Biggest Kroger Ive visited. Everything is neatly organized. Staff is always helpful and personable. They have all the things including a whole selection of school supplies, clothing from infant to adult...a pretty decent shoe selection, a whole pharmacy and little clinic, bath body and beauty products, a starbucks...And even a liquor store all within the shopping experience. This Kroger is fully stocked and quickly becoming a one stop shop. Highly recommend.
So I was passing through Jeffersonville headed to a morning meeting, and I happened to stop by the newly built Kroger’s in Jeffersonville Commons. It was a peaceful shopping experience. People were shopping and minding their business. I didn’t have a shopping list, so I randomly picked up items that would be good for my hotel stay after my meeting. But walking towards Checkout in the front, I was greeted by Valerie! Great cashier! Great checkout experience. She even thanked me for my Business and Service. You don’t hear that every day in today’s market. I had to drop a review. Thanks, Valerie.
Yall are gonna have to offer some incentives / better pay to get more employees at this location. Online order pickup delayed a day. And quite slow, once our order was actually available.Meijer pickup is MUCH quicker.
I literally shop only at this Kroger or store really period . I came in to the store today because I was trying to return pamper pull ups that I no longer needed. I had just bought them on my Kroger card, I know for a fact that my items can be searched through my Kroger card & that I paid cash for it. Your Employee at the customerService desk name Donna had an attitude from the moment I walked up. She said she didn’t know how to do a Kroger plus card look up and refused any other service than a gift card to me. I asked her if there was anybody else in the store that could help me, she lied & said no. I went & found someone & there was actually 2 people in the store they knew how to do it . She was simply rude, not knowledgeable at all and honestly lazy at her job if you ask me because it could of been a simple phone call to get what I was coming to Kroger for . After I searched the store for a manager a lady & a gentlemen that were extremely nice helped me out & gave me my cash!! While I was being given my cash she was very upset and shaking her head at me while mumbling under her breath. I work in customer service, she lacks the very simple customer service skill.
Your employees are lazy and lack basic motor skills. I come here almost every week, and its always something new with you people. The last few times Ive been at this Kroger, I had a young, black, male worker, wearing a red hoodie and red sneakers follow my boyfriend and I around, harassing us, asking us questions about our personal lives, and when asked to leave us alone, he said Im on my break. You need to give your workers more things to do with their break if what they do with it is harass customers. This worker has also seeked us out outside of Kroger, in our own workplace to harass us. I will be contacting police if it happens again.
Great place to shop for all your grocery needs. 600am shopping hours not crowded for quick in and out service. Fresh produce and bakery items every visit.
I heard a woman tell a customer in the store say Im off the clock I cant help youAt 1pm on a Sunday they had half of the self check out registers closed, thats right I was unable to self check out on a specific machine, but I was able to wait in line to use this machine to self check out, Garbage experience wont be back
My friend and I were shopping there today. One of the employees kept following us around. I did not appreciate it. We are not shoplifters. I won’t be back at this store for a while. Managers need to monitor their employee and keep them busy. Following customers around unless there is a reason is harassment and stupid as well. If I’m ever there again and this occurs, it will be reported swiftly.
Clean fast friendly service
Did the order online and pick up at the store. Pick up time was at noon. Get to the pick up area and there is a line to get to the parking area. There are only 9 parking spots to pick up you order. We got there about 5 minutes early. By the time we got our groceries we waited over an hour!! This place has very very poor service. I do not recommend using this service. Very poor and very slow.We called and were told 2 times they had the order ready. 2 x they flat out lied to us. Never again will they get our business!
Great place to get your oil changed, file your taxes, and shop for outdoor equipment. Large selection of kayaks and long range rifles.Ask for Ted Limpinkski. He knows where they keep the good stuff. If only they would restock Lagavulin....
