Those effin guys at locke... they sure can load some pipe in the rear of of your trailer. And man they sure do have a lot of free box to give out at the door. Just come in, buy some pipe... and get some free box. What a place! Sometimes they even hold it for you! 😂

Not just a supplier but like having a helpful friend who knows how to fix everything. I took in my capacitor thinking I had to buy a new one. They tested it and it turned out to be fine so after talking through the issues they diagnosed the faulty fan.They then explained exactly how to replace my fan with a generic replacement. Great customer service!

Sometimes the bigbox stores just dont carry what you need or dont have the experience. While Locke is a supply house for the trades home owners should not be afraid to go in and speak to the skilled staff as well as to see the wide range of supplies they stock.

No these people are not amazing. In fact they are complete jerks. They act like you are a bother and they just want you out of their store. I went in looking for a fan motor for my ac and even though they had the part they said they didnt want to sell it to me. You should not have to beg people to sell you something. I will not go back to this place ever. Do your self a favor and go to Bowers.

This is the only location that treat you like a criminal first and doesnt want your business. I would never recommend going to the joplin location cause of bad management. Locke supply in Miami and Pittsburg has better customer service and they treat you better.Better going to Home Depot, Lowes,Goodman etc if you live in joplin.
