Great prices and good service !,

Bought this tablet laptop today 5/28/2019 $250 bought it under it’s asking price.Didn’t get a receipt, the pictures attached show that the laptop entire left keyboard isn’t functional. The headphones I bought the box it came in was cracked. The same materials you can buy here your better off buying at another store brand new for less than the price I spent here today.If you want a product you know isn’t disabled or locked and you have money time and patience to fix whatever wasn’t fixed by the store, or was neglected details... Then this small store is for you.Otherwise save your money from this store. I got the laptop specifically for my trip, rather then buying a tablet. Every time I buy a tablet from a Walmart it’s worse conditions this store.So in fairness you can’t complain for what you pay for out of convince. Just be aware these people do not tell you everything upfront about what your purchasing

The only reason I gave this establishment one star is because I had to in order to leave a review. I would not recommend this store for anything, they even rip you off for a plastic coating for your phone. I was pressured into purchasing a refurbished IPhone 6, which I was told was “brand new”. I transferred my phone number to this phone and continuously get text messages to David for Russian mail order brides. If the phone was brand new I would not be receiving these disturbing messages. I had a Galaxy JV7 and just wanted the screen repaired as advertised all over the store front but got duped into purchasing the IPhone by the store owner who came out of his office with a cloud of smoke following him. He assured me I was getting an “excellent deal” but the battery doesn’t even last half a day it already froze up on me. The owner was arrogant and spoke condescendingly to the sales people who were trying to help me. Bottom line, I got ripped off and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau; the Jersey City board of health will be notified of the disgusting smell of smoke that plumes out onto the sales floor when the nasty boss walks out. The Labor Board will be also be notified as to the way he deplorably treats his employees and I will make sure an internal investigation is conducted as to how he compensates his employees. I do not recommend this store to anyone, he ripped the wrong person off this time.

Amazing with customers. I came here because my phone cracked. They fixed my screen, and did a really good job. I have not had any problems since. I would definitely recommend JBM Tech 👍.

Quick phone repair as well as good quality accessories for phones

One of the worst Store i have encountered in my life. When you go for any purchases they will make fake promises about guarantee or warranty and also says that the product is original. All promises are fake in this store. When I tried to return the product the manager was too rude and said that get out of my store too. I strogly recommand everyone never buy anything from this store.

Amazen customer service help me get a bew phone and service and the prices not bad it was under my my budget that I had for the phone and the sales representative was so nice.

Took my ipad get fix I know is not gonna be perfect but under glass you can see marks and screen on the right not fully down.
