This is the place to go for Audi repairs. They have fair prices, are knowledgeable, and are friendly. Ive had 2 repairs done so far and am happy with the work. My car was not full of greasy hand prints when I picked it up and I have not had to take it back for rework. Ill definitely return for all my maintenance needs.

Heard about Spring Valley from a friend. I’ve been bringing my Audi and Volkswagen cars here regularly for a couple of years now. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. I can usually drop a car off in the morning and have it back in the afternoon completed for a very reasonable price. These are the only people I trust to touch my cars now. There are not enough great things I could say about Spring Valley Motors!Theyre always extremely knowledgeable, personable, and understanding. Finding a place to take our Volkswagen Group Vehicles in the past was always such a task due to their lack of knowledge on the vehicles themselves or the price point they charged due to the kind of car. At Spring Valley its the exact opposite. We trust them whole heartedly with our vehicles, and their pricing is very appropriate. When we call them, they chat with us like old friends, remember what kind of vehicles we have and make the experience of dropping your car off the mechanics actually kind of fun.We no longer take our cars anywhere else, and we recommend them to anyone and everyone we can!

Poor customer service. Very slow, had car 4 months, than says he didnt know I was in a hurry!! Thought it would be maybe a month. Talkes down to you. Took car in on a trailer $2200 later and Im taking it home on a trailer!!!!! To have someone else do what I need done In a timely manner.

Took a week to get my cars o2 sensor fixed. Customer service could be better. No promises where made just thought it would be done in two or three days not at the end of the seventh day.

Kirk and his crew at Spring Valley Motors are great. They took adequate time to do a thorough investigation of our 2015 Golf’s weird electrical problem and fixed it at a very reasonable cost. Brought my antique Rabbit in, really, really impressed by the knowledge of the whole crew at Spring Valley. They went through the car bumper to bumper. They did and do a fantastic job.

Very prompt service, replaced my ball joint & fixed a series of exhaust leaks. Maintained good contact on project scope as the more exhaust leaks became noticeable. All work was done in 2 days, only days after calling to make an appointment. Kurt answered several of my other questions about future repairs & items to keep an eye on.

They painted my calipers for me when no one else in town would.

Amazing shop, their goal is to keep your car on the road for a little as possible. They will prioritize repairs and are very very affordable. Excellent service, specializing in Volkswagen but will work on all cars. I brought my car here complaining of a symptom and they brought new life into my car. I wont bring my car any where else, very friendly.

Ive used them for years for my Subaru and they have exceeded my expectations! Honest guys - dont try and sell me repairs I dont need even when I thought that was the problem (and they could have). Easy going, very friendly.

I started going to Spring Valley about 16 years ago and have never been disappointed. They are very upfront and honest about what needs to be done, and they take the time to explain why the repairs are required. They will suggest maintenance that could be done to save money down the road but I have never felt like I was being pressured, just a really relaxed atmosphere.

Affordable and they have a great staff. If you have a foreign made brand, you can feel rest assured bringing your car to Spring Valley.

I was stranded in Kalamazoo needed a tow truck called and the recommended someone that was not available on a Friday Afternoon. Couldn’t recommend anyone else Said they were leaving at 5 and if I couldn’t get here oh well. Told me to get some people to push my van out of the way. WHAT!!!! Didn’t even offer for me to drop off after hours so that I could get it fixed. Sad that they wouldn’t try to have better service for someone that was stranded out of town. Not impressed in the least!!

Years ago I was moving across the country. My car at the time died and a friend suggested I talk with them about purchasing a used car to get me to where I needed to go. I explained to them where I was moving, and that I needed a car that would get me and my valuables across the country. They have a reputation of being experts of Volkswagen, and I trusted the owner Kurt when he assured me that the Jetta he was selling me would do the job.The car drove wonderfully until the day I left. When I stopped for gas the first time in the middle of Wisconsin, the car wouldnt start. $60 later to have the local tow truck guy hit the starter with a hammer, I was on the road. When I luckily made it to my first stop in my drive across the continent, I called the owner of Spring Valley to see if he could help with what might have happened. Ill never forget exactly what he said when I realized I might not make it to where I was moving to..Oh, thats a 91! That model... They put the starter too close to the firewall and it will overheat, so it shouldnt be driven long distances and shut off. So the local VW expert made a quick $1000 off of me by selling me a car he fully knew wouldnt work well enough to drive to Chicago, let alone cross-country.Theyre very personable, friendly people. But Ill never ever trust anything they say. Neither should you.

