Looking for pet products. Right inside the door. Easy to locate. Parked in fast check out. Used self check out. Was in and out in 15 minutes.

Some amazing in-store sales going on right now. This location has a great grocery section with fresh produce and deli. They offer self checkout and pick up from online orders 8:00am-8pm.They currently have a great selection of real Christmas Trees for salein the parking lot.

Hadnt been in a while and theyve actually got some really good stuff. Cute kids clothes. Large produce selection. And the prices on everything was decent.

I live just around the corner from this Meijer and have given it many tries. I have a very hard time finding what Im actually looking for because the store layout is so counterintuitive. The employees lack any kind of social grace more often than not, the greeter is often on their phone, and the prices are better at the Kroger up the road. I get better customer service, better quality of food, and cheaper prices with more applicable coupons.

In and out really quick like cant complain

Specifically this is for the pharmacy. My partner has been without medication for over a month because of the incompetence of the pharmacists at this location. As of 2 months ago, there had been only small issues (telling us the medication would be ready by one day and waiting an additional 2 or 3 days past that to have that medication in) but this past refill has taken so many hurdles to jump over. Even though the doctor had sent over the prescription, they refused to use the deal that had been worked out with meijer for the price of the medication ($10) they told us they had never heard of such a thing (she has used it all year, august is the first time we have had an issue) and that doctors sometimes lie and that we would have to call them. The doctor personally called us back and sent the script in again with a note on it describing exactly what they meant. They still refused to use the coupon, and were disgustingly rude the whole time. The doctor had to contact this pharmacy directly to get them to find the coupon that had been used at this location before. I understand not all staff will be able to be fully trained at first, but even the head pharmacist said he knew nothing about it and just shrugged. Today, with everything almost finished, we were only able to pick up half of the medication we needed, told it would be ready tomorrow (Tuesday) after being told the prescription would be ready Monday. We have tried to pick up this medication since the first week of august. She had left her license in the car, and when I went to go and get it, she witnessed the person at the register berate an Asian man for his English skills. Another person had forgotten their license and when they left to go and get theirs, the person at the register loudly complained about how it was ruining her day. I am sorry that this girl was having a bad day, but being rude, being difficult, and making it impossible for people to obtain medication that is needed is inexcusable. Unfortunately, we will still have to go through meijer for this particular prescription, I will now be driving the extra 10 minutes both ways just to go to the one in new Albany.

The store feels like it’s rundown and some of the associates are not nice. I was there yesterday shopping while on the phone and as I was walking out of one aisle a female employee was just nasty I was shoeing me to get out of her way when she walked in front of me. Talk about disrespectful employees. I will not be back to that store and I see why that store is so rundown because no one there cares or has respect for anyone.

I had a wonderful visit at meijers today. The people greater was very very kind she went down and got me an electric cart even though all of them were pretty much dead she brought me one that she found that actually had enough charge to get me through and while I was checking out one of the cart pushers noticed that the cart that I was on was dying and asked if I needed a new one very very polite young man even though I didnt need one I did tell him I needed a regular cart so I can transfer stuff over to a regular cart and leave the electric cart in to be plugged up and he went and got me a cart. I was finished shopping before the rest of my party so when I got done checking out I said on the bench up front and waited and there was a manager that had come up and he was very friendly and nice.

This combo grocery and dry goods store was clean and easy to find my way to the items I needed. I will definitely go again.

Very impressed with the customer service both at this location and when calling the customer service phone line. Any time Ive had an issue they simply fix it. As an example I was just cleaning out my wallet and discovered I had a $4.50 coupon off your next shopping order that had expired 5 days ago. I called customer service, they added a $4.50 coupon to my mperks account, no muss, no fuss. Excellent. My experience with issues at the service desk in the store have always been remedied with the same friendly customer-centric attitude. I really do appreciate it.

Always out of something! You would be lucky to get everything you need.