Best place gas shopping food great employees
New. Clean. Well Managed. Friendly Staff. Kept shelfs stocked best they could during early COVID breakout. 10/10
I tried to order for pickup but kept having problems. Guess Ill stick with Walmart because it is so easy to use plus I can save favorite I order each month. Sorry Kroger. I really wanted to start shopping with you!!!
Click list is a joke at this location! You either don’t get all of your items even when they are available, no contact when items aren’t available, or they don’t contact you and will just move your pickup time. Speaking to the click list manager gets pretty much zero done. We drive into this location because of the variety so making multiple trips is extremely inconvenient. My last couple of orders have been botched. Highly disappointed in the click list service at this location! I just read 2 other posts within the last 2 weeks about click list at this location and both were talking about poor service...seems like an issue here!
They always have what I need.
I visit Kroger in Jeffersonville once a week. The selection of products gives multiple options to choose from.Deli staff is friendly and helpful. Boars Head products are top of the line. Their products can only be purchased at Kroger since Davis Nursery closed .Pharmacy staff is helpful. I have seen the interaction with other customers while waiting in line. Elderly and some who are sometimes just confused about directions and available discounts. They go above and beyond daily for the customers.
I was in n out. Very quick. Not too many people. Lines were not long at all n the cashier was very friendly.
Usually 5 stars and this trip was the same, until I tried to leave. Right at 9, putting down ran, and they locked the door in front of me. Was parked away from the center of the building so everything was soaked. Not real impressed.Lowering score. Hour and six minutes for the pick up order. After being in the way to get it and being told it would take an extra hour. Things run late, thats understandable. But letting them know you are there then having them wait on every other car that pulled in behind you before getting to you is a little absurd. I hate giving bad reviews but this place is ridiculous. Also didnt have half the order. Didnt get the email about missing or substituted items.
Clicklist is a disaster right now, which I understand, but management is doing nothing to help. Rude and careless.
I use clicklist as often as I can and normally I have a great experience. Ever since I’ve started using this location for click list it has been a nightmare. I place my order and select my time slot arrange my day around it and then an hour before my pickup time I get a call saying they are behind and my time has been pushed back. It seems to be happening to everyone as now no one is coming to their chosen slot and you have a line that takes 45min to 90min (yes I have waited 90min to get my groceries). My most recent visit I set my pick up time for 11-12, I get a call at 10 saying their behind and it will be ready around 1:30. I got at 1:30 there is a line of at least 17 cars, including the ones in the slots, and I only see 1 person bringing food out. So, we leave and come back at 7. We are helped at 7:30 and are told “there were a lot of Smiths today and it looks like we gave half of your order to someone else.” We had the option of getting what they had picked free or they can go and pick them in about 20min. We opted for the 20min and went home to drop our kids and come back. When I came back they brought out the food and I left. When I got home I realized we didn’t get 60% of our order which we calculated to be about $80 worth of food. One would think that if you’ve told the customer that you gave half their food to someone else and we’re going to pick the food again that they would triple check you got the order right but no that didn’t happen. It’s extremely frustrating at the lack of organization and efficiency. This store’s click list is the worst.
Visited this location yesterday (4/12/2020). I think your employees should be applauded for how well they are handling themselves, the customers and the situation at present. Upon entering, a staff member was diligently cleaning the carts, and when I took one, she made sure I knew that she had cleaned it. The other employees were pleasant and cheerful, despite what is, Im sure, a very stressful time for them right now. The store was especially clean and well presented.
This place is a nightmare for clicklist!!!!! DONT come to this location. I have never had any issues until this location. They always delay your orders or dont get what you ordered. I am so tierd of hearing the excuse it is because of the pandemic. No other location has issues.
- 45 minute wait definitely either have time or extreme patience.
Asked an employee who must have been on the clock if she was working a question since I was having trouble finding something and she said no and kept working.Same visit. After waiting for someone to choose their item, the customer behind me decides to barrel through me to get one of what we both were waiting on and got in my face but then my mouth started running without a filter and they walked away. The cashier didnt understand basic elementary math. Literally, 4 + 4.Next visit...Asked the bag lady in English to put certain bags in a certain place . Didnt. Had to rebag everything at the car.
