AVOID taking your vehicle here at all costs. I took my Colorado (which I bought from Jim Falk Motors) in for a issue covered under warranty. Rick blew smoke in my face for 4 months, telling me he was dealing with the warranty company but eventually completely stopped responding to me no matter what avenue I tried to reach him. I found out later that he NEVER EVEN submitted a claim. So I got in contact with Wes, who strung me out for another month. The whole time he was very unresponsive and at one point told me he was busy and had other priorities. I was finally able to get ahold of the service department manager who assured me he would handle it. This companies way of handling it? Telling me they didnt want to deal with it any more and DROPPING THE ISSUE IN MY LAP! The real kicker is I contacted the warranty company using the number Wes provided, and had my issue resolved with the new parts on the way in under 1 hour. It was glaringly obvious that they lied straight to my face. 0 stars, do yourself a huge favor and take your business elsewhere.

Absolute worst dealership ever. I bought my Nissan rogue they’re new in 2019. What a mistake. Their customer service does not exist their employee threaten me because he didn’t like my attitude because I was upset waiting three hours for an oil change after it took three months just to get an appointment. These are the worst guys ever. This place is a dinosaur from the 1970s complete rip off

I scheduled a complete car maintenance and service, but no one called me to discuss services needed for my old car, for the whole day my car at their shop they only did change oil.!!!!I called the service department but voice mail box is full, and cannot leave a message.This is my first and only Nissan purchase, had it for years, and there is no comparison to the service I received from my other vehicles from Toyota and Lexus.

0 stars. Had an oil change on April 16th. Hadnt driven my truck much until recently when we noticed oil leaking. Took it in elsewhere to have it checked out. They found the old oil filter--the one that should have been replaced and removed, sitting at the bottom of my engine bay, resting on top of electrical connectors. We were informed we were lucky there was not a fire. The new service professionals also did a system check and noted that none of the fluids had been checked or topped off, nor had the air filter been changed. Tried calling Jim Falk’s service department and just kept getting transferred. This isn’t the first time we have had an awful experience with them, but this will be the last.

Hunter is an exceptional employee, going above and beyond to solve our problems, even though he was not even assigned to us. Denver on the other hand didnt seem to be up the challenge, he was a nice enough person but clearly not as capable, communicative and qualified as Hunter. He failed us and had to be rescued by Hunter. Perhaps the dealership should reconsider in what capacity Denver is allowed to represent their company.

Unbelievable! Had my hybrid towed in, over the phone was quoted up to $300 for a diagnostic. It took over a week for them to figure out what was wrong. They found a misfire, and said I needed a new inverter and battery with no evidence that they were bad ($17,000 in parts and labor). I went to pay and they upped the diagnostic price to $450. l towed it home and replaced the 12v battery, spark plugs, and ignition coils ($500 in parts and 30 minutes of my time) and its running as good as before. These guys are lost in the sauce. They just want to sell you parts for double or more what you can find elsewhere. Should have known better. My scanner wasnt picking up the misfire code. $450 in labor and the didnt think to fix the misfire first?Think twice before taking your car to those guys.

The salesman Greg Weiss was our best friend when when we were looking for a truck.Once the sale was done he wouldnt return emails, texts, or calls.We werent told during the sale that our used truck only had 1 key.We drove off and realized that so we went back and Greg told us that he would check to see if he could give us his discount for having the Fab made.We called service dept & realized the ×tra Fab was going to be 300.00. Greg wouldnt return any contact calls /texts I made to him so I had to hunt down the manager Ray who was also ignoring me.Ray said he didnt know anything about a Fab which I find hard to believe because I found out later hes been there for 13 years.I fought with Ray and threatened to go to Mr Faulk .I argued that we would have negotiated the ×tra key into the deal if we were fairly informed of no 2nd key.They also sold us the warranty and said it would cover the truck if it was lifted up to 8 inches which we found out later that wasnt true.After the fact Greg then texted me saying he could get me his discount for the key at 300.00 when normally its 500.00 or more! Your a liar because service dept quoted me 300.00!! Shame!! Whats wrong with you guys? This island is too small for this! Beware
