Horrible service . Went for battery replacement and after replacement the device stopped working. Don’t waste your money.

The store where you see a sign saying cellphone screen repairs is not the actual store where the repairs are conducted. This store just takes your money and goes to another vendor in the same mall who does it for maybe a few bucks less than what you paid. These are middlemen who do not care for quality. The worst thing is that the store/guy who does the actual repair does not care for quality either. I got the back panel on my Samsung Galaxy replaced since it was cracked. The new one did not even fit properly and they guy said this is the best they can do (apparently it does not fit properly because of the glue). I leave from there and the very next day the back panel cracks again, without even dropping the phone or hitting it anywhere. Real bad work, and low quality cheap replacement parts. Stay away from these vendors, do not hand them your phone for anything. If you do, be prepared to get scr*w*d over.

They are real Fraud. The ear piece of my iPhone 5 wasnt working. They asked to to replace it for which they asked $40. I agreed. They screwed my phone so badly that now the screen pops out of my phone and the earphone jack stopped working. The next day I went to them and they were so rude to me. They said that we dont know who you are and we wont touch your phone unless you keep another $50 on the table. Pathetic and rude people.

FRAUD! DO NOT GET A REPLACEMENT DONE HERE! THE MAN CLAIMS THAT THE SCREENS ARE APPLE CERTIFIED AND THEY ARE NOT (THE DEFINITION ON THE SCREEN IS VERY POOR AND WITH FAR LESS PIXELS MAKING THE SCREEN LOOK LIKE A FLIP PHONE) I WENT IN FOR A REPAIR ON MY IPHONE 6 AND THE MAN DID IT. MY PHONE WAS DEAD. I WENT HOME TO CHARGE IT. (ACROSS THE STREET) SAW THAT THE SCREEN WAS PARTIALLY CUT OFF. I WENT BACK IN LESS THAN 20 MINUTES AND HE SAID I BROKE IT LIKE I BROKE THE OTHER ONE HE JUST REPAIRED AND DID NOT WANT TO CHANGE IT OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I SHOWED HIM THE RECEIPT AND HE SAID HE DID NOT CARE. HE SAID I WAS A LYING ASS AND HE DID NOT WANT TO HEAR IT. THE NASTIEST ATTITUDE AND WORSE SERVICE I HAVE COME ENCOUNTER WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. (ONLY GAVE IT A ONE STAR BECAUSE IT IS A REQUIREMENT TO WRITE A REVIEW)

Extremely bad service and behaviour. I went to get my iPhone 6 replaced and they replaced it with cheap quality screen. The screen was not bright and low pixelated.

Sold me defective item and would not grant me a refund. This business are run by fraudsters stay far away!