At one time this was a great gas station to go to, but since the effects of covid-19 most of the employees have become very rude especially Debbie. So sad because it’s right on my way to work but I choose to go else where now.
Do NOT use their Clicklist! The wait has usually been longer than normal due to COVID, but its been especially inconvenient as of late. Just this week, Ive had two orders and both were postponed until late the next day! Im pretty flexible and I was able to pick up the first one, even though the Clicklist lot was full and I had to wait almost an hour for my groceries. It happened again today - - onlytwo days after the last postponed order! This time, Im simply not available to pick it up tomorrow. I received an email from the store manager saying my order would be ready after noon tomorrow; this email was sent only one and a half hours before my pickup window even though I placed my order this morning. When I called the store to cancel my order, no one answered. I called the call center and the automatic system couldnt cancel it and transferred me to a representative, who also couldnt cancel it. She called the store and they didnt pick up for her either! Im hopeful Ill get a refund after they put my stuff back tomorrow. I hate to waste their time grabbing my groceries, but its only fitting since they wasted mine.
Unprofessional and unorganized staff in the deli. They never answer the phone and when they mess up the order they act like it is your fault.
Have to wipe down your own cart. No lysol wipes available anymore for hands. No hand sanitizer available to use.
Im pretty sure walmart employs more cashiers than this joke of a kroger
Seen the cheese girl slicing cheese then eating cheese from counter with gloves on.
I love having a big Kroger with everything I need close to home. The bread department is good and fresh. My sons love the toys lol but to me the best part is the Starbucks and the ladies are always so nice working in there.
I had the best experience ever at location. I was with my newborn and the manger bagged my groceries, walked me to my car told me not to just take care of my baby and he loaded all of my groceries in my car. He made me feel like I was the most valued customer ever. Thank you Kroger for giving me great experience!
Click list- would rather take my chances catching Covid in the store. Waited to get to a spot for 40 minutes. Waited an additional 45 minutes in a spot for groceries to be brought out. Not worth the time wasted and this wasn’t our first bad experience. This is the norm. Don’t provide a service if you don’t have the staff/ resources to do it.
Super clean and great people.
Kroger has been one of the silent heroes in this whole scary time. Everytime I visit they are very helpful and if they are out of a product they will go look in the back or find a substitute. They always stop what they are doing and walk you to whatever you were looking for. They were kind and helpful even though you could see they were tired. So to all those at the Jeffersonville Kroger Thankyou!
I hope somehow this gets around to management or the employee herself. I called as soon as I left to applaud her customer service . But the young lady at the Self Scan, Kay, was amazing! She offered to scan the bigger items I had in my cart. Little did she know, I’m pregnant and I was exhausted and she was a big help! Thank you Kay!! I hope you see this and continue to be amazing.
I love going to Krogers because you can always find what you need at mark down prices. Scott was so very nice taking my heavy products to my car. Theres always some nice like Scott who will help you.God Bless you ALL and have a Great weekend.
Great grocery store with a surprising selection! The produce was phenomenal, and I was impressed by the variety of products they had in the food aisles. They also had some really nice kitchen and household items, and I was surprised to find they had a clothing department with some quality brands! Their outdoor section also had great things. Overall, awesome store!
I love the new Kroger. Its bigger and has much more to offer. Its a very welcoming layout in an up and coming area. I also like the new scanners that allow you to scan items as you go through the store and then just pay at the checkout. Its a little further out of my way now but its worth it for me. Id definitely recommend.
I used to LOVE the Kroger clicklist at this location. They were quick, friendly, and always did a great job with my order. The past three times I have ordered I’ve had to wait in line for a minimum of an hour, I’m currently waiting right now. This time I got a call 15 minutes before my scheduled time and was told to wait 2 more hours. I did and now I’ve been sitting here for another 45 minutes. I can tell the two employees running the groceries out are trying their best, but they need more people out here. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, assuming they’ve had more clicklist orders due to COVID, but I choose the clicklist option for the convenience of it. Sitting in my car for an hour to an hour and a half each time is not convenient. I’m switching back to Meijer.
