These guys are awesome. They had a tire that I could not find at Walmart or Costco. Praise the Lord, because I could not drive anywhere my tire was blown. I just made it.

Took car in for repair, car got broken into while under the control of Tire Warehouse with no surveillance on site, took nearly a month to get the car back and upon repair mechanics either broke or failed to properly reinstall windshield wiper fluid dispenser which was not a part of initial repair to begin with. Dashboard was broken during the theft and was not repaired or compensated by Tire Warehouse. 0/10 highly not reccomend

Will be using Tire Warehouse exclusively for any tire/maintenance needs in the future. I was so impressed with the overall friendliness of the staff, everyone was smiling and they got me in and out of there within 30 minutes. The waiting room is clean and spacious. They fixed my flat and put my spare back under the car and were beyond reasonably priced. Thanks again guys and gal for the great experience (and for helping me retrieve my M&Ms that got stuck in the vending machine!) :)

Crooks. Stay away.I took my car in to have a new tire put on my car, and the next day I got a flat. When I tried to take the tire off, all of the nuts had been put on crooked and forced into place with their air tools.I took it back to the tire warehouse to have them fix it, and they told me I was SOL and they werent responsible. The nuts wouldnt come off so the wheel bolts snapped and had to be replaced.Go somewhere else. These jokers dont do quality work, even on a simple tire job.

They was fast and very helpful. Before going down there call them up first. I went down there and they told me they had my tires. 1 hr. later they could not find them. They found 2 other tires, not the one l wanted. They replace 2 tires and they gave me a discount on the 2 tires.

Awesome service, prompt and friendly! I went in to get some wheel locks cut and replaced, even showed up with the incorrect replacement. All work was done as promised, and the team went above and beyond when I returned with the correct set of locks and had them installed on the spot. As a side, I was having a weird scraping noise from the front passenger tire that has been gone since I drove out of there! Highly recommend! (also lots of places to eat nearby while you wait!)

Pros: they are cheap. In every meaning of the word.Cons: Shoddy work.Their mechanic didnt take the time to align the nuts on my car and stripped the threads on the studs leaving the nuts crooked and completely stuck.When I had the tires rotated later that same day, two of the four studs broke off.Tire Warehouse took no responsibility and absolutely refused to replace the studs for me, or at least compensate me for the broken ones.0/10, I absolutely will never go back again.

Three hours and my tire still isnt changed. Inexcusable amount of time for simple work.As a customer spending not a tiny bit of money I would appreciate timely updates instead just saying itll be done soon and maybe suggestions of places to go in walking distance instead of just being left in a waiting room for hours

Deleted first review. After return visits, not my fault, I have to give a negative review. At first customer service was good due to fixing other locations mistakes and pricing. After completing repairs, the vibe was not so welcoming or what else can we do for you? type feel. I planned to have this location do more work on my vehicle, but when attempting to schedule the work, I called and left msg to call back...no calls to see what I needed done, as if my business is no longer welcome there. This company/business has the right to refuse service/customers...Ill accept the refuse and take my hard earned money elsewhere to have my vehicle repaired(when needed).

Excellent service

Took my truck in for a wheel alignment and tire rotation but they said they couldnt rotate tires because one of my lug nuts was stripped. I had just washed my truck a few days before and I know it wasnt stripped before I took it there. they stripped two lug nuts and i ended up having to replace the whole stud and two lug nuts cause they were so bad. not to mention I paid for a full service when I didnt even ask for them to service my vehicle. never going there again

Its nearly impossible this past year to find maintenance time. I had a small window at the end of the day and they squeezed me in! Even worked after close time, and were cool about it!

They installed my lift and they didnt torque the rear shock bolt. Truck was wobbling so I brought it back they said it was my tires that needed to be replaced. They didnt check. I drove it home that same day and heard a noise and the truck started wobbling severely I had to pull over as an emergency scraped my rim I looked under vehicle to see that rear shock was hanging with missing its bottom bolt. I Called them to resolve it brought the truck back to replace the bolt they didnt install properly. They gave me a the run around and wasted a few hours of my day. I came to them because they had decent reviews. I dont wish any harm on anyone and am concerned about negligence when installing truck parts. My kids where in the truck thankfully no one was hurt. I dont want this to happen to anyone else. Just be mindful when take your cars to them. Also while waiting I found a couple self tapping screws in there drive way. Idk if its just coisidence or if thats just how they conduct business.

BEWARE!!! Do not go here. The gentleman I encountered has ZERO customer service. Instead of being greeted with “hello”, I was greeting with “get out of my bay.” Let me remind you, there are no signs saying where to go and it’s raining and that area has no person or car in it. Then he tells me he has the tire and it’ll cost me $340 to replace the one tire. It’s a VW, not a BMW. I said that seems a little steep and instead of explaining why it costs so much, he says, “ good luck!” What a horrible way to treat customers. I am currently sitting in another shop and paying $211 for the same tire with installation. Be warned if you go here, you will he talked down to and you’ll be over charged. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

If you need an alignment this is the best place on Maui.Jay at Tires Warehouse sorted out a bad alignment problem I had with my 2000 Chevy Express van. The technicians at Tires Warehouse clearly explained what the problems were and did excellent work, at very reasonable prices.

I had a great experience at Kahului Tire Warehouse. Ke Alii was awesome to work with. His customer service was the best!I only needed 1 tire due to a front end alignment issue. I had been to 3 other tire shops and they all wanted to sell me 2 tires at $300 plus.Three of my tires were in above average condition. I’m so thankful they were honest and didn’t try to do more than necessary.I was really impressed on the drive home when I noticed my wiper washer dash light was off because they had filled my windshield wiper reservoir for me.I would definitely use them again for my tire and alignment needs.Mahalo Ke Alii and Tire Warehouse.guys!

First time customer for life!●The exceptionally helpful, friendly and informative staff are a definite plus.(imo.. if the job gets done right I can overlook a grouchy mechanic.. as long as they have the skills and professional work ethics.)●Highly skilled techs.(TW was not the cheapest.. but much cheaper than GY)●They found a broken part they said would have to be replaced before they could do an alignment. He didnt suggest they could do it.. he just informed me of the issue. So I asked if they could fix it and if they could for a quote. W/in 20 mins he called me back and not only quoted me less than what my quick Google search said it would be, but they were not only able to get the part and fix it.. but could do it then the alignment at the same scheduled time, without taking more time. I am thrilled and will do business w/them again for certain. I highly recommend them.

I just wanted to do a Safety check on my car and it took more than 2hrs! What made me upset is the job only takes 5mins maybe 10 and there is a guy buy the door not doing anything, he told me that i have to wait for the guy thats doing the alignment to do the safety check cause hes the only one certified to do it. After 2hrs of waiting i came to find out that the guy that was doing the alingment went to lunch. That got me very upset and the other thing is that he wasnt the only person doing the check in the facilty and that got me more upset. So another person did the check and to find out the it check failed because i dont have the right registration paper.. if the guy buy told it wasnt a valid form in the begining i should have not wasted 2+hrs for nothing. Bad service beware.((Negative 5 star))

Called to get a tire. Guy scolded me that I didnt read the numbers right. Said he didnt have in stock and then hung up the phone. Having a flat tire is a rough situation let alone being treated poorly by a tire center.