Kurt and dave will give you straight forward answers with zero bull$h!t in the middle. They will tell you whats wrong with your car and tell you what,where,when and how to get it done. They specialize and prefer voltswagon vehicles but may diagnose any make n model. I know at least 10 people who bring their cars here.

I called and asked about having my Audi inspected. I told the guy, Kurt, that money is tight right now, and was about to ask if they possibly do payment plans. Before I could, Kurt laughed very loudly and said, “then don’t bring it down”. This was very rude and uncalled for. I will never go to this shop or refer this shop to anyone. Horrible marketing and customer service.

Friendly, very knowledgeable, hard workers, and always find a solution and tell you like it is. They dont fix what isnt broken or try to upsell, unless its a real issue that needs to be addressed. Ive trusted them to work on my vehicles (and motorcycle) for years!

The car went in on Monday eas rigjt back Tuesday. Drove one full dayand back to the shop. Not every thorough on finding the problem.

I am the proud owner of a 1997 mk3 jetta glx vr6. A few months ago my clutch started making grinding noises so i bought a new clutch/flywheel pressure plate combo from black forest industries thinking itd be and easy fix..... Little did i know... Spring valley is the worst place you could take your car, kurt and all of his marry men do not know anything about volkswagons do not take your car there unless you want it to die. First off my clutch wasnt even bad and they knew it but didnt tell me that till after they did the clutch job it was just the clutch fork but they just wanted my money so they TRIED to change it, now that was spring valley trip#1(1100$ clutch job) that got me about 13 miles down the road. #2 i take it back after 13 mile of driving (Trailered on my own dime of coarse) because the shifter bushings went out (153$). 3# i made it about 300 mile after that when guess what my slave cylinder goes out(i already replaced the master clutch cylinder on my own but well get back to that) i of coarse tow it in on my own dime again(another 450$ job from spring valley). #4 i drive it for about 65 miles and the clutch mastercylinder goes out so i take it back again and at this point i dont even remember how much i payed them they put another one in there and charged me for it(after i had already changed that part) but it got me on the road.... Not for long their master cyclinder went out on me again after about 40 miles which brings us to spring valley trip #5 i took it there and they kept it for over 2 weeks and then they had my own borther come and take parts off my parts car in my driveway and take it to them because they thought it was the hydraulic clutch line i put on there over pressurizing the system but it wasnt. After that plan failed for them they basically called me and told me to get it off their property and they couldnt fix it after charging me almost 2000$ in repair bills and thats just labor!!! They not only did not fix my car but they cut every wire to my sound system that got in their way, they threw all my parts away they took off the car including my stainless steel hydraulic clutch line that they thought was the cause of the whole problem.They were not easy on my baby either one of the mechanics just came out to me and told me how he was moving my car by yanking it into gear with still no clutch. I could go on and on and on for days this is all the honest truth about this place i swear on my heart and soul!!! Kurt the owner will rip you off and dave the mechanic with just cut your wires and destroy your car. I should probably add that i just got my car back from mapel hill auto group after they had it for two days and they bled the system and now it runs like a top i even told them to keep it and test drive it!!! I beg of you as a battered beaten abused volkswagon owner DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO SPRING VALLEY you will regret your decision just take to mapel hill they do great work, ive had my timing chains done there too! Just look around as you drive your car into spring valley and youll realize its not even a shop its just a junk yard full of trash and Kurt wants your car to join it. This review is the honest to god truth and my own nightmare of trying to get my car fixed for the last 6 months. I hope that you choose more wisely than i did and dont end up with shop like this. I went here because other reviews said these were trustworthy mechanics, but I doubt that. After taking my car there three times in a couple months for various issues, they told me the car wasnt gonna go long and I should sell it to them for parts. Fast forward about 6 months (where the car ran fine) I took it to a different mechanic to get my brakes checked out, again. Somebody had put steering fluid in my brake reservoir. That can destroy your car! Either the guys at Spring Valley are totally incompetent to do something like that, or they were actively insuring my business by harming my car. My new mechanic tells me my car is fine besides this problem, and will run for a good while longer. I wouldnt risk trusting Spring Valley again.
