Mr Ziggy was able to get my car body work done (accident damage, and I had to pay from my pocket) for almost 40% less than what I was quoted elsewhere. Thankfully I dont really have any experience with auto body work except for Ziggys, but my experience was great. Due to hurricane Ida I had delays with insurance and getting an appointment, but everything went according to plan and the work was perfect!

Unbelievably great service, I cannot recommend enough. Ziggy and his staff were very friendly and professional in quickly fixing body damage to my BMW X1 after a hit and run incident. Their prices were very fair and the car looked brand new in only 1-week time. I will only use Ziggy again in the future if I need repair work done.

Took my car to Ziggys for a bumper repair. I thought they would have to replace the bumper to make it like new. They were able to keep the existing bumper AND make it look like a brand new one. They also touched up some minor scratches for no charge!The staff were very professional and friendly, across the board.If you go try and meet Ziggy as he is super nice, offers great car advice (beyond body work) and is great with dealing with the insurance companies.Never thought I’d recommend a body shop, but if you’re in need, definitely go to Ziggys

Came in for a two bumper re-sprays, body work repairs and a headlight swap. The owner told me they were busy and to text him in a week. Eventually I got a hold of him demanded I arrive a 7am in the parking lot the next day. I arrived and they werent even open until 7.30.When I was there, he was angry I forgot to bring a business card he scribbled a price on, which he never said I would need. So we spoke about what the car needed and he seemed to change his mind, was very rude and started yelling at me that he wouldnt fix my car and he didnt need the business. I got my car fixed elsewhere the very next day. AVOID ZIGGYS.

I have had the (unfortunate) happenstance of bringing my car twice to Ziggy. First time was in 2019 when the vehicle had ran over some debris in Vermont. And second time to fix suspension damage caused by hitting a pothole recently. Ziggy goes above and beyond when you bring your car in. He treats you like family. He was very patient when dealing with me and his demeanor puts you completely at ease. His main focus is to ensure his customers get the best possible solution. The vehicle was repaired and refinished to perfection. My four year old car now drives and looks like it just came off the dealers parking lot, brand new. They had the car waxed and interior detailed (and sanitized due to COVID ) both times when it was with them. This was complimentary. Their affiliation with insurance and car rental ensures you have minimal hassle when bringing your vehicle. You get a rental at the workshop and you drop it back off at same place.The entire team at Ziggy works in synergy to convert an already stressful situation into a relaxed environment. The work done is top notch. The communication for updates and follow ups is just right. The vehicle is released exactly within the promised timeframe. I would give them 10 out of 5 stars if google allowed it. My first visit during 2019 was as a customer influenced by the warranty offered by insurance company if you get the car fixed by them. By my second visit they have converted me into a friend for life. So long as I am in the tristate area, if by any misfortune I need to go to a body shop, this is where I will turn to. Would definitely recommend them wholeheartedly to whoever needs body work done.

Ive used several body shops over the years but I will never again go anywhere but to Ziggy. I brought my car in after its front bumper was torn off by a passing truck. Ziggy gave me an estimate that was much lower than the other shop I consulted and told me that he could have it ready in two or three days. I was skeptical, but he arranged for a rental, took my car, and kept his word. He made it a quick and easy experience!

Little things can go a long way! Went in for an estimate - Front body alignment and was blown away with his recommendation.Went to two auto body shop within the same vicinity and was quoted for two different propose work.Body shop 1 offer to repaint and align front bumper for xxx amount. Did not mention that I run the risk of paint not matching the hood and front fender.Ziggy offer to realign the bumper and touch up the paint for 3 x less than body shop 1.He insist that the front bumper which was barely scratch would require paint for the entire whole front end for a perfect match. Made sense - Hard to replicate paint that has been altered through normal wear and tear.Agreed to what he propose and came back to pick up the car after a few hours. Amazing work for such a short period of time. The hardly noticeable scratch was a little bit more difficult to see with the naked eye but the front bumper alignment was perfect.Highly recommended for quality work at a reasonable price. I even got a can of touch up paint!

The bodyshop did an amaizng job. We have been using them for many years now, i think they serviced us 5 times already, 3 different car leases. Everytime same superb quality. They might be on a more pricier side but I think its worth it as there no cutting corners then it comes to fixing a car. I also liked that they have an official agreement with many insurance companies and everything was done directly between the bodyshop and insurance company. I literally just dropped damaged car and picked the fixed one.

Had to get my car repaired via Geico and have nothing but great things to say about Ziggys. Every step of the way they were friendly helpful and very communicative. Repairs were great and they got the job done ahead of schedule.

This is a great place overall. I’ve had to take my car there twice unfortunately due to multiple accidents. First time around, service and quality was amazing. Most recently, it wasn’t the same. I have bulbs missing, the windshield and driver side windows and so dirty with caked on dirt and dust that you can barely see through them, and the inside reeks of paint.

