Cute, clean store! They dont have the biggest inventory, they have more stuff online. But they make up for it with good customer service! Theyre nice and helpful without being overly pushy and in-your-face like a lot of other stores. If youre into anime this is definitely a store you should check out!!

This store NEVER follows the hours of operations that it posts. In the past 2 weeks I have driven an hour and a half to shop here on 7 occasions and this store was temporarily closed every time except one. Every time I see a lady running around inside the store. My family will never come to this place again. Hot Topic and Spencers will have to replace this store for us (at least they are reliable and want their customers buisness).

Capacity is 10 including employees, wear a mask over your mouth and nose.

They always have something new. I love browsing the clearance section for great deals!

Bought some items from here that were marked as clearance when I tried to return some of the items I was told they don’t accept returns on clearance items. There are no signs and no warnings of this. It is printed in fine print on the back of the receipt but you don’t get a receipt unless you have bought something and once you buy it. You can’t return it so how would anyone know? Very shady business practice. I won’t be back!

Love this store!! Staff is always so so nice and willing to help with items and questions about the store. Tons of popular fandom items, geeky items: shirts, pins, necklaces, hoodies, POP Icon toys and figurines, and TONS more. Always stop by here when I come to the mall and end up buying small things for me or getting gift ideas.

The store has great items. Shame the manager treats customers poorly. She is very rude and condescending.

Sometimes my husband and I go to the mall just for this store. It is clean and organized. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes the prices are a bit much tho. Occasional deals on clearance or in store event savings. The inventory that they have on the floor is normally they have which is often disappointing when I find an article of clothing I want but they dont keep extra inventory. However, there always seems be different items added to their sales floor often which offers a variety of products.

This is one of the best stores in Johnson city. God bless them. I always stop in when at the mall. And 15.00 coupon is always a nice welcome. And cant forget the employees are so nice and helpful. I will be back.

I am quite geeky and love so much here. Only issue is if you are a bigger person it is very difficult to find bigger sizes.

Had a return on a hoodie that was just over the 30 day mark, had all the tags and was never worn, but they insisted that we had to get the same exact hoodie, so they had to order it online and have it shipped to the store. They would not even give my daughter a gift card. So we had to wait for over 30 mins. To get a run around, I could see if we were trying to scam but anyway

I would buy everything if I could. I have never seen some of the things they sold anywhere before and didnt know I needed them until I saw them. I love everything.

I love all their products and the variety but they are kinda expensive
