I found these guys to be very honest and easy to work with and I am on Oahu. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a vehicle. They ship to all islands and they are super-efficient, friendly, and their prices are competitive to all other islands. I found my best deal at Jim Falk Motors of Maui!

The absolute worst place to take any type of vehicle unless you want your vehicle broke into and then lied to about what repairs were and werent completed. Car went in for a simple repair and ended up being broken into, to which Nissan tried and failed to claim no liability. Get Ryan more help. This place is a total failure of operations.

The worst mistake in my life is getting a car from this place. Misleading. Dishonest. Try to get a battery replaced and I have to deal with so much drama youd think I asked for a while new interior. Flat out lied to me with verbal wordplay, we take care of the first year registration implying financially, however they only mean the paperwork. Im paying way more than what the car is worth, dealership fees alone were almost 1/3 of the total. And unless you have their nicest car models youre a third class citizen to the staff.

Waited three weeks to get an appointment for oil change. The date for my appointment came I was there on time and waited 3 1/2 hours.I asked the gentleman working at the service department why it was taking so long to get an oil change. He said oh sorry we’re short of people. I got angry. I took my car and left. These guys are the worst. I bought my car they’re new and that was obviously a big mistake. Anytime I’ve ever needed something from Jim Falk Nissan it has been a nightmare. This is the worst dealership I have ever experienced. They’re stuck in 1975. The gentleman working in the service department threaten me. I was not surprised this is the type of operation they run. I don’t recommend even thinking about using these guys.

Worst service experience imaginable. I dropped my car off 2 months ago for servicing. The service department said I needed some parts, which were suposedly immediately ordered. Nearly 2 months later and 30 message left I cannot get a phone call returned or any update on the status of my vehicle. If I could give zero stars I would. The lack of response or accountability is what is the most upsetting. There appears to be no one in charge at this place.

Worst car buying experience of my life. They failed to disclose to me that the 2020 Hyundai Elantra I was buying from them had an open safety recall, that there was no remedy for the problem and that because it was a used car they were allowed to sell it too me. The safety recall? the engine occasionally catches fire from improper piston rings. They new this while I was discussing buying it. Not one person said a word. When I found out after I was told that there is nothing they can do. Im extremely unhappy with my decision to buy from them.

The sales agent Andy Stehl at Jim Falk Nissan was exceptional he was very knowledgeable patient and not pressuring anybody which was very appreciative. he was charming charismatic and fun to chat with in between waiting for paperwork. He was very helpful and made the process very smooth for us. THANK you Andy. We looking forward to do the next vehicle soon.

These people are scam artists. Go anywhere else to get your car serviced. If you do go, theyll tell you you need new brakes, especially when you dont. Literally everyone is totally incompetent, staff constantly turns over, and they all are indignant about it. Worst car experience ever.

Ryan Westberg is a wizard when it comes to customer service five stars every single time. The car was fully serviced and washed. I wouldnt recommend using any other dealership. Simply incredible!!!

I’ve been going to Nissan to do my oil changes/rotations since picking up my used rogue from them. The car has been in 3 time for other issues: brakes, transmission recall, brakes.The transmission recall took about 2 weeks because incorrect parts were ordered (yeah. “Certified” Nissan mechanics). After the 2 weeks, there was a nasty moldy smell in the car, oil prints on the leather, and candy wrappers on the floor.Brakes one the second go. Dropped on my car for squeaky brakes and ended up having the buy new rotors for “my safety”. After $450 in repairs, I leave the shop with a new problem... they ask me to come back the following week which means having to go back and be without a car for another day.The only reason for 2 stars is for the early bird drop off and Sean at customer service.

We went in to look our salesman was Ed Welsh so disappointed 😞 we had a cosigner it just kept getting worse they didnt tell us they put the car in the cosigner name the salesman checked to see that we had a license plate at motor vehicle the license plate was sent to clearwater to the cosigner now shes upset about her insurance and having a license plate issued in her name and my husbands with her name first such deception they didnt tell us anything about putting the whole deal in her name we spoke to a manager who assured us he would take care of everything he never called back horrible costomers service thefinabc manager assured us that our contract which was not delivered with the car was in the mail to us and she had a salesman call and tell us it was already sent to us it wasnt and my husband is giving thecar back and were finished with mays nissan learned some lessons and will be looking for a honest dealership as mays nissan represents themselves as a Christian company and that is why I choose them but their employees dont have the same integrity as the owner does

Roger Agaran & Ray are amazing!! They made it happen !! I walked away Same Day with a vehicle!!!! I just bought a car a month ago I got hit by a truck first accident in my life; car was totaled; insurance hasn’t paid back bank for first loan yet ; my credit went from 720 to 635 !! I honestly didn’t think it was going happen !! But Ray the Roger cared enough to make it happen !! They even drop the price of the vehicle so I qualified!! I honestly can’t thank you guys enough!! Blessing to you guy!! I truly recommend Jim Falk Nissan if you need a vehicle or even in doubt that you will qualify! just ask for Roger or Ray ! they will make it happen!

Most of the employees inside and around the Jim Falk Nissan weren’t using the face mask for Covid -19 protection .and some of the ones that had one weren’t using it properly. It is very disrespectful and dangerous!
