This dollar store i stop at because it is on my way home. It is a shame with all we are going through the employees horde all wipes,sprays and disinfectants. Twice being in the store the employees have several cases of these products that they say they have to use to protect themselves and the customers. Their products never reaches the consumer. And further more if they were used for the customer why are they visibly sanitizing carts, keys pads... No wipes at the counter. No spray or wipes at the carts. THIS STORE IS HORDING ALL THE PRODUTS AND NEVER REACH THE CONSUMER. SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY!!! Next time any of you go, look on the floor behind their counter. Cases!!!

First time to this location. This is a Typical discount store, packed full of merchandise, they had the product I needed, staff was friendly, parking lot to door easy in and out. I prefer to go to Walmart. There was a Big puddle of water on the floor with a wet floor sign near a refrigerator. I wouldn’t go near the refrigerator or buy anything out of it. Makes me think food could be bad.

This store is clean and there is not junk all over the floor like in some other Dollar General stores in the area.

Theyre getting better but they need to improve a little more on keeping everything stocked. Not unusual to see boxes stacked up high wrapped up sitting in the middle of the aisles, just waiting to get put out on the shelves.

Cheap prices- good variety.

I have never seen such a disgusting dirty store before.Upon walking in, the entryway had about an inch or more water and bags of charcoal and other goods were laying in that water. It made the floors slick. Shelves were empty everywhere you looked, floors were covered not only in dirt but in merchandise, paths were full of plastic totes and boxes. Noone seems to care.

Im only giving 3 stars because its a convenient location... As most dollar stores (family dollar included), theyre always out of things, disorganized and messy, and the long lines no matter what time of day.... Those are joyous too! If it werent for some grocery/snack items on sale often, Id never step foot in this store.

Love the store.. The cashier was very pleasant and as her line began to get large the other cashier was on the phone in the back and one of the customers yelled can she get some help.

You can get in and out of there quickly instead of Krogers or Walmart

Convienient, easy to find stock, always some staff close by.

This location(1914 10th St) is conveniently located for me but is always a disaster inside. Boxes & carts full of merchandise are almost always blocking the aisles. You can’t shop in these aisles! Opened/stolen packages are always lying around for weeks, which tells me no one picks up or straightens the store. I saw an opened bag of candy laying on an end cap near a snack aisle, a few weeks ago- I’ve been in the store 3 times since, the same candy package is still there! Poor management for sure. No organization.It’s difficult to walk down aisles & find what you need because of all the clutter. I prefer the other 10th St location near Spring St, it’s much cleaner & more organized.

This is the newest Dollar General in the area, and already it looks dirty and disorganized. There is way too much stock for the amount of shelf space so its hard to move around. There is always garbage in the parking lot because there are no trash cans out front. Its sad to see what started out as a really nice store go down hill so fast. Most of the staff has been friendly, at least when you can find one to ring up your order. The younger ones need to learn to stay off their phones. The last time I was in there the young man barely looked up from his phone while ringing me up.

Well the lady in there was very rude.....didnt take card they were listed on my paper to take......so had to pay cash for grocies and that was bill money....

Always quick service. Always get help finding items. I rather spend more money here just because of the service then go to dollar tree where the service sucks.

The employees have always been nothing but nice to my children and I and maybe this stems from us putting smiles on their faces when entering the store. There will be a lot of things in the isle as this store is growing with shipments everyday with less and less room to put them. Glad you guys are expanding to a new, bigger building.

Disorganized and slow service

I usually enjoy going to this store but obviously the cashier was not having a good day and it showed!

This store used to be a very nice place to visit, now Im simply disappointed to the point that I dont want to shop there anymore! Problem- not enough help, poor customer service, very dirty stores, stock room overflow and hardly anything on the shelves, EXPIRED MEDICAL CARE PRODUCTS.....and some of the food and drinks available!Forget the parking lot the garbage and dumpster garbage is all over the parking lot, its very sad that I have ( 5 ) stores within a 4mile radius and they are all basically the same. The history of this family store has just been walked on in the past few years.I would suggest that the owners take a trip around the state and see what we as consumers see, if you really care. There are to many other economical options to stay loyal for the past 20+years and keep tolerant to these matters. Good- bye Dollar General its been wonderful but as the cliche says......all good things must come to an end!

I live close to this one so it sucks ! The one on Allison lane is always clean, and I am always treated courteously and professionally. Its a real shame !

Only 4-Stars is not the emoloyees fault, its upper management. This is a new Dollar General in Jeffersonville, In. The emoloyees are hard workers, its just they are short handed. They need help. If they dont get help the place will go down hill fast. Upper management has to accept responsibility. So its on them. Double the emoloyees, hire some help, especially when stock arrives.

Store is to congested, no room to move and stuff was just all over the place... Other than that workers were nice and polite very helpful.
