Staff is friendly. Got a great deal on a stand mixer and was able to order items not in the store from online.

Another BB&B - this one has a bit better selection. They carry more of the USA pans than the one in Bristol so I always have to go to this store. Its clean and well stocked. The staff is actually a bit friendlier than Bristol so thats also a plus.

Had a little trouble finding the cookware that I was looking for as the display and the box containing the pan were not anywhere close to one another. I had to ask for help in finding it after being told from the cashier that it wasnt in stock despite the fact that the website said they has several in stock.I really appreciate the website which seemed more informed than some of the employees and more helpful.I do like the selection and the ability to shop in the store in-person.

Worst. Service. Ever. These people are bottom of the barrel when it comes to customer service. And it wasn’t just “a bad day.” We have visited this store several times and salespeople are rude and can’t be bothered. They have zero desire to have you in the store. Will definitely take business elsewhere or use online option.

We went to the new horrible at home store and decided that we would go visit our staple store Bed Bath & Beyond and was so fabulous to be immediately greeted by Cliff that didnt say its over there and instead walked us directly over to the product and showed us exactly where it was then when that didnt fit our needs he took us to look at other options and guess what that sold the item. Outstanding customer service goes a long,long way and I will be visiting here for my needs in the future for bed or bath or beyond. Thanks Cliff for being AWESOME!!!!!!

Took bulbs back that were purchased for Christmas and not even a store credit would be issued even with a receipt. It a couple days over 30 days but not even store credit would be honored. Bulbs wouldnt connect to app. My advice is buy your things at another store besides Bed Bath Beyond as they have lost my business.

We had purchased several gifts for a wedding shower and the youg gentlemen checking us out was extremely helpful he also informed us that they had free gift wrapping. We were able to wrap all of the shower gits with nice paper ribbons, boxes and name tags. So we could make it to the shower on time .

They had the shower curtain and all the accessories the wife wanted- happy wife, happy life!

They have everything I needed for my daughters dorm. My daugghters dorm needs hard-to-find sheets. Full XL. Last year and this year, Bed Bath And Beyond was the only place I could find them (her sheets disappeared over the summer, so we had to buy more). They were not expensive, but they also had a discount for college. They were a nice quality- they had some with 250 thread count and on up.last year, I also got her a nice towel set, as well as some nice pots and pans and cooking utensils. Im glad we decided to stop there for bedding.

One of the items I was looking for was no longer available in store, only online and clearance at that. Seems the manufacturer feels the item is no longer needed. Well, Im here to say they practical always wins over pretty or utilitarian in my book. Thanks to Margaret for her patience in locating what was looking for.

I love this place and shop frequently. Go and just browse you can find something for every room in your house. They can be a little pricey but they also have lots of sales . They also have a new way to get those prices down. You pay 25 or 30 dollars and you get into this special club and get to get 15% or 20% off your items all year long. Do check it out!! Not positive about the club prices but its in that ballpark.

Im really disappointed with this company. They were in a good lactation in Virginia then they moved to the pintacle in Tennessee where the sales tax is higher. Ill order my stuff on line from now on 🎂😫

After making a purchase online I chose to return items to a physical store then use the mailing slip included in the package. I found out that because I use my PayPal and didnt have a physical card in order for them to credit my account with my return purchase a lack of foresight on their part. But at the time I wasnt too upset that I would make do with some Bed Bath & Beyond gift card credit. Well browsing through the store and passing the clearance rack I decided to purchase a small laptop stand with 3 boxes that kind of work like shelves on a metal frame with wheels. On the tag it clearly stated that the item had just been returned and it was obvious because it didnt know if it back in the box that the person who had bought the item had put it together but was not able to put it back exactly the way I had came in the Box. But I was very upset to find after I attempted to put the item back together that although the tag had said returned this purchase I was going to bite me in the butt as it is as is merchandise. It turns out that one of the wheels was broken, one of the boards that keeps the canvas boxes open was missing, the overall medal frame was bent, and one of the screws holes was almost completely stripped other than a single thread still existing within the inside. So as I was capable of making do with a bad situation and putting it together. I even managed to glue back the wheel which by the way was separated from the peg that and unfortunately was placed on the wrong Corner, as it was a locking wheel, and found a screw that was long enough to grab that last thread in the bottom of the stripped-out hole to make the best of a bad situation. Im not sure they havent even attempted to go by Bed Bath and Beyond and ask him if they would reimburse me the money or give me a new one for all my trouble but I was afraid that I would be asked to disassemble the purchase. But I do know that when I was asked if the item that I returned had anything wrong with it I answered truthfully. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my item thank you and please give me my refund. But when whoever return this item must have lied to the clerk and told him there was nothing wrong with it because it seems like they would have labeled the sticker with all the problems that I encountered the night I put my purchase together. And given that the item didnt fit back in the box Im surprised that the employees at the store didnt take a look at this item and confirm there was nothing wrong with it because the pig that was still in the Bottom Rung of the metal frame would have made them aware in the very least that the wheel was broken.

You can find the most unique things here, i love to visit they are always getting new items in. Many a time when ive needed a last minute gift i found something perfect at bed bath and beyond. The place is always kept clean and is very well lit. It can be a bit confusing sometimes to find a Im your looking for but they have plenty of very helpful staff all over the store ready to help you out. Be sure to keep a eye out for those 20% of coupons they send in the mall and over email for great deals.

I was given excellent customer service from a young man by the name of Sean today. I was very please how he was able to take care of what I needed. My visit was great and I will be back in the future.

The store has many different home items with reasonable prices. Be sure to bring current coupons to get additional discounts. The store has changed their return policies so be sure to read the bottom of your receipt.

They have Terrible customer service. Refused to replaced a broken item that was broke when we got it home and tried to put it together. Its an hour trip each way to return it. Took it back 2 days later and they refused to replace it. Have spent our last dollar with BB&B and thats a promise.
