5 stars for Ariella who did her best but was left alone at the store with no help.Manager Jay who was on the phone insisted that my credit card and debit card were not good since their system wasnt allowing me to pay for an order. So basically left the the store with no purchase and was supposed to be canceled. Thank God I called customer service cause the order was not canceled and still pending. I received better service on the phone than in store. I will never step foot inside this store again. Ill go back to Lyndhurst where they know what they are doing

Spent 2 hours in the store and my number still wasnt ported. Called the ATT customer service and number was ported within minutes. This is an authorized dealer. Not an actual ATT location.

Took a new line in this 3rd party store, and the store representatives promised that activation fee would be waived off. However, we asked about it to the customer service, and they said there is no such offers to waive off the activation fee. The manager was rude when questioned about our situation. At the end, had to pay extra 30$ for no reason. False hopes and false promises. Check out with the corporate stores of Att that offer way better service.

I had a complicated issue with activating a new phone when I came to the store today. I was already frustrated, but I was met with kindness and efficiency. I am so grateful to Kiara for her calm, empathetic help. She fixed my problem swiftly and I can’t recommend her enough.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. The staff has no knowledge about the services they offer. Jay-manager at the store doesnt know how to speak with customers. He scammed me. Very very disappointed. I hope someone takes action against them.

Bad customer experience. Been trying to transfer lines for 2 months online and on the phone. Makes excuses not wanting to help and wasted two trips because customer rep tells me to visit in store again. Luckily found a better att store that actually wants to help you on Central Ave, worth the further trip.

The store is constantly lot. You have to knock on the door and someone has to let you in. I upgraded from an iPhone 7 to an iPhone 11 they gladly sold me the iPhone 11 but when I went to trade in the iPhone 7 the system was down I came back two days later system down again I come back a third time they tell me come back in 45 minutes and keep me locked out of the store this is not good customer service and I do not want to return there ever again. It feels almost like a scam where they don’t want you to return your phone and therefore you are not entitled to the return credit.

Was promised a discount on my bill for the first month and was not given it . made two attempts to the store and found out the manager had moved to another location . and now cant track down the manager because of this. Very disappointed at this location because I like loyalty. I feel that a mans promise in business is a mans promise if I dont change my mind I will change carriers.

Im not too technically savvy and went to this store to buy my first iPhone. The guy named Javier was very helpful and extremely patient with me. He explained everything to me in great detail and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be back to purchase my grand daughters birthday phone.

I went to this location to upgrade my iPhone. I was in another store, lost track of time and realized they were closing soon and rushed over. Lee was the associate that helped me. He was extremely patient and friendly despite my late arrival. He made my experience so delightful and simple. He helped me upgrade my phone and set it up. He was so kind and conversational. I had him there at least 30 min past closing and he made sure to let me know that it was not a problem what so ever and that he was happy to assist me. I worked retail for many years and I know how frustrating a late customer can be but Lee made sure I got everything I needed and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience whatsoever. It was really great and efficient customer service.

She was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel Confident in my purchase, cause lets be real, phones are expensive, and it can be hard deciding which way to go. So glad I came to this store.

Came in to buy a simple and cheap phone. Sandi and Q helped show me the Alcatel. I didn’t know how to use it. They took their time to show me every step I need to know. Sandi was really patient with me while I was writing down every step she was talking about. Q helped trying to bring my bill down. They were both very cheerful at all times and that to me was a great experience! Thank you to ATT.

I have been using AT&T services for almost 10 years. Suddenly the blackberry device I am using started experiencing technical difficulties along with my tablet. Despite trying to resolve my issues with customer service on multiple occasions,I still was paying for a broken tablet. When I came to this branch and asked for help with issues that I was facing for a year, I immediately was understood and cared for. More importantly my issue was resolved immediately. Since then with all my issues with AT&T, I have been coming to this branch only for receiving the best service and promptly resolving my current issuesEspecially I would like to bring to your attention when the branch was closed the sales representative Wafana unlocked the door and let me in after business hours to help me resolve my issue at that time. Not only am I saying thank you but wishing all services in my area will have the same standards like I received here.

Visited at 4 pm on a Thursday and the store was locked, with all the lights and equipment on - no sign on the door. According to the placard in their window office hours are 10 am to 7 pm on weekdays. Apparently they’d been closed for awhile because USPS attempted a delivery at 2:40 pm and didn’t find anyone either.

I have worked customer service for a long time, I dont care to make reviews but apparently they are impacting businesses more than ever on a major scale and maybe they can fix these issues or at least reprimand them. I arrived and asked to get details about my current plan, the female with the long wavy brown hair that checked me in was not as knowledgeable as the female with the short blonde ombré hair who took over the conversation. You reading this right now are probably saying well I dont see a problem but you are not the store manager. Lets rewind to while I was waiting for service, the only male employee in the store while attending a customer asked the female with the short hair for assistance, then apparently there is tension between them, she says out loud in an unprofessional manner if your going to do what you you want dont ask for my help the male stated thats why I cant stand you, working with ( he said how he felt about dealing with them (female coworkers) on the daily basis) .. blah blah blah mind you there is a customer sitting in a table waiting on something behind him and a customer sitting directly in front of him. Thats a little excessive guys Im just saying but it is unprofessional unfortunately. I also asked at the end of my conversation if the young lady can write down the plans she offered on a business card because she can clearly do that since her coworker dominated the conversation . You could of handed me a pamphlet with the different plans and maybe even circled my options, but all I asked was for you to write it down since I have been a customer for at and t for 10 years plus. I understand the call center and the frustrations but face to face thats a little excessive . That female looked at me and said Oh you can write it down *sigh I dont know if its because they are young or they front when the big boys are watching but thats a no-no period. Customers may not always be right but common courtesy/manners are a necessity to function in society. Like I said Ive worked in all areas of customer service there is no excuse for that negligence. I was not being treated like a customer, and those are not terms on which anyone conducts business on. There are other ways to do it and also better ways to come across. Poor hospitality and judgement. Two stars because I dont believe the young man is the problem.

ATT customer service at your 909 Begen Avenue in Jersey City, NJ. store is Zero stars. It take me (3) them to visit in person to return a tablet. I had to do all the customer service work for him. I was told by the manager Javier. That he couldnt leave the store until someone come back. One could from the back doing my visit. I call this location for a week and a half know one answered the phone. And then I call the store there in person they answer. Something right with the service at this location. CNN Fox 5 Pix 11 and Al Shapton on the job for this one.

Store refuses to help most of the times and asks to call customer service. Customer Service representatives say that store could have also helped with the bill payment issues.Was misguided by one of the representative regarding family plans. Ended up having huge taxes bills instead of a prepaid family plan. Store closes 20mins early than the mentioned timings.
