elsewhere.I guess 2 stars for being quick to respond to inquiry.

Great overall experience. Was able to test drive multiple vehicles with no hassle. Had the opportunity to experience three models equipped with all the bells and whistles. When it was time to pick out my truck I knew exactly what I was interested in and they had my truck on the lot, exactly as I chose with a couple cool extras. Low pressure, very knowledgeable and willing to deal. The 2019 Dodge Ram is a REAL truck. I strongly suggest you try one out. Ask for Lloyd.

We bought a pre-owned Chrysler Pacifica Limited. Working with Nancy Meade was great, and Ed in finance was great too. About as painless as possible as far as buying a car goes. We are having some work done on the hood (covered under original warranty) and hopefully that will go just as smoothly.

I worked with Michael Henry and Zach Terrell on the purchase of a pre owned Ram 1500. I also spoke to gentlemen at the parts counter about some questions that I had. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful in meeting my needs and making the transaction happen quickly. I would definitely buy from them again based on this first experience.

Randy Lund was great. I never felt pressured during the process and I received a fair trade value for my car. The passenger side wheels had to be repaired and I was going to have to bring the car back to kalamazoo, instead they got the tires fixed before I picked it up which was great, but because of that, the car had not been cleaned which was a little disappointing.

Grant was great! Stopped to test drive a 2019 Challenger GT and ended up driving off the lot with it! He made the buying process easy and broke everything down for me. Im loving the new car!! Best experience ever buying a new car. The Vehicle Consultant (salesman) was friendly, without being pushy, knowledgeable and was able to get the exact car I wanted at a price that made me happy.

Just the basic customer service was lost on this dealership. Couldn’t even replace a $3 3rd break light bulb. Showed up to get the van and it had 28 miles until empty. If this wasn’t the vehicle I wanted, I would’ve walked away and fast!

A car I recently purchased from elsewhere started to give me trouble. I dropped off the car and had the best experience with Ryan and Morgan. They were really helpful in both explaining what issues were occuring with the car as well as what steps they were taking to fix them. Excellent job guys!

I bought 5 cars from this dealer, the last 2 times the finance guy screwed us by changing the deal after we drove 175 miles to pick them up. The sales manager promised me it wouldn’t happen again after the 4 th one so we gave them another chance and it happened again. If I ran my business this way my customers would fire me so caution to anyone who buys a car there. Why is it so hard for people to make a deal and then stick to it part of the problem with this country these days.

I had a great experience, my salesman John Minor was awesome and took good care of my wife and I. I highly recommend them!

I have had nothing but smoke blown up my rear from day one! Drove 260 miles to buy a truck. The old saying Too good to be true applies. Spent $40,000 on a truck with 55k miles and was told Its been gone through top to bottom, inside and out. Well, I stuck over $2500 into repairs on the truck before I ever even had to put fuel in it. Nothing but problems!!! Was told to have the truck repaired and I would be fully refunded for such repairs. The first repair was $1450. I was told it would be completely covered, as it should be seeing all I did was drive it home from the dealer. Second repair was $550, third repair was $350, fourth was $160. All being problems that without a doubt should have been seen WHEN/IF the truck was ever actually inspected!?! After weeks of follow ups by me I finally received a check for $700 in the mail. So not even half of the first repair. I havent even received the license plates in the mail yet the truck is so new to me. I still have to take it for emissions and cant yet, due to a check engine light! Which would be an automatic fail. So yet more money in repairs I still need to spend. I was told by the internet sales manager I would be receiving another check for $1000 to help cover repairs. Well, the second check I received was $13.10. I have been in contact multiple times at this point and told they will check into whats going on, never hearing anything back. This has seriously been an irritating 3 months. To spend $40,000 on a truck that was meant to be a daily driver and its been down more than running. In 3 months I have yet to even put 800 miles on the truck that came with a 6 month/6,000 mile warranty. If it was an option Id return this headache and never deal with this place again. They do not stand behind the vehicles they sell, tell you what you want to hear, make empty promises and always have an excuse for Not knowing what happened. Id be very cautious in dealing with a dealership such as Zeigler!!!!
