Bryan is the best! Had to have the glass on my 7 plus replaced a few weeks ago. They had it fixed under an hour same day! A few weeks later the touch screen quit working. Bryan replaced the digitizer free of charge under warranty again same day, under an hour, no questions asked. May not seem like much but it was a big deal to me! Highly recommended!

My iPhone 6S needed a screen after I dropped something heavy on it by accident. I normally in the past have done this type of work myself. This time I was scrambling to find someone else to do it, so I could get it back immediately because I need my phone for work. I looked up phone repair places & the reviews favor iProtect. I am so glad I found these guys. All of them are as friendly as can be. Very professional. I decided to let them work on the silent switch while they had it apart because the price quote was so reasonable. It took them just over an hour to tear my phone apart & perform those repairs. Once it was done, the charge was more than fair. Much cheaper than quotes from other places. My phone now functions better than it ever has. I could not be more pleased!

My XS Max went crazy the other night---the touch screen lost all control and began opening apps randomly. I thought my phone was hacked. Turns out the digitizer went out with no cracks. How did that happen? Well, a few months ago I had the back glass repaired on my phone at a store in the Joplin mall. Not only did it cost a fortune, but they put the back glass on crooked so now there is a very noticeable lip when I hold my phone. When I complained to that store about the shoddy repair, the managers said it’s because my phone was bent (not true) and they weren’t willing to fix. When my screen began to go berserk yesterday, I did NOT want to go back to the mall for the repair so I found Scott at Iprotect. So glad I did! Not only did he diagnose the problem immediately, but he offered me an immediate repair that fixed my phone completely. It turns out the last repair at the mall caused this problem for my digitizer to occur. Scott even offered a MUCH cheaper price than what I had previously paid to fix my last repair that was done incorrectly. I’m a customer for life and will recommend everyone to Scott at iProtect. These guys actually do the service for carrier insurance claims, (mine was Asurion through AT&T). He came to my house to do the repair. He was personable, professional, and thorough.
