Since the new management change it has been a great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have mixed feelings about this location; stated that I wouldn’t be approved regarding my credit; BUT YET I AM PAYING ON ALL OF MY 4 Agreements?!?!? Which does NOT make since to me what so ever……& wanted to continue to tell me it was something to do with their new system????? Anyway; on the door notices, “Shopping” is miss-spelled…..it says (Shooping) on the door tags. & the address isn’t capitalized properly for this locations address either….

I walked in with a certain couch and dining room set in mind. Meko got me together with a better couch and dining set for a better price. He was very quick to get me approved and out the door. 10/10 would go again but make sure you ask for Meko.

My sales associate was awesome, patient, and kind (Cici) she went above and beyond. Calling other stores out of town to find the item I was looking for. Although we didnt find the original one I wanted she send me pictures of another set and thats the one I chose.

As a disabled Veteran,, I was very impressed with the professionalism,, politeness, and respect that Cici gave me. She answered all my questions with knowledge and made me feel like I was a friend instead of a customer.

My experience with the Jeffersonville RAC has been nothing short of fantastic. They are fantastic about working with you with any troubles that may come your way and will work with you to no end. I personally have had the pleasure of having Meko as my sales representative and it has been an absolute pleasure. He helped us find our furniture ASAP and has done everything to make our renting experience a great one. If you go to RAC Jeffersonville, I definitely recommend that you ask to speak to Meko first thing.

Dont like the fact I returned something I get to form them. They dont offer any store credit or anything. The stuff I get was heavily damaged to the point they couldnt get out of the store. With out it falling apart. The are a joke of a place to deal with.

I went in today to lease furniture. When I was filling out the information I explained that I was an orphan and did not have parents to list, but that I did have other people I could list as references. The manager Shannon was so rude to me about it, saying it is not her fault that I dont have parents to love me, and with no parents no furniture. Now I am sad because it made me cry and I will never spend my money there. CRUEL WOMAN

The portable dishwasher I rented from them is beautiful, but the inside needed cleaned and they refused to provide me with the faucet adapter that would allow me to use the dishwasher in the first place. We were told that we would have to go out and buy the part ourselves, but we werent told that until after the dishwasher was delivered 2 hours late after we made it very clear that we had a tight schedule. I have spent three days trying to track down the right adapter and am getting very frustrated very quickly!

Nice but super super airheaded employees. Went in on Thursday for a sectional. Filled out all the info. Shannon has been so slow at getting anything going. Ive had to call her 3 times after she said she would call me, and she failed to all times. Now waiting for yet another call

Today my boyfriend and I went to this store to rent a power lift recliner for his mother who just got out of the hospital yesterday after a major surgery. The store manager said she would not do a short term rental of two weeks but agreed to do a month rental so we did the paperwork and when he finished the paperwork she came out of her office and backed out saying she just doesn’t do short term rentals and sent us elsewhere. I have no problem finding somewhere else to spend my money but do not agree to something then back out. Her customer service was terrible. Wasted our time.

The most horrible place to deal with, 3 trips to store, different answers to all, nobody knows what they truly are doing yet trying to play Power Trips with customers. You wont get your purchase same day... Totally false along with the prices they quote! The filthiest place ever walked in. Watch your steps, you will trip and fall over straps and whatever else is laying all over that nasy store! Shannon and Destiny are the absolute worse airhead power Trip employees in that store!!! Highly recommend new management their business is losing so much caused by employees unknowledgeable and big heads to boot. I tried almost a week to get it all straight ... No shot at that ever gonna happen with them 2 . So anyways threw my hands up, stated I will definitely not buy there. Left store sit in my car, called Arro s less than 15 min. On phone, got it at less than half the price Shannon and Destiny stated which was a different amount each time. Arrons will bring my items today:) and less than half the cost! This place is so dirty, filthy, nasty as well with Shannon and Destiny attitudes. Thanks for being so awefeul ! I actually found a so much better place to go and so pleasent people! Thanks guys for running custors put on f your store.

Had a sketchy start. Was looking other places, but they pulled through and got me together on a laptop. Not the one I wanted (touch screen) but it works.

My experience with the Jeffersonville store was horrifying! I went in to get a new dryer and was informed I was getting a used one. I did not say I wanted a used one but agreed after I was told it would be good. I did my paperwork and got a delivery date. My delivery was three hours late and only after I made several calls wanting to know when my dryer would be delivered. My dryer was on a delivery truck but was taken back to the store to be picked up by another delivery driver. I had to show the man how to change out the cords to fit my outlet. He said it was not his ordinary job and he didnt have a clue how to do it. My dryer had paint on it for being in someones home and was very dirty. I kept my agreement and paid it off. Only to find they were taking three dollars out of my bank account every two weeks for insurance and told me I would have to go on line to stop it, they wasnt going to fix it. Now less then two months later my dryer is not working! I would not recommend Rent A Center to anyone! Very very poor business!

Upon agreeing on a lease with the company and scheduling a delivery time and paying out over $100.00 to them I was informed on the day of agreed delivery that It was going to be a few more days until they would deliver it leaving me without any furniture having gotten rid of the old to make room for the new also putting it 5 to 6 days from the date i paid for the items i was met with a rude and lieing manager on the phone when i was trying to resolve their issue . I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY AND THEIR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DEFINITELY NEEDS A NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM!!

I wish that I could leave a zero because I bought a new washer and dryer and the washer went out within a matter of a short time they cancelled on me three times to come out and fix it and the fourth time they come out all they did was check the power brake fuse and that was it I pay insurance which was a waste of time and money I wouldnt recommend going here paying their insurance Ive been out without a washer for two weeks then they want to take it to Cincinnati to fix it and they didnt know when I would get it back for sure so I canceled my insurance Im going to have somebody to fix it they are a waste of time not again

Purchased a Brand New Bedroom set that was ordered for me. Set was basically destroyed in delivery. Awful. In store staff are friendly and try.

Terrible customer service, when employees make errors they want the customers to fork out the money to fix what they messed up! Ive also called corporate over a employee who told me to shut up so he could speak an nothing was done! Will never go to this place again!
