Horrible Service!!!! Took my truck to get the battery changed twice. The first time they serviced it & never changed it like they were suppose. A week later there was battery acid everywhere. The second time they actually changed the battery. We checked to make sure & there was battery acid everywhere again. The guy that handed us our keys told us the should have cleaned it up but at that point we had to wait some more for something that should have been done in the first place. So we left because it was not the first time we had issues with them. We tried to give them benefit of doubt & to make it right but we just need to go somewhere else because they just cant get it right. Im done with this dealership.

Overall, our purchasing experience was a positive one. Our salesperson, Doug, greeted us on the lot and was able to answer our questions right on the spot. He was very knowledgeable and polite.The only area of our experience that I believe couldve been improved, is in relation to the business office (finance manager) side of things. While it wasnt terrible, and the gentleman was also very nice, that interaction left much to be desired.I am aware that we were there towards the closing of the dealership, but it seemed like we were hurried through this section of the process. For example, all of our paperwork was already created with what bank we would be lending with, but that was never asked or explained to us at any point.It appeared as if our signatures required were simply quick terms and conditions, but it wasnt until after the fact that we realized we didnt know what bank we were with, what our interest rate would be, or how we were even supposed to make our first payment. We kept waiting to see the main information, but then the signing was completed because everything was down-played.Had we known that that information was on the sections we were asked to sign, I wouldve at least had a few additional questions to clarify some things. Such as: How do we know this is actually the lowest interest rate available from our lending options?As I said, overall, Im very happy with our purchase. Doug was great and Im enjoying the vehicle, but I believe that suggested improvement could allow you to better earn the trust of more clients on a longer-term basis. That interaction on such an important part of the process makes me hesitate to recommend my experience to friends and family because I dont want them to be rushed through this section of the process as we were, despite having such a great experience on the sales-side of things.

Anthony was amazing to deal with. I love my new F-150. He was excellent to deal with and I strongly recommend anyone that wishes to purchase a new Ford to go see him. I referred my neighbor to Anthony as well and he bought a new F-150.I would give a 5 star review, however I was told I’d get a $100 referral check for referring my neighbor, but after a phone call, 2 messages, and an email with no response over the course of 2 months, I guess that’s not happening.

Had my truck in service for a week, (they had it longer than I have) terrible communication from Johnson City Ford, took them 5 days to find out there is a service bulletin about my issue….Really? Called today at 5 pm, since I haven’t heard from them, to find out truck is ready, no one ever called me to let me know. They say it’s fixed, we shall see

I would not recommend buying a used car from them, bought a 2016 camaro and in the first week the transmission went out. called them and they had nothing to say or offer, was in the shop for 3 weeks with the drivetrain warranty they include. All I get is a Im sorry to hear that when I just got screwed out of the first month of having it. Was told they did an inspection but clearly not good enough. Was also supposed to get 90 days before first payment and that didnt happen but is also my fault for not paying attention to the date on the contract. Overall would highly not recommend buying anything used and make sure you pay attention to what they say theyre going to do and whats in the contract.
