Worst customer service ever. I was out mattress shopping on Saturday, August 21st with my spouse for our 12 yr old and figured we would check this place out. We let the sales person know when we walked in that we wanted to look around and wanted a little bit of space. He asked how much we were looking to spend and started making suggestions. He asked us to lay on the beds and we declined multiple times. He kept hovering and asking questions and we stated again we would like some space. After the 4th time of him telling us to lay on a bed and us refusing he then felt the need to ask why. The response was because we dont feel comfortable was beyond his comprehension as he then stated I just dont understand why. We told him that he was being rude by not listening to us and he just lost a customer. The other person in the store wished us a good day and then when we made it to the door muttered something quietly to the salesperson. When we inquired, he stated he said nothing and when we asked who the manager was he said he was the manager. When we let him know we heard him and that it was plain disrespectful he threatened to call the police, and I laughed and said go ahead, we are just asking what you are saying. We left after this altercation just in complete shock at how we were treated. I have worked numerous retail and customer-facing positions and was raised to treat people with respect, but apparently at this establishment it is dont listen, push your agenda, and insult your customers.

My wife and I had a very good experience at the store with the manager Josh Sergent. Josh was super helpful with his knowledge about his product lines and his willingness to answer any and all of our questions. He explained the differences in the way the various models we tested were builtand why they felt a certain way when we tested three of them, even though they were all rated Firm support.. He helped us make a more informed decision about our purchase choice and we did not feel any sales pressure or up-selling during any time we were at the store.We look forward to receiving our purchase in a couple of days and expect the install to go smoothly.

July 7 2021, STILL waiting for Free gift from MEMORIAL DAY (May 28). Have inquired about 6 times to receive finger pointing and no solution.Bed is pain in my neck, literally and figuratively. One week after buying (June 3) I inquired about replacing with different bed, they again just push the buck down the road, trying to get you to stop inquiring.

First time to Metro Mattress. Didnt have big expectations but we went anyways. We couldnt be happier that we walked in there. Josh was down to earth and helped us get exactly what we were looking for. And the pricing was great.

Josh and staff were very knowledgeable about the product (temperpedic), werent pushy and saved us quite a bit of money in comparison to a previous quote given to us from a nearby furniture store with a nearly identical mattress/base package. We happened to visit when there were 2 different labor day season sales intersecting each other, so our timing was very good to say the least. We saved a bunch on the adjustable platforms for our Split-King package (2 twin mattresses on two separate adjustable bases), and received free sheets and pillows as well!Were still in the testing phase for the product as we have 30 days to decide. After sleeping on them for just the first few days, the mattresses do what theyre designed to do as we chose the pro adapt medium hybrid mattress. The pressure points are beautifully set free after a stressful day at work and the adjustable base is a nice upgrade after nearly 20 years from a box base.We may go back to a traditional king mattress before the 30 day trial, but its too soon to tell. The best part about the Split-King is my matress and my wifes mattress can be two different mattresses depending on our own personal preferences as well as two separate adjustable bases can be set where we individually want them without a compromise! We had such a good experience that we referred family to them for their next bed purchase as well! I definitely recommend buying from metro mattress!

Never got the call back and upon following up, the next representative said he had no clue about it and that I would have to wait until the other guy came back. They asked a few questions and were able to assist me in finding the perfect mattress. I was able to get in and out and out of the store timely which I appreciated. Metro Mattress provides excellent and attentive service. This store sells high quality, comfortable beds at lows costs. I prefer beds that have memory foam as the top layer and Metro Matress provides several brands of memory foam beds. Also the store gives the liberty to lease beds.

Ended up calling the billing number which I spoke with a guy which explained what happened which by the way they never tell you at the store when purchasing the bed. I dont think I will purchase another bed from this place, just not worth it.
