This location is the closest to me. I have only ever had one good experience here. The young guy who work here (Manny I think, whoever was there 8/4/2020) is something else. The store is supposed to open at 10, not 12. Its funny on not two but THREE of my store visits I was here at the same time as the UPS guy and the guy didnt come to the door to unlock it (after 10am). I came into the store today for a replacement for my damaged phone, I was in the store for a full minute before he even emerged from the back. He then tells me they only have one phone in the whole store. Maybe if you answered the door for your deliveries young man. You know, I hope one day I can slow down and find me a job I can mess around and still get paid. Just do what I want with no consequences. Anyway, I took my business to the store in Clarksville by the laundromat. I was informed the same owners hold that licensed dealer as well. At least the girl working the store in Clarksville was helpful. I appreciate her attentive work style and customer service skills. If you took the guys pay and gave it to her, there would be more justice in the world.

Wait time was long but customer service was awesome! Very happy with the service.

You can never get them to answer the phone, I should not have to call customers service when you have a local store, I have set in the parking lot saw they have no customer, and watch them ignore the phone !

Im a Verizon guy.... but a lady friend smashed her phone and needed help getting a new one. A very nice fellow named Gene treated her very well ! She got an upgrade, a new case & a tempered glass screen saver for about 160$ ! Anyway.... She loves the new phone!& I feel like a Superhero! Just saying.

They are awesome there. I went in to get a new phone and actually got help with something else that I couldnt figure out so it saved me a trip from going somewhere else.

I have never had so many robo/spam calls while with any other carrier.I tried to get the robokiller app, MetroPCS doesnt support it.MetroPCS the RoboEnabler.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Two EXTREMELY unhelpful women would not provide any information on a new phone promotion being run by metropcs. They insulted the customer and suggested that we look at our emails to better understand what we were doing rather than providing any help or direction. To top it off, they told us that all Indiana stores were sold out of the phone we wanted.....I then proceeded to call the clarksville store on veterans Parkway which had the phone, and I was able to get it the same day. The help here should be fired, or the store should be closed. One or the other.

Worst employees ever!!! Walked in wanting an upgrade after having the Samsung core prime, the two ladies that were there, didnt speak when I walked in, didnt ask me what Im looking for or if I needed any help or anything. Worst customer service ever!!! I got the alcatel TRU...It Sucks!!!! Def not an upgrade more so a down grade. Not to mention the phone they gave me is broken its completely frozen and no incoming text or calls. I am officially done with MetroPcs, especially this specific location. The store phone doesnt even work!

Tried to call before I came to make sure of the store hours no answer. EVER! Got there and place is closed an hour earlier than their website had posted. Get it together guys...