This place is incredible. The people are friendly and the aisles are big enough for being busy. Starbucks and cafeteria inside are awesome too. Kind of sad they close one door after 9pm since it essentially cuts the parking lot in half, but still really nice and fancy. Still has the lowest prices.
Please provide customers some gloves to gather their fresh produce with or better yet, someone in gloves to gather the loose fresh produce for customers. I was in the store recently and saw a lady putting her shopping list in her mouth as she gathered loose fresh produce.
The new super Kroger is anything but super. Tight aisles with product displays that keep two carts from maneuvering down the aisle at the same time. They also stock shelves in middle of the busiest hours and this further exacerbates the overcrowded aisleways. The new digital coupons are hard for older patrons to keep up with. Having little ones pushing around small shopping carts on top of everything else makes a trip to the grocery store feel like the Indy 500.
Unlike a below review complaining about the way an associate chooses to express herself, I love that Kroger illustrates their values of diversity and inclusion! The associate pictured 5 months ago is entitled to freedom of expression. Thats not only a legal right, but a right the company puts forward to all employees regardless of the law. Every associate is free to dress within accordance of policy which does allow all to be free to wear ANY religious or gender identifying attire regardless of who agrees with it. Inclusion doesnt adhere to social judgement or any level of intolerance.
Been there several times. always busy. check out goes faster than expected. some prices are descent and some prices are high.
I went to this Kroger on 3/13/20 around 5:30pm, the same day a national state of emergency was declared. The store was of course packed and I was worried it would be a nightmare experience, but it was the opposite.Every employee still answered my questions and helped me with a smile, one nice lady in produce even got some bags for me to put my veggies in because they were wet.The gentlemen in the meat department kept their patience even when customers were becoming upset that the store was low or out of certain things. The people working to restock the shelves were helping everyone who was looking for certain items.Even with all the customers, it took us less than 15 minutes to go through the checkout line! The woman working the cash register and the woman bagging groceries were friendly and effecient.Unfortunately my receipt didnt print a code to complete a survey. But I really hope someone at corporate sees this and rewards every employee working that day. They did a fantastic job under pressure.
Staff friendly and hard working! Love the deli chicken.
An OVERPRICED shopping experience. Americans would be better served researching their options.
This is one of the newest Krogers in the southern Indiana / Louisville area. It is a Marketplace, which means its huge. There are some restaurants in there a good quality and it also has a to go salad bar
Im finally getting used to the new Kroger store. I love that they have a bigger selection of organic foods and they also now make sushi that is always delicious. They have a wide range of cheeses and other International foods there.
It has become a retail store. Stuff is spread out every where couldnt find anything I couldnt even get waited on at service desk. The old store was friendly they people on the floor to help you. Not now it was awful
Found everything I needed and staff very helpful and pleasant. The reason I didnt not give them a full 5 stars - they very rarely keep the hand held baskets at the entrance. Instead, customers have to go the the registers to find one.
I absolutely love this store. The new one in Jeffersonville has everything you need or want. And now they off the Scan, Bag & Go. That makes the shopping trip so much faster and easier especially when u have kids you must bring along.
Everything we needed in stock except some OJ on sale. Used self checkout and Tyler helped us with a coupon issue. Private selection deli coupon was misleading. Should have been marked for pre packaged meat if that was all it was intended for. Tyler understood and punched in the coupon for us.
Cashier Kaya, you were the positive light we all need during this weird covid19 time. You were so friendly and positive with every customer, thank you so much and stay being you
I’ve had a horrible experience and plan on not returning to your Jeffersonville location. Placed my click list order said it would be ready at 5-6 I show up at 5:45 sit in line till 6:48 to get into a spot. It’s now 8:00 pm and I still havnt been brought my food
For a late Sunday afternoon, everything was running smoothly. Only one item I wanted was out if stock. The store was clean. Employees were polite and friendly. The were adequate cashiers and baggers.