Great store for in person shopping. Dont try there pickup service. We have given them 3 chances, when you park & call in the phone NEVER gets answered by whom it is supposed to be & they have to go & get the right person & you get hung up on at least 2-4 times. They NEVER get your order right & they replace items with sizes you didnt order & that cost you more because they are NOT on SALE. Then they NEVER bring you any kind of list or receipt. If you try to ask them anything they never know, someone else may know? It is NEVER READY on TIME/SCHEDULED. One of the times our Apt. was 3:30pm, we got there on time called, they finally got the right person to phone after:20 min. they said it would be another hour we told them wed be back. Got back :50min. later called & they said it would be out shortly. We waited over an hour then called for :23 min. before someone finally answered. Again there was a reason for not being ready..... to make a VERY LONG STORY SHORT & leaving & returning 3 times we got our 3:30pm grocery pickup at 11:34pm!!! An NO DISCOUNT or Apology on a $350.oo+ we came back for 3 times!!! Unless you have more time than sense, DO NOT TRY MEIJERS GROCERY PICKUP.Krogers is MUCH better on ALL Accounts even if you have to pay extra!Other than that, doing my own shopping Meijer has better sales!

Pleasant shopping experience, although, they took out the post office drop off slot. Being able to securely drop off your mail was a plus.

This place has pretty much everything you will need. They even carry big name brands like Harley Davidson things. I shop here for most of my grocery needs as well as other needs.

Bought several items at great prices. The Meijer brand elbow sleeve i bought seems just as good as my old brand named one at a better price!

Although 5 bucks for 8 or 10 pounds of potatoes, sounds reasonable. Its not by the time you cut 5 pounds of bruises out of them. This is not just a single occurrence. Happens regularly.

Not overly crowed like Kroger and Walmart. I love that they offer multiple ways to checkout if they are only going to have a limited number of cashiers.

Love their groceries and their prices. Ive been going to this location for over two years now. Everyone has always been friendly and they sanitize a LOT. I only wish they had a better selection of books. I am an avid reader and would love a better selection.

Because I wasnt someone standing outside in 40 degree weather I cant buy cards. It was 620 when the manager told me no. What a joke. I wasnt be unreasonable to simply ask being they just opened but it seemed to be an inconvenience to him to sell products in a store.

Theres a lot of stuff better than Walmart and JC

Clean store, decent prices, great return policy

Needed a few things for a small family gathering. Was able to go in and out in 20 minutes from the toy section, to beverages, and dessert.

Great meijer I love their workers and always have a clean cart waiting on me when I walk inSuper stocked usually I see them stocking more than talking. Cleanliness is acceptable forsure. And the security is always on point. This is the only store Ill groceries shop at.

They really need more cashiers. But these days everyone needs help.

Never fails that theyre out of something I need and most of the staff seem like they dont want to be there. Some are just downright rude. I typically try to use the other local stores for these reasons.

Meijer includes very helpful people. I feel welcome, often. There is an effort to go above, & beyond, whenever they can.

Only 4 because of the delay in the pharmacy of 2hrs for antibiotics.

Be careful with the Meijer Perks program. They wave digital coupons at on your phone. They look great at first glance. Then theres some small print/loophole that denies you the savings.

At least I can ALMOST afford Meat!Not possible at Kroger

They are a one stop shop basically have anything and everything you could need but they are extremely overpriced when I can go to Walmart which is closer to my house and their prices are more affordable for the same products.

Patricia was awesome.However I have some mobility issues and when she called back for a replacement item for damaged product.I was told to get it myself. Customer service is nonexistent

I love our Meijer store. Its large enough to carry almost everything you need; but, you dont have to spend hours wandering around a huge mega-store!!

Website says there will be sign in the store saying when playstation will be in stock no such sign exists was told by customer service at the store to call store and check availability. I then call a different store and they say that they will not give that I formation over the phone. If you don’t have a product just tell me that!!! Don’t tel me you will have something in the store advising when you will have them then when I get there I’m told they have no idea what I’m talking about. I was a regular shopper of Meijer now I will be shopping at your competitors at least they are honest and tell me they are out of stock and don’t lure me in to their stores looking for something their store manager had no idea even existed until I showed him what it says online. Very disappointed to say least. I do not companies that lie to their customers just to get them in the doors. Good luck you lost my business and all my friends and family as well.

