This is my 1st review but I recently came in to Star Auto Clinic to get a tune up for my car before leaving to go back to school, the Mechanics were very friendly and walked me through everything they found wrong with my car, and helped get me road ready once again in nearly no time at all while offering up some of the best prices in the area!! This is the best service I’ve gotten in this area! I highly recommend!!!!

Great work at a fair price

Well only 2 stars wanted something fixed was nice worked something out with me but i had to call back and they did take it back i should have went there myself to watch because now my car is making more noice and what i paid for is still broke they were good to me they worked with me but my car is still the same broke ????? I now have to spend more money to get someone else to fix it my car is a lil messed up but i do know what is wrong with it

Zero stars, if that was possible. This place has the worst customer service, EVER. I brought my car here because it is close to my house and one morning it didnt start. So, one of the mechanics who was very nice came to my house to try to start it. It still didnt work, he said it might be the starter, or the alternator/belt, etc. So, he called a tow. They towed it in. Two days go by and they call me and tell me all this stuff that is wrong with it, nothing really pertaining to having to do with the engine or starter. They said the muffler, the belt around the whole car, the brake pads, etc. But knowing my inspection is coming up in a couple months, I figure I know they know why it was towed in the first place, and Im going to put my trust in them because Im probably going to need to make these repairs in the near future. So, I fix it for 475 bucks. Two more days go by and they call to say its ready to be picked up. Since Im working, my retired dad went to pick it up. So he goes, pays, gets in the car, goes to start it - IT DOESNT START. So, one of the three owners comes out and said theyll fix it, no worries. My dad; the sweetest, calmest human on the planet goes, yea I hope so, you guys should be ashamed of your business. You call to say a car is ready and it doesnt start!? You should drive it around the block to know everything is running well. The old timers, good mechanics back in the day used to that. Anyway, this leaves me thinking how the heck did they get it in the garage if they couldnt get it running, push it? So, fast forward to three days later THEY FINALLY call and say my car is done and that I owe $165 for a starter that should have been one of the only repairs made. Ridiculous. They had my car for over a week. Save yourself the time, money and frustration and never, ever give them your business.

Was recommended this place by my wifes coworker, theyve brought all their cars here and I can see why, extremely friendly people who know what theyre doing, all with fair pricing. This is definitely my new go-to garage.

Went in to look at SUV they have on their lot, after 15 minutes we left as we couldnt get anyone interested in helping us.
