The customer service at this place is trash. I went in for a safety, they were rude and slow. Im not going back. The dmv was faster...

I go only for recycles, sometimes the boys arent helpful at all. Carts need to be fix. But most of the time they pick up the fallen recycles. In store, theyre always nice and friendly.

Why is gas so expensive

I had a nail in my new 4Runner tire, pulled up to the gas station, and they fixed my tire while my daughter & I sat in the car with the engine running. The attendant even came to my window to take my payment! I didnt even have to get out of my car!!! Every attendant was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this business. Best $22 spent in a LONG time....cheers

Been coming here for over 5 years. I have used the mechanics, get gas full service and tip well, and do my recycling too.Did my recycling today and totally got ripped off for the amount I brought. Finding somewhere else to bring it and get my gas. Disappointed that long time customers being taken advantage of.

Went in today to have 2 tires swapped out. Super easy job and brought the tires in loose. Garage door wide open and mechanic stay inside just taking story with register boy. Told me have to come back during week cause no one do tires right now. So what you work on cars but not tires smh. Lazy guys never goin get my business again.

Unfortunately gas is one of the things you cant do without here in Maui, and its gonna be pricey everywhere you go. Unless you hold a Costco card or can manage to get to the Safeway off of Hana Hwy. There you dont need to be a member.

I have been going to Aloha Shell since 1978. They have proven to be impeccably honest and always helpful. Also, they still pump gas for their customers which is important for an old lady like myself. Though I live some miles away from their station, I wouldnt consider going anywhere else for my automotive needs.

The gas is the most expensive on the island of Maui.......You can get free oil check ups and free air for your tires.......And many people go here for the re cycling of cans, etc.This is a convenient location right next to the Kahului post office.Theres rest rooms here, so that is a good convenience.

Courteous and helpful attendant Mark located the puncture in my tire and repaired it in under 5 for $22 ...easily saving me $100+ for a new tire.

24 hour Gas Station, not Car Wash. Searched for car wash google came back with Business web site open 24 hours. Need to edit your site to include Car Wash hours, work off shifts and spent a lot of wasted time driving around at 4:00 am

Ive been using Aloha Shell for many years now and their honest and efficient service is as good as it gets ! I took my Nissan truck in today for repair of a broken brake light switch. I was expecting to either leave it or wait several hours for the repair, But Curt fixed it on the spot and I didnt have to wait. Bravo Curt. I will always go back to Aloha Shell.

Terrific old school service. My friend needed to have her van tire checked for leaks. Repair guy went over whole tire, found nothing, no charge for the service!

Friendly staff agreed to lend me pliers in order to remove a nail from my tire so I could repair (using a kit) on the spot. They saved my day! Not to mention they have free air!

I have a medical condition that requires me to use the bathroom. I stopped at the shell and bought gas and went in to use the restroom. They would not allow me to use a bathroom. Do not give this gas station your business.

Nothing fancy, but they do have two vacuums that are 75 cents for four minutes each.
