The store on Peoples street was awesome. Andrew helped me with what I needed and went out of his way to try and get me a deal. He was very nice and very helpful. Thanks man.By the way the drive is working fine and will be velcroed to a solid surface shortly.

Super friendly and helpful staff made our video game hunt much easier. They explained each game in detail to my son and gave him recommendations based on what he other games he liked to play. Plus they have a card you can get with special offers and it even saved me money with too!

I went into this location today to look for PS3 controllers and power cords. I had some questions as well about the items I was looking for. When I walked in, the employee was on the phone with what sounded like another employee or manager. The guy never greeted me. I walked over to the section for PS3 and was looking but didn’t see what I was looking for specifically. I turned and looked at the employee thinking he would at least acknowledge I was there. But no, he continued to talk on the phone (btw complaining about a customer). I finally began to stare straight at him, he finally looked at me but immediately looked away when he saw I was staring at him, and continued his conversation. At this point I walked out. HORRIBLE customer service.

I won’t shop somewhere that harasses people over face masks, especially when they have a medical condition. It wasn’t even me and I’ll never shop here again.

Was very helpful in getting the size t-shirt I wanted!!! Even looked it up for me so i could pick up the right sized shirt at another GameStop.

Employees were nice and helpful. Explained every part of my trade-in process as well as prices. Bought a used Xbox One S and am super happy with it.

How the employees at this specific store maintain employment is beyond me. They are always rude, unhelpful, and seem to be bothered that you are shopping in the store. Hey Gamestop if you want to improve your image start by removing the employees that make customers not want to return to your stores.

Smells a little.

The rudest guy works there. We were trying to exchange an unopened item for store credit, and were rudely and repeatedly told there was literally nothing they could do. We took item to another gamestop and was taken care of no problem. I will never go back to this location again!

I love GameStop

Well, I went with 9 up-to-date games that are over 50 bucks each on there rack and they where only going too give 62.85 in store credit. Plus after all the waiting when I was about too get the game I wanted they did not have the game at all. But there was copys on there rack. So I said if they sont have the game then too take the copys off the rack but it was for display. Then they said they do have the game but it is for people who pre order it but the game has been out for 2 weeks now. So yeah I went to a different gamestore after all this. They need too get there act in line and I would not go too this store. Nice set up but poor workers.

Least knowledgeable morons Ive ever encountered. Not only were they completely unaware of what they were doing, they were super rude to me and my children. As I am trying to explain what I need not one but THREE employees interrupt because they apparently think they are the expert which would have been okay maybe if even one of them returned an even remotely useful response. Then I made the huge mistake of asking if the game system can be connected through the cable box and was told to call the cable company because they didnt know. Lastly the super jerk decides that he wants to inform me how I can drive to Sevierville orfor $40 he will order what I need online despite the website showing it for $13 . . I will go buy a new television before I ever go back to this particular location. One employee took my time to tell me how he doesnt watch on a Roku because he just likes YouTube.... How is that relevent to anything I needed?

Over priced played 4 bucks more for brand new remote for xbox1 at Walmart that they wanted for used thats crazy. Lower prices

Josh, store manager, and I use that term loosely, shows up at 2 minutes after 10. A customer, me, standing outside waiting, opens the door and locks it behind him. I ask how long, and he says through the door in a couple minutes. Nothing else. He sees me waiting. No good morning, no sorry Im late, no give me a second, I have to ask him. He finally opens the door at 6 after 10.Now, some may say that is no big deal. But what happens when you are 2 minutes late to work? Or 6 minutes late for work? I get disciplined, possibly fired. Not to mention the rudeness from a service industry like Gamestop. But hey, come in and spend your money here.I called the mall Gamestop and went over there. It took extra time, but it was worth it. The manager at the mall Gamestop had to apologize for Josh to me. NOT HIS JOB! Also, he opened the doors 5 minutes early. I will go to the mall store every time now.The worst thing you can do from a service industry is give poor service, and thats exactly what I recieved from Josh at this store.

Not very organized and long wait just to pay for a game. The week before that tried to get a ps4 and a switch for my kids and they were not even open during business hours at 2 different locations. So order ps4 from Amazon and switch from Walmart

I love gamestop how ever the mystery funko pop boxes this year were terrible because you got the same thing in all the boxes except the big funko pop. If you biught more than 1 you got 2,3,4 Enchantress Hard Candy and all the five night at Freddies were the same too I got 10 of the same 2. Come in mix all the bixes up with different stuff...

Went there to get a switch on release day without pre-ordering had a blast would definitely do it again!

Had to wait for about 20 minutes for the cashier to figure out how to apply Gamestop rewards points to a purchase. They were apologetic for the wait and helped in other ways. Seemed to be a training issue.
