I was going on vacation the next day when my engine light came on. I called Maui Oil Change as I was also due for an oil change. They graciously scheduled me within 15 minutes of my call despite being 2 hours before closing on a Friday. They completed the oil change, fluid checks, oil filter change, etc. And I was able to pick up my car before they closed. The woman mechanic was very good and I truly appreciate their work ethic and sticker reminder on my windshield. Highly recommended! Mahalo!

Usually do oil changes myself but i was feeling lazy and decided to give Maui oil change a try and after crunching some numbers from DIY to having them do it the cost was like a difference of $20 plus they dispose of the old oil and filter and no oil on me or my driveway, totally worth it

My boyfriend got recommended this place because he thought the oil change was cheap. NOPE! got off of work & he picked me up & showed me the receipt. An entire list of things they did that he didn’t ask for them to do! All he wanted was a simple oil change not no list of things you guys helped yourself to do just to charge him extra. No can🙄. When someone asks for one thing done just do it.

WARNING!! I had a radiator flush done here a week ago tomorrow. On my way home ( Hana ) little past Twin Falls my car over heated. It took me almost 4 hours ( in the dark/ raining) to get home stopping along the Hwy to let car cool and adding what little water I had on me, refilling bottles when available.( few and far b/w rest stops) to bone dry radiator. I called the following morning and spoke with owner and mechanic both blaming air stuck in system as reason. After going almost a week adding water everyday ( as much as 3 pitchers) and looking for leaks, checking plug, etc. a call to my Dad explaining situation/ describing hoses I located the upper hose and saw it had not been fully attached correctly causing leakage. I again called and spoke with owner/ manager giving her an opportunity to make it right and heaven forbid apologize for my troubles and instead she talked down to me and refused to take the blame or refund flush charge ( after all, they certainly flushed it!). Claiming they had done everything right. Its not about the money, money is like a fart in the wind and lets face it if I hadnt of had the little bit of H2o on me the first time it overheated they would be buying me a brand new engine, its the principle. I used their services after reading reviews and remember even mentioning in person to owner as I dropped car off that I had heard good things. I am also aware of human error, but the lack of ownership or willingness to make a wrong right is beyond my comprehension. So, if you are also a responsible car owner just trying to get regular maintenance done and live far far far away from any mechanics ALWAYS have water on you and check your hoses!! I have sent out this review locally and the coconut wireless works a lot faster than internet!!

I was told by a woman at Maui Oil Change that they do not change motor oil on a Land Rover. Who would want to go to an oil change service that are uncomfortable in changing oil on certain vehicles.I am not a auto mechanic, nonetheless, an oil change consists of emptying the engine oil into a container, removing the old oil filter and replacing it with a new one. Put back the oil plug, then fill it back up with the required quarts of motor oil. That’s it! Very basic service! If you care about your vehicle do not go here!

Awful. Theres nothing like bringing your PERFECTLY FUNCTIONING vehicle in for an oil change and needing to TOW IT HOME. Thanks guys. Was not offered a refund or anything. Im not sure what is tuned up here, considering they broke my vehicle and had no clue what was wrong with it. Look into what a bad oil change can do to your car.If you are the owner please dont bother to respond unless you have a solution to make this right.

I took my car here for an Oil Change and the staff were helpful from the time I called in to set an appointment the actual appointment. They do open early so it helped that I set mine up for first thing in the morning. The wait took about an hour from drop off to pick up, I did wait for them to complete it, there is a small lobby to sit in while you wait. The technician went over what they did, what was replaced and topped off, the ladies at the front desk made sure to ask if you wanted to get regular or synthetic oil which even if I knew I needed synthetic oil, I didnt feel pushed into it as part of a sales pitch like the other places I have been to, so nice work guys!

The best and honest auto shop on Maui, hands down. Can’t beat the service and skill and all with a friendly attitude. Won’t take my cars anywhere else. Irene runs a great auto shop and all employees are skilled. They took on my electrical issue when no one else would touch it. Can’t say enough good things about these guys.

Charged my wife $220 for an oil change and four spark plugs.A tuneup means replacing the spark plugs and the wires the rotor and rotor cap and the air filter, they said all those things were good but they are not and now I have to go and do it all myself after she paid $220 for 4 quarts of oil and oil filter and for spark plugs. I will never be taking any vehicle to this place again !!!

NEVER AGAIN! EVER! Employees were watching baseball and hiding out back instead of doing my oil change. Waited for two hours! They even took two customers ahead of us. When I asked about the wait, the lady got upset with me and snapped at me! NEVER AGAIN!

With Gas constantly so high in the chain of pearls an oil change seems downright reasonable! And so close to my house!⛽🛢️

This establishment was the only place I took my 2017 impreza for oil changes since I bought it new. Then one day at an oil change, they strip the drain plug bolt and had me waiting for a long time, then tried to charge me for the stripped drain plug. Although I refused to pay for the drain plug!
