I was in a car accident and contacted the Toyota dealership where I bought it from. They told me they can have the damage fixed but send it out to a 3rd party for repairs.My car was sent to Jersey City Auto Body to be repaired. I was very anxious as this was a brand new car, and the 1st Ive ever purchased. I contacted Jersey City Auto Body several times and even went in-person to see the progress and discuss how the claim would be submitted to the insurance company for reimbursement.Let me tell you, this is a very well run body shop. They are extremely professional, know how to work with insurance companies and adjusters, and their work is A+++++.My car was repaired perfectly. After I picked up my car, I noticed that a supplemental claim was not submitted by them. I emailed them, they responded quickly and submitted the claim.Ill be using this body shop in the future if I need any work done to my car.FYI: This is not the cheapest place, but there work is absolutely amazing.

Ken is a expert at auto body work and I highly recommend him and the staff are extremely friendly and Dan was extremely professional and kind. Good customer service and overall good auto body skills. They are very professional and legit. They are always punctual with time and getting your vehicles body back to normal and will have your vehicle back on the road looking pristine. I dont trust just anyone with my car. But the crew at Jersey City Auto Body makes me feel confident and trustworthy.

Good to work with. Detailed the car, made the new bumper look nice. Other than a little manhandling of my mostly already broken passenger door handle (which I probably should have warned them about) everything looks good.

I recently went there on a recommendation from my local auto mechanic [G & T Auto Imports] to get auto body work done in November/December 2015. They were easy to deal with, communicative/helped me out via e-mail since I was going to be away for the time they were doing the work, and delivered my car looking AMAZING. They even did an extra item for me for free. WOW. You cannot ask for more than that. This was work done through a claim from my auto insurance and they worked with them seamlessly [Progressive, but they probably work with a lot]. I would highly recommend them, as my car was returned to me on time as promised and looking LIKE NEW. Not only was the repair done, but my vehicle was SPOTLESS. Great company, group of people to do business with, courteous, and really DELIVERED. Thank you to Jersey City Auto Body, Inc. for the FANTASTIC JOB. I appreciate you.

DONT COME HERE!!! I wish that I could give them negative stars & read the reviews before my car was sent here. My black 4Runner was sent here to have some minor body work done on my driver side front fender because some idiot, who cant speak English or read it either, apparently missed the no heavy trucking sign in my neighborhood & smashed into my parked car. Anyway, I took it to Hudson Toyota for body work who subcontracted to Jersey City Autobody. It took them a 2 weeks to do it! When it finally came back & I came to pick it up, I found out they painted my car the wrong color. This happened despite the fact that I gave them the exact color code when I dropped it off & I even had them add it to my Toyota invoice because I didnt trust them. I told them to make sure you follow the paint code. Anyway, they also forgot to paint another section of my car by the fender & left it bare. I told them the work was sloppy & to fix it so that it was the right color & to make sure they paint all parts related to the damaged fender area. It took them 3 days to do just this, now up to 2 1/2 weeks. When they finally called me down to pick it up again, they finally fixed the rest of the fender, however they cracked my front bumper spoiler in 2 different places. They rushed me to hand back my loaner car despite me telling them about the new damage they caused, which wasnt there when I dropped it off the last time, If you ask me, the shop manager should have acknowledged the sloppiness of their work & corrected the errors, instead denied any wrong doing, & I think he must also have some damage to his head! He was no help at all, & also refused to acknowledge they did anything wrong at all. I even told them I spent $300 at another bodyshop a very short while ago to repair that specific part of my car & I knew for a fact it didnt have damage there when I dropped it off. This was quite possibly the worst experience Ive ever had with a body shop. DO NOT COME HERE, YOUVE BEEN WARNED FOLKS!
