Knew I needed a sim card for a hot spot.. walked in to get it, apparently this location does not let you if you dont activate it in store. Im not sitting there to let someone else have all my information when I can do it at home myself.

Best experience I have had getting a new device or even walking into a Phone Carrier store! Was immediately greeted and welcomed as if I was expected, over the top hospitality. When I stayed through a transfer from Samsung to IPhone (which took about an hour to an hour or a little longer) I was offered water and went into actual conversations with the people working in the store. I believe her name was Cheyenne and she was an astounding person to have taken care of me at the store. Will be recommending this store and her! 10/10 experience

5/4/21 7:30p. Stopped in to buy a phone.But the doors are locks.How could that be. Google said your open till 8pm.Even the sticker on the door says 8pm too.Guess ill go to A&TT

I normally would never discredit a business. I know how hard it is to work in retail. But we came in to get an upgrade on a phone and have been here for two and a half hours. This is crazy how long this is taking. We have had to run out card 4 different times for various reasons. At one point the associate just went outside to his car and sat there. I mean come on

I don’t remember the girls name but she was very helpful and professional. She was the only one there, but as other people came in she would greet them, and as my phone was transferring information she would help them until it was time to come back to me. Definitely good multitasking skills.

Go to any other Verizon store, hands down the worst experience Ive ever had in a mobile store. Employees on duty were shady to say the least. Blatantly lied about services required on our plan in order to upsell the account. Will not be back

Came here because my phone was not receiving calls. The worker there, Tim, new exactly what the issue was. My iPhone needed an update, and sure enough after he worked his magic and it was back up and running perfectly, and I had a new dark mode as a extra perk! I have never had this kind of experience at a phone store, and I have been with Verizon for 12 years.

This store just went under new management and staff, and Brooke is amazing. She is kind, courteous, and professional. If you ever need tech support or a new phone, I highly recommend this store. She has turned this into my go to Verizon store, because the old reviews do not reflect how this store has grown. GO HERE!

Having issues with my service after an 18 year relationship with AT&T. AT&T is/has been less then helpful in addressing these issues. I phoned Verizon, some with Tim and within 5 minutes my frustrations and dropped calls came to an abrupt end. Tim’s knowledge and customer service is impeccable. In my humble opinion, track him down and receive the attention and respect one is due as a customer!

I am a business owner myself and know how customers should be treated and there satisfaction met if at all possible. My wife and I have had bad experiences with the corporate store ever time we have gone. They were always unhelpful and condescending about our question and problems we had with our devices.We decided to try this authorized dealer and I was blow away by the difference in the helpfulness and customer care and satisfaction. Brooke made sure everything was run perfect for us before we left the store.This is only store we will be going to from now .

This place has limited service capabilities to the customers. I went to buy a NEW PHONE and I asked if they had it. They said they had the phone I was looking for but it was locked up and put away. In my experience if you have something to sell you dont put it away you have it out for all to see and get them interested in buying the product. I left them and went to BEST BUY and walked in and bought my new phone right away and was able to use it right out of the store. Yes the I phone bought was locked up for protection but there were the same phones on display to look, feel, and see how they worked before buying. Verizon would be wise to have this dealer clean up its act or DROP them from their services.

Dont go there! We tried 3 times. The young man (only one) there, locked the doors and you had to knock repeatedly. Waited 30 minutes without him even saying he would take X amount of time. Went back after lunch and he closed up 90 minutes before listed time. Franchise owner I know, but we ended up going to Sprint was much better experience

I will definitely be going back to see Greg with all of my cellular needs. Even though I ended up with an iPhone that had issues, he very quickly corrected the problem and was able to send me on my way with a phone that worked in a timely fashion. For a new store, I hope others find this Verizon store and give them your business.

Waited 2 hour to get a phone plan saw about 15 people walk in and walk out waiting on the one service rep who just sit and try to figure out how to activate a phone he had to call to get help. Telling everyone who comes in to go to another store. Who ever own this retailer store you are losing money.

Showed up at 9:10 no one was there the doors where locked waiting until 9:15 and what I assume to be the store owner rolled in...the way I see it if its too much of an inconvenience to show up on time its too much of one for me to do business there. Store looks nice and I was actually excited to have a store near by instead of in clarksville...but I guess Ill just go there anyway.

They had only one person working, and the employee was coughing and sneezing on our phone. Then she was not able to do anything to help us, and even took the screen protector off of my phone without asking. Extremely unprofessional.
