Very unwelcoming atmosphere. Customer service was horrible. Prices are reasonable but Id pay extra for good customer service.

The actual eye doctor was great. Took his time, very informative. However- there are a couple of older ladies that work out front. They are always kind of rude in person and on the phone. They always seem to have an attitude, and act like they want nothing more than to not deal with you. Even when they answer the phone, they don’t say it’s the vision center, just “can you hold for a minute?” With a rude tone. And when I go in, if I have to make them get up to wait on me, there’s some weird tension. A smile goes a long way. If you hate your job so much, quit.

Dr was great but noone told me that due to covid adults cant order glasses come back in a few weeks. Came back 3 weeks later and was told were not stopping you from going somewhere else. rude

I have went to Dr. Grant for years now. I love him and his staff. I moved away from Joplin 3 years ago but gladly drive 80 miles each way to still go to them! Highly recommend them!

I was at the pond on Tuesday and as I was looking over the water I dropped my glasses 😭 I went to Walmart (I already had a script there) they were able to rush my order and I received my glasses today! (Thursday) they were super friendly and Im so happy with my glasses. Thanks Walmart! 💕

I have gone to Dr. Grant for many years. He and his staff are so good at what they do. If I have a problem they always work me in. They go far beyond my expectations.
