I had to get my eyes checked and needed new glasses right away. I heard about Eyemart Express from a co worker. Walked in without an eye exam appointment, and was able to be seen quickly. After that, I picked out new frames and paid for them and the lenses. Was told it would be ready in an hour. 18 minutes later, was texted that my glasses were ready.I will and all ready told people about Eyemart Express and the service I received. I will definitely be a returning customer.

My first experience with Eyemart Express was great. They gave me plenty of time to choose frames. They had a huge variety of frames that are reasonably priced! Ill be going back.

I had problems with the first frames that I picked out. Lenses were fine, but for some reason the frames were not comfortable and just did not feel right. About two weeks after I picked them up I went back in, Talked to them, there was no problem. I picked out another frame, it did happen to be a little more expensive, I paid the difference.They were very very accommodating, and I am happy. The new frames worked out really well, the prescription is good, and I am seeing well. I highly recommend Eyemart

The guy that helped me was awesome! He made sure I knew everything I needed to know and was very kind. He also let me know that my 2 pairs of glasses I bought would be ready in about an hour and they were done within 30 minutes! It was a great experience!

In an age of bad customer service, these guys and gals are the extreme exception to the rule and are not like the rest! Noone is perfect and mistakes happen but this location will take care of you from the second you walk in and will make sure you are happy with the product you purchased.

Very happy with the ease and speediness. I just went in, picked out the glasses I wanted, handed them the prescription I already had with me, and in 22mins my lenses were complete and in the frames. They didnt even have to adjust them. Very pleased and will definitely be going back.

Great customer service experience. However a package was added to my bill for a protection plan that I still know nothing about. Tried to research it on the website but come up empty handed. Sales clerk did not explain it. Transactions need to be more transparent and people need the ability to decide for themselves whether or not they want a protection plan. Ask before adding.

I definitely enjoyed my experience here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the deals they offer are excellent. With a variety of frames to choose from, at a reasonable price, why would you not come here! An added bonus for me is that they allow you to look without being overbearing, but if you ask for their opinion theyre happy to offer it. I will definitely be returning!

When I walked in the store someone immediately asked how they could help and the wonderful display of frames that I saw was so easy to choose from and in 30 minutes I was on my way. Truly the best value out there! I took my rx into the Joplin Mo. store and they made me two pair of progressive glasses for under $85.00 out the door and did it in less than an hour. I was quoted over $280.00 for the exact same thing in the Mall down the street. Great people, great selection, great price.

I took my 9 year old daughter here today to get an eye exam and she ended up needed glasses. We got glasses within 45 minutes from exam. The eye dr and staff were great with her. My whole family uses eyemart, I highly recommend them!!

Just got two sets, they said would be 2hrs, got a text 35mins later said they were ready!! Reason I didnt give 5stars is because they have such a small amount maybe 40 for the 2frames for $38 deal and only like 5 styles and then just different colors. I ended up paying $200 for two sets still a good deal but, i went there for the 2 for $38 deal

My daughter has extremely bad vision. Last Thursday morning she woke up and brought her glasses to me, after the dog had chewed them to pieces. I contacted the Eyemart Express store in Joplin and they were AMAZING!!!!I went there at 9:30 am they faxed my daughters prescription and had them made in 26 minutes. I was treated with the absolute best customer service Ive had in a long time. My daughter was shocked and overjoyed that she was able to see in a matter of an hour. Thank you Eyemart Express!!!! My initial visit seemed ok. But I decided I didnt like the extra protection they talked me into so I went back to have them changed the sales lady, who was the manager, was very short with me and seemed annoyed with having to explain my bill to me. When I came back in for a 3rd time to pick up my glasses I sat for 20 minutes while they waited on other people. A simple well be with u as soon as we can would have been nice.