Fix some of those carts and have someone sanitize them instead of making the customer do it.
Totally love the variety of products and the digital coupon savings. Its difficult to find items in the store so be prepared for that. The manager Gerald is very helpful as are clerks Cindy and Loretta.
This location is nice and cozy looking from the outside, but massive on the inside. Though it looks really nice and the things I was looking were easily found, they store is just a bit too big for my liking. Otherwise, it looks great!
This review is about the pharmacy! They move so slow! Poor SERVICE. a turtle moves faster!
Wait time can be frustrating at times but they are soooo friendly and helpful consistently!!! Loyal customer.
Had to have a prescription switched from a TN Publix to here and it was a mess. I was not happy with their pharmacy.
Susan who has been moved around for God knows why is the best florist in the history of Kroger florists the last 30 years Ive been shopping here. I just dont get there methods here????? Last time I was in there I think she was in liquor. WTF?!!!??? Kroger management.... Please value your employees a little more than to move one of your best employees around to clean everyone elses messes. Even when she was doing produce at the last store there were no issues plus she kept it well stocked and easy to find items. Get your sh$# together!!!! The 5 stars are for Susan. Not Kroger
Love my fuel points !! But most of all we were able to make all my Mothers Funeral Arrangements and they came out beautiful with all the fresh flowers that we got from the Kroger in Clarksville Indiana store !! 💖
You advertise that 4x on fuel what a lie
A great new store. Is a mix of Kroger, Whole Foods, and Meier. Hopefully it will attract enough higher scale clientele to keep it a first rate store (best goods in stock) but it is new so that has yet to be seen. Currently they are putting their best foot forward with cashiers at every station. Note to Kroger executives - the addition of your three stoplights does not benefit the community. Next time push for roundabouts.
The new Kroger in Jeffersonville has plenty to choose from in many departments. Some items like clothing, toys and home decor have entire areas instead a little piece of an aisle. Lots of different types of baked goods and ready to go foods. Great to browse through but it would be more difficult if all you needed was milk and a loaf of bread. There is also a pharmacy and a large liquor section. I hope to go and explore more of the store.
Hands down the best place to shop for food and other small household needs. Love the fresh food selection an ready made salads this establishment offers. Fresh made great pizza next to the Kroger deli and a barbecue place with some really good ribs. Also some sushi ready to go with every utensil you could need (plastic of course, an wooden chopsticks) to eat said food you might purchase. Starbucks by the fresh food portion of the store to keep your energy up or satisfy your sugar cravings. Meat bucher in the back of the store with all types of breads, bagels an cakes along that walk to get a thick cut steak or some specifically wrapped chicken breasts. So much more to list but I love the this entire store an only have had good experience since going when it opened last summer. Good people that work there and lots of items to choose from.
Always great deals, fresh produce and friendly staff. Ken is one of the head bosses and hes a very friendly man who wants what is best for his customers, making sure they are taken care of. Always clean and usually quick checkout times, good place to shop!!!
This Kroger has a few employees which are extremely rude and upsetting. One of those primarily being a girl named Shelby Steele, various times where she has made rude comments about customers behind their backs. While the store is a fantastic place to shop, their lack of hiring quality employees earns them the 1 star review.
Ray? Faith? really helped me out in the pads/tampons section. (This can be a stressful section to shop in). She gave me personal stories and made me feel safe and happy! Best tampon shopping experience of my LIFE.
Great store but no black hand baskets at entrance.
Low on produce, cashier was probably the unhappiest and rude cashier I have ever encountered. No one to bag groceries. Landed up bagging them which is fine, had the cashier not let all the groceries pile up and smash everything. I will look for another store.
