Do yourself a favor and triple check your bill after you leave this location as t-mobile had to file an incident report for this location adding multiple items to my bill that they thought I wouldnt notice.I called this store ahead of time about purchasing a phone they said would work fine for t-mobile service. After 3 days of coming back to this location to have the phone they said would work it didnt and I was forced into getting a new phone and was told it was free.Turns out its not free, its monthly bill credit which wasnt explained to me at all.The representative also signed me up for insurance I didnt ask for.And also signed me up for 2 additional phone lines for phone numbers Ive never heard of.I had to call the customer service line who 3 way called the store and the manager rudely told me the phone is free and if I dont like bill credit I can return the phone. Then he told me signing me up for insurance was probably a system error, and then told me he had no idea why 2 lines were added to my bill.He also said they did not have any documentation as to why they added the lines to my bill. So basically the 2 reps fixing my phone committed fraud to get there sales up.Took an hour and 12 minutes on the phone with customer service to get my bill fixed from the store location doing whatever they felt like with my bill. The customer service line also gave me my phone for free without the credit and ended up filing an incident report on the store.
Do yourself a favor skip this store and go to Clarksville much much more professional.
Even though I knew what I wanted the representative at the 10th Street Jeffersonville store was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable of the plan in the intent of the plan for what I am going to use it for.
Friendly staff, but irritated that they will not accept in-store trade-ins. Was hoping to avoid having to send my phone in through the website.
Took care of what I needed and staff was informative, definitely experienced!

Hate this place with a passion. Only reason why i have it is because my mom doesnt want to switch companys. My bill is extremely to high for two phones *$200 a month*!! Without unlimited data and stuff. ITS OUTRAGEOUS. But they do have good friendly workers, only good part about going in there.

Normally going on to deal with a cell phone provider is right up there with kicking puppies as far as how much fun I find the experience (note: I do not enjoy kicking puppies, its heartbreaking). However, this specific t-mobile outlet was not only helpful (as in, they completely fixed the phone that a different store had declared FUBAR), but friendly and efficient. I plan to frequent this store, despite the fact I actually live in Louisville and not Indiana. Leaving here with a spring in my step instead of cell phone homicide related fantasies is a fantastic change. Go T-Mobile go! :)
I called to find out why I have had no cell service anywhere in the city of Jeffersonville in almost 2 days. A young woman answered the phone, I described the problem I was having, she told me that this was not a T-Mobile store and I had the wrong number. I called back from a different phone, this time not saying anything and the same girl answered Hello, this is T-Mobile. I asked Hi, Im wondering why I have had no cell service in almost 2 days. She hung up on me instantly. Extremely unprofessional. I ended up having to just call T-Mobiles Customer Service for help. If you have a similar experience, I recommend filing a complain against her. People like this should not work for a company that prides itself on customer service.

T-Mobile has some great plans, but watch out for the management at this store, they make promises that they do not intend to keep, pretty sad.
I dont know what Scott is talking about. I have been up there three times in the past week and had nothing but great customer service. From the associates like Zac and Cathlyne and the store manager Mathew did everything he said he would do and some. I have always had great customer service with t mmobile and this store falls right in line. Will definitely will return and refer my friends and family there.

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had with ANY phone service. I went to the store to pay my bill and stood there for atleast 15 minutes before someone even came out to help me. I hear multiple people talking and laughing in the back but nobody cared to come out to help someone that makes it possible for them to have a job?? After standing there for 15 minutes im furious and leave and as im walking out someone comes out and says welcome to T-mobile. A little late dont you think?? Then try to call the store manager and explain to him what happened and immediately he gets snotty with me saying Ummmm.... I am the manager I asked if I could help. As I was leaving. Needless to say I will Never be back to this store!!!!!!