Wow this place looks at everyone as a thief. They follow you and once they know your there and buying something the person that watches the U Scans literally walk behind you and look at the screen. I feel theyre getting my pin theyre so close..

2 1/2 to 3 hrs just to place a delivery order my first time. And then after waiting all day, 1 minute before 9 pm they say they are fulfilling my order. Nevermind the fact they moved it to the next day at 9 pm and didnt bother to mention. 3 hrs on the phone just to cancel my order. I fill web orders all the time and never EVER do we ignore a customer and we call them! Shipt and Meijer if I could give you a minus 5 stars I would. Will never ever use either place again and will tell everyone not to bother with either of you!

Store is very clean and even during the height of the pandemic seemed to always have a good supply of just about anything you would need.

It was late at night I was just trying to get home with my beer and they had to price check it by gping all the way to the back of the store to get the SKU numberThey where not very professional at with their attitudes and took forever before we even got to the point of me checking out

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS STORE!!!! BUT; there’s a sink in the women’s bathroom that has a black trash bag over it that is constantly running water from the faucet that desperately needs repaired ASAP; especially with covid concerns, customers NEED clean hands....****UPDATE****The Sink was repaired!!!!!!! WONDERFUL JOB MEIJER!!!!!!!!!!!! It just goes to show that ur customers & reviews are #1 TOP PRIORITY!! (NO WONDER WHY I LOVE THIS STORE! 😁👍🏻)

Average price but there never seems like they have help! I cant find anyone to ask questions and they seem to be out of items even now. Covid has had a huge impact on aviliability but several times no one to help with questions!

Always a great shopping experience. Loads of choices and options for our grocery needs, prices on par or better than the competitors. The best part about shopping here is easy to see when you first arrive...a clean parking lot!! Walmart in clarksville has a filthy parking lot and it corresponded with the rest of the store. Meijers lot is clean, and it corresponds with the inside of its store as well... clean

Love Meijer. But their Milk always goes bad.

They had pool shock just like everyone always does. No associates to unlock video game cases. Shelves looked sparse.

They do not have enough help on the floor to assist customers with questions.Their stock of items seemed low...alot of half empty shelves.

I am not as used to Meijer as where I have been shopping but it is the little things. They are nice, I don’t have to wait 45 minutes to check out, they can actually sell the products they have in their shelves, and they take Apple Pay. Now for me to get more used to shopping there so I know where stuff is.

I don’t usually ever review stores but I had to because while I understand low staffing I had to go to customer service to ask someone the closest area to find an IPhone charger was as there were none in the 10 check out isles I checked.When finally directed to electronics-I was in a rush and wasn’t sure where that area was- the entire charger section was empty. I took a picture and will post if possible.

A store that offers a little of everything!

Most of the time its great. This time wasnt very fun. It was our first time using the service that brings the groceries out to your car. Since we had never used it before we show up and look for a sign that says where to park but couldnt find one. So I parked and called customer services and asked them but they seemed confused and transferred me to some other department who in turn was also confused about what I meant. We had just literally never used the service before and didnt know where to park. The app was next to useless because it just said to read the sign once we got there, but thats a little hard when you cant find the sign. We eventually saw it when I got out and looked around, but it really shouldnt have been a hard question to answer.For future reference: its on the grocery side, on the side of the building, near where employees take their breaks. Grandpa security follows me around the store with 2 other grandpas. I seriously look like a shoplifter? While checking my receipt after asking me back into the store they stand right next to me. I was given no personal space and neither one of them knew how to read a receipt. If I get covid Im suing. From now on Ill go to Target. Might cost more but not near as trashy

I love Meijer, I just dont love their prices. The store is always so clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love their reusable bags. Plenty of open registers and self-checkout lanes.

Great store associates! They are always helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that my regularly purchased items (diet dr pepper, international delight mocha coffee, dude wipes flushable wipes,etc) are often out of stock.

I love this Myers it is the only Meijer I ever been to if it wasnt for me coming there to get my medicine filled by my doctor being so close to that store I would never been in that store and I just love the low prices and good deals that I get when I come there.

Prices are high. Especially when compared to Kroger. Always out of stock on things I need. Staff is friendly.