I love my Jeffersonville, Indiana. Everyone is friendly and the store is very clean.
Always has the friendliest cashiers in town. The departments are well stocked, and they dont mind checking the stockroom for the items youre looking for.
I would really like the store more if it wasnt so HUGE! The only way I can find anything in the store is to make my shopping list online via the app..put the items in my cart then using it at the storeml..it tells me the aisles that items are in
Kroger is the best place to go grocery shopping.Everything is easy to find and all their employees are very nice when you ask them a question...I love the new Kroger !!!
Service is prompt and courteous. Products are easy to find. Breads and meats fresh and reasonably priced. BEST selection of ice cream that any store in area has to offer.
Wasnt impressed, no Tuna Helper Alfredo and no Tonys pepperoni pizzas. Nice store with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Cashier wasnt what Id call rude, just not very friendly. I doubt Ill ever shop there again.
Horrible pick up service. I made a pick up order 4 days in advance. Today It is my order pick up day. I received email saying Ill receive substitutions for the item I ordered, I was ok with that. I went to pick up area on time. When I called the pick up help desk to get me the order. They told me my items are out of stock and not available. I asked why nobody let me know to save me the trip, plus I received emails from Kroger telling me Ill have substitutions, the customer service girl said she tried to call me but I did not answer. Oh really, no, nobody called me, you are a liar . Worst pick up service ever.
This store has changed extremely. They stopped carrying tons of the stuff I used to buy it the old Kroger. Its hard to find a lot of stuff. The workers used to seem much friendlier than they are now. The only reason I even go there to buy anything is because they do carry a few things that I cant find at other stores.
They need to train their cashiers better so they can tell the difference between a zucchini and a cucumber specially when zucchini is at $.79/lb and cucumbers are .69 each !
Has p plenty of stock. I can get everything in need. Much better than Meijer that I left because they didnt as usual. Next time Im coming here first.
Nice clean new store. They carry just about anything you need. I still find it difficult to navigate to what I am looking for. I guess I will figure it out the more I visit.
A great addition to the community. Well taken care of, very clean, large variety. Plenty of open checkout lanes.
Its a great place to shop! Everything you need for cooking, baking or whatever they got it!! The staff are very nice and as always willing to help. What more could you ask for in a grocery store?
Friendly, love the convenience of scan, bag & go! Always a smile from the team members, and the meat counter has the freshest options, and convenient heat & eat section.
Very nice. Brand new facility. Plenty of parking. Conveniently located to the interstate. Complete one stop shopping. Not just a grocery.
The brand new Kroger is very nice. Once it is 100% stocked it will be truly impressive! (Its over 95% stocked, shouldnt take long)
Tonight at 9:15 I go to leave Kroger, I am literally out the door going out of the store and Todd the Kroger mornon tells me the door is locked. He literally let go of the lock when I was behind him. I asked if I could sneak out and he says he would get fired for letting me out.The Kroger in Jeff never disappoints if you want really poor service. Typically only the pharmacy lets me down. This is ridiculous.
Nice store. They have basically anything you would want. Be prepared to pay dearly for it though as most things are way higher than Walmart.
Great new Kroger Market Place for the area. Somewhat disappointed that this Market Place doesnt have the beer and wine bar like the one that I visited in Knoxville, TN. Overall I like the location and easy access from the main thoroughfare off 62/10th street.
Fantastic... clean... people are helpful... this is what every kroger should be. The only thing that kept me from feeling at home with my texas HEB was the cooking samples with sales or featuring store items with print out recipe cards. Everything else made me feel at home.
Ordered a birthday cake and it was a mess. The colors were wrong and there was so much airbrush color it was beading up. The board around the cake was messy and the icing was completely uneven. When I mentioned it’s state I was told that there was no one there to fix it. I’m lucky my six year old was so excited about her party she didn’t care. I will never order a cake there again!
This place is huge and has so many food options. They even have a clothing department and a toys section. It is basically a a small walmart. Really cool