If you need some peace of mind after an accident, then this is the place for you! After dreading the entire process of getting my car fixed after I was hit, Ziggys was there to make it all better. I was hit yesterday, did my paperwork with the insurance company (GEICO ROCKS) and had already made an appointment to get the estimate, adjuster, rental car etc. by 8:25am the next morning. Seamless does not even being to describe the experience so far. Ziggys is a GEICO Express Auto Repair Center so it gets even smoother from there. By far, the partnership that Ziggys and GEICO have created should be envied by all the other shops in the area that are clearly doing it wrong. You want to know what true customer service & worry free car body work is supposed to feel like? Next time you need work done on your car, this is the only answer! After an unfortunate intimate encounter with a concrete pillar in the parking garage, I took my Grand Cherokee to Ziggys based on my insurance with GEICO, which does estimates right on site there. The service and, the work were flawless, and they finished two days earlier than expected. My SUV looks absolutely brand new. Highly recommend this shop.

Ziggy the owner does not have the patience to do body welding if your car is rusted. He does not like working on old cars. Hed rather work on br new cars w/ replaceable body panels. He wants fast and easy jobs for a quick buck. He told me point blank I should just keep my money instead of spending body repair on my Toyota Land Cruiser w/c we all know is one durable car that will outlast all other cars on the road. He made me feel I could not afford his fee on the body repair since I was hanging on to an old reliable car. Dont ever go to this shop bec obviously they dont have the patience to restore cars in general. He told me to just wait until my car gives up and then call the junk shop to have it towed and receive $500. for it. He thought he was doing me a favor. Never have I felt insulted and humiliated for driving an old reliable. 👎🏽

Horrible place dont be fooled by how clean it is, my paint starting peeling 6 months after. They use cheap paint and when i took it to a better shop they told me it wasnt even painted correctly. J&B body works is the best.

Absolutely terrible shop, run in the other direction if your ever near this shop. I repaired two cars here the first vehicle started peeling after a year which is ridiculous that paint is so cheap to the point that it cannot withstand a year of normal weather. The second vehicle I brought was painted 3 times over because every time I went I found the paint running in multiple places. After the third time I gave up and traded my vehicle because of how bad the paint job was and knowing from my first experience that the whole car would peel after a year. Before trading it in I went to a professional shop in New York called J&B bodyworks and before even speaking a worker told me my paint was just done and that he gave it a year or less before peeling. So I knew there was no hope for my vehicle.

Based on previous reviews, I decided to go here but my experience was horrible.Work done - replaced rear bumper, repaired front bumper and replaced left headlamp.After picking up my car back, gradually I found many issues with the work that was done by Ziggy. (1) outside temperature sensor was not working, which was in working condition when I gave my car to them(2) left indicator and left headlight was not working, there was a crack on the headlight so it had to be replaced but still it was fully functional when I gave my car to them (3) Rear & Front bumpers were not closing well on the lines, they were way too off and looked uglyI had to get all these items fixed somewhere else. After fixing headlight it stopped working again after 2 months and I found out there was a bad fuse that was not getting power to the headlight. Ziggy used cheap parts.Going to Ziggy added nothing but more work, time and money for me. Very sloppy work, no quality checks at all. if possible just avoid this place

I took my car here when it got hit on Garfield Ave in Jersey City by a hit and run driver to get an inspection. It was the quickest inspection I ever had.

These guys are thieves. Especially the guy that works for Geico named Adam Durante. I went to get my Lexus fixed there and he nearly doubled the amount of money it cost to fix it so he can pocket a bonus from the autobody. Complete scam!!!!! My Lexus didnt even need that much work. Geico should investigate these crooks.

Dont repair your car at Ziggs. They do t care about car. After they did repair my right side front number but when I went to pick up my car, on left side of my front bumper I found scratches. When I talk to Ziggs he said it was there. May he we can miss one or two scratches on our car but how can anyone miss entire left sided number with scratches.That place is Convinient but you will return with other problem ... Dont go at Ziggys

I went to the body shop after calling them to change my appointment. I get there, there is russian lady who doesnt seem to know what is she doing and speaking russian with other coworkers ( previously she told me I can change my appointment)She sends me to talk with another guy in another office called Jay or something like that. He is the rudest person on earth, I explained i am going on a trip and i cannot wait until next week to bring my car. He literally doesnt even look at me and ignore me telling me i have to talk with Geico. ( like i am bothering him). Damn! I thought these people were into making money no into rejecting work!!! I ended up talking with Geico and they sent me to JPS body shop in Newark. Very nice people, very nice professionally treated. I will recommend this place 1 million times better. Plus the office is very nice and clean and they have a bathroom that is extremely nice and clean. They also have the rental person at the same office and you dont need to deal with rude people.
