My elderly father tore the corner off his 2012 Mustang trying to drive in the snow this winter. The Sunset Gold Pearl special color was especially hard to match and Petersen’s did everything it took to get it right! Our family is extremely happy. Thank you, Petersen’s!

Great shop, professional staff always keeps us updated as our repair progressed. A+ on the paint blend. A- on the body line alignment. Over all a great experience and great repair. Youd never noticed it was in an accident. Both front fenders, the hood, bumper cover, both headlights, and done of the plastic parts under the hood were all replaced and painted to match. 👍

I had some bumper damage, when I picked it up, the wiring was hanging and there was orange peeling and over spray in the bumper. Poor quality for $1600.

Trustworthy, fair, nice people, and very cool license plate maps on walls! We recently took 2 cars there that needed work done after fender benders. They gave us very reasonable estimates to get the work done, much better price than another place we took the cars to. One of the cars Mike looked at and said we really didnt need to replace the bumper, and proceeded to do a minor repair on the spot to secure the bumper, and didnt even charge for it. They sure could have made some money from us, but chose instead to be honest and helpful, at no cost! Thank you Mike. Weve had repairs done there in the past and always been pleased with the result and the excellent customer service!

Absolutely wonderful service. Every employee was a pleasure to communicate with. Very professional and very polite. I went to another body shop just to estimate prices, and the other shop was about $20 cheaper for the problem I had but their consumer service was TERRIBLE. Petersens shop WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. If I have another car body mishaps, this will be the only place I go to. Not to mention they finished the job in a day when it was supposed to take 2-3. They drove my car to drop me off at school and they picked me back up AND cleaned the exterior and interior of my car. 5 star experience.

Went in for a quote and they fixed my dent on the spot in less than 5 minutes. A different shop quoted me $170 and wouldnt take car in for two weeks after they gave me my quote. I highly recommend Petersen Body Shop!

I had some rust cleaned up on the front quarter panels of my truck. Service was good, Price was fair, but I cannot get past the machine wheel marks that were left in my paint. Frustrates me just about every day the sun is out. Luckily in Michigan that isnt too often, I guess.
