The custom service reps were friendly and helpful, and the woman who conducted my preliminary eye tests was patient and great at her job. And Dr. Barkley is the best optometrist Ive ever seen. I wish all healthcare was as pleasant as a trip to Vision Works.

This is definitely the best place Ive ever been for glasses. I can see better with these glasses than any others Ive had. The optometrist took his time and everyone was so nice. They helped me save money too!

Grandson and his mom went in for exam, Visioworks didnt complete the exam and told him they wouldnt charge his insurance. But when we went to another eye clinic and they ran his new exam the insurance wouldnt cover it because Visionworks didnt cancel their incomplete eappointment.

Been doing business with them since 2015 and now I just dont care too much for the doctor they have. The doctor I used to always see opened his own practice in Oklahoma. I Miss him! This new doctor is quick, only went through the eye exam once (you know the one they do to test your prescription strength. They ask which is better A or B) didnt go back through it. So when it came to test the new prescription, my glasses were better to see out of than the new prescription. So he wanted me to come back again to put eyedrops in my eyes to test the prescription again.... just annoyed because the previous doctor would have put more effort into it and actually go through the test again, not rush it.

I went here on March 9th. It was out of necessity as I had torn one of my contacts at work, and I couldnt get an exam at my normal doctor until the following week. The staff were friendly and helpful, however the doctor was a different story. When he found out I would not be buying glasses that day he told me I would need to go somewhere else. His attitude did not improve during the remainder of the exam, and Im not satisfied with results of the exam that I got. Long story short, I will be paying out of my own pocket for a new exam from my regular eye doctor, as this one was filed with my insurance, and it will only cover one per year. I can safely say that will never return to this establishment.Update: I did follow up with my regular eye doctor and get a new exam which I paid for. Contrary to what the Visionworks doctor told me, I dont need different prescriptions for each eye, nor did I need bifocals. Reaffirms my previous statement that I will never be back to this establishment.

I didnt like how i was treated and when i said i didnt need a follow up after i pay for my contacts she said that they would not release my contacts until i go to the follow up even after i pay for them. How can they keep your purchased item after you pay for them. Will never go back, i felt very uncomfortable

I have been with these guys for over 3 years and they have always been absolutely FANTASTIC!! I cant say enough about them. I have been to other Vision Works and eye places that seem to just be about the sale rather than the customer. I buy my exams, contact, and glasses from them because of how well they treat me. Plus they always have great deals going on. ;) Customer service is outstanding here. Please when you go, go see DARLENE! She is always so nice. Im one of those customers that ask a lot of questions and she always finds me the answer, even of its just for ease of mind. I never feel pressured and always treated with kindness and respect. Great prices and quick service they even moved me into an earlier apt when I arrived early to walk about the mall and super friendly staff. They have many frames on sale and with the saving on the bogo promotion its a great buy. The wait is 2weeks for glasses to be ready but I have seen other people get glasses the same day.

Every time I stop in for a yearly appointment or just to have their professionals tighten my frames, I’m greeted with warm, friendly people who are happy to serve my needs. They are knowledgeable with my glasses and contacts options. My insurance information is understood and the staff is ready to fulfill any requests. It’s a great place for my annual exams and general eyeglass/contact needs.

I went with my boyfriend to his appointment. He was looking to get contacts again for the first time in about a year. The doctor gave him a pair of contacts to try out. My boyfriend couldn’t see out of his right eye as it was very blurry. The doctor asked him to read the lines and although he could read 20/20, except for one letter which is still considered 20/20 to the doctor, his vision in his right eye was still blurry and just wasn’t right. He mentioned something to the doctor and the doctor was rude. He didn’t give an explanation or try to fix it. He tried to send him on his way with blurry vision. My boyfriend was persistent that something was wrong, but the doctor just got aggravated and annoyed, unwilling to help my boyfriend.They scheduled a follow up appointment. We cancelled it, and paid for the glasses exam. They said to get the contact prescription he would need to return for the follow up and pay for his contacts to get the contact prescription.Overall, staff seemed on edge and not very welcoming. Makes sense as they were working under an unprofessional and uneducated eye doctor.

I had an exceptionally good experience here very pleasant and incredibly fast and extremely professional they did a great job and even helped me pick out a pair of frames that took about 15 that let me feel more comfortable and confident wearing glasses again.

Kirstie Kelly is awesome! I can ask her just about anything and she knows an answer or looks it up and finds it! I can hand her my glasses and say they need adjusted and she can get them perfectly every time. She was honest with me and how the glasses looked even when dear Hubby wasn’t so much! A girl needs that.Great customer service!

Wow! The staff here are so excellent! We were traveling and looking to replace some old frames that had broken. While they dis not have them in stock, they called around to find some and were willing to send them to our mail service. Then, they called us back and I felt terrible I had forgotten to tell them we found some at another store. Guess I learned there are still people who do what they say! Priceless!

Another example of you get what you pay for. Service was mediocre,and the doc is running a racket! Scheduled for appointment of an understood price on exam,and contacts onlyAnd was refused because he couldnt stick me with the extra cost of glasses.No other centers require them.

I have gotten glasses from Kirstie ever since 2013 and she has helped me pick things that look great. I have gotten a couple pairs of prescription sunglasses that are simply amazing. Great people, great glasses.

I was looking for a store to get an eye exam and glasses and stumbled upon Visionworks by accident...and Im so glad I did. I read their reviews and decided to give them a try even though their store is an HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES from where I live. From the first phone call to picking up my glasses, these women made my first experience at Visionworks the best. Darlene, Bailey, and Kirsty took time with every detail and made sure I was happy and comfortable with not only my experience but my purchase. I cant remember my doctors name but she made me feel like I had known her all my life and I felt extremely comfortable and at ease. 0 stars went herebought my dad some new glasses with in less than a week the ear piece screw fell out took them back in to get fix and the staff said that they couldnt fix them because they wasnt from them after proving them that we did they finally fixed them after a month of not being able to see out of them and the clinic not wanting to make it right we are stuck with a 400.00+ glasses that dont work do not recommend them at all.

If I could give a zero star I would. I walked in and the girl at the counter (samantha)hollered at me - can I help you (from her desk)? As I walked closer, she looked perturbed that I didnt holler back. I explained what I was looking for and she said - ok, go ahead and look as she tried on a pair of large lens glasses. No help, no assistance...nada. very very bad customer service. I looked a bit, i was very overwhelmed & left, they dont need my business. Btw, there was only one other customer in the store. Avoid.
