Love the staff in the store. And I love my sleep number bed. If you havent had a sleep number bed and youve been thinking about it let me tell you that is well worth it. Your sleep is over a quarter of the day and you do spend a lot of time in bed. Its worth the investment. Now about the store. Super clean. Great staff. Not much not anything wrong with the place. I dont give five stars out much at all but this place was well deserving

On August 29, 2020, I purchased a bed at this store. The service and assistance was exceptionally professional and informative. Much time was afforded me by the professional assisting me in the decision making process. I thoroughly appreciated her knowledge and expertise. My one and only complaint, thus the reason for the deduction of one star, is the delivery time was excessive-September 15, 2020. I purchased this bed out of necessity and the length required to receive it was too much of a delay. Entirely too much. I called the manager at the store the bed was purchased; and she called the company on my behalf to try to get a more timely delivery, but it did not happen. The main company needs to do much better with deliveries in a quicker manner. I found it a bit calloused by the company. However, I sincerely appreciate the local store and service provided me in choosing and buying my bed.

It wasnt just a sale it was an education! Tom Peterson spent almost 2 hours with us educating us on the different Sleep Number beds and ensured we were comfortable with our selection. Everybody was really nice and welcoming. Our salesman Chris went above and beyond to make sure we found what we were looking for. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about explaining and demonstrating the beds and their different functions to us. He was very patient and answered our questions. Tried the Sleep Number i10 in the JC store and loved it. I have tried every high end mattress/base combo and still kept gravitating to the sleep number beds. (Even tried to convince myself I was a sucker for great advertising). With my husband in a wheelchair and my need for legs elevated following vascular surgery and a lot of bed rest, it was hard to fulfill medical needs and comfort. We choose the X12 and it has been a thousand times better than we could have hoped for. It is amazing, thank you Sleep Number!

We had a wonderful experience at the Sleep Number store. We had just planned to go and look and get a feel for the beds and we ended up purchasing one.

I can honestly recommend Sleep Zone to anyone with hesitation. After purchasing my first mattress and being unable to sleep comfortably on it, they allowed me to come in and choose another one. It was very simple and painless to exchange. No hassles at all. Delivery was great both times.

Beware of this store. I purchased a bed and paid over $4,000 and the delivery crew destroyed my house. They pretended to create a claim to reimburse me, but they never followed up. Then they wont answer the phone or call back when messages are left. Avoid this place!!!!

I went to this store, fully expecting to be pressured to purchase. I also went in my workclothes, also expecting to be treated as though I did not belong. Nothing could have been further from the truth of my actual experience. I was immediately greeted by a very pleasant young man, Sam. He gave me the star treatment, and later, when I returned with my husband, he went above and beyond to help us.My husband has been diagnosed with a rare lung disease and he sleeps much better and breathes much better with his head elevated. He also has some fairly serious back issues. After Sam found his sleep number setting, he made my husband comfortable in an adjustable base bed. It was the first time in a very long time that my husband was able to lay in any position longer than a few minutes without pain. We purchased an I8 split king bed with a flexfit 3 adjustable base. We are looking forward to it being delivered soon. I would highly recommend this store to anyone considering the purchase of a bed, especially for any health related issues. I am so glad that I went to this store, and I am thankful for the service that I received.

From the time we walked in the store till the time we left we were made to feel more than welcome. Like family. The salesman didnt hassle us by trying to be to pushy like somecate real good at doing. All that makes me do is want to leave and go elsewhere. My fiance had a very recent heart attack and he was more than patient with us regarding that. We are more than pleased with our recent experience there and will do more dealing with them. With anynfuture purchases we may need. We will also refer any and all our friends and family that are looking to purchase from them as well.

Nicer store than the Knoxville locations. I bought my bed a year before this store was opened. The staff was helpful when I came in with a question about repair parts (really attachments for a headboard to the frame). Turns out they do not carry any, and parts must be phone ordered.

The Sleep Number bed is great we purchase the P5 and we love it..The warranty is great they stand behind what they say even the sheets. I call today about a set that we had purchased and told them about the hole that came in them. They said no problem we will have a set in the mail today. Thanks Sleep Number

We ordered a bed for a cancer patient. They have failed to deliver the bed since the end of October. They have scheduled the delivery 4 times and then called to cancel. The first time they told us the bed had been taken to Lexington Ky. Then they told us twice that all the components were not available. Which was true? Still dont have the bed. We had moved out a bed since we were told it was being delivered. So our cancer patient is without a bed. The service from this company is horrible. I would not recommend anyone purchase from this company. The only reason I gave one star is that it would not let me put a negative.
