I was told that they were more affordable than anywhere else well theyre not they wanted a lot more like $5,800 to fix my transmission in my car thank you but no thank you have a nice day

Horrible waste of money. Misdiagnosed my truck. Another place preying on women. The seal was cracked and leaking oil. Over the phone I was told it could be rebuilt for $1950. After dropping the truck off the story changed. Said it couldnt be rebuilt had to purchase a remanufactured for $5000. The Transmission was burned and and smoking.. burned out? Whwn the jacked it up all the fluid came out. A WHOLE LIE! I just drove 25 miles there without a problem. What a joke! Every Transmission place I called and told the story too laughed. All it needed was a new seal and Transmission fluid

We have used Precision Auto for several issues on our vehicle. We were always provided excellent service at a fair price. They stood behind their work when we had to return the vehicle after a service. The problem ended up being non-related to their work but they took care of the minor problem while we waited & did not charge an extra fee. They are a reputable business. Owner is friendly & easy to work with. We will always use Precision for our vehicle service & repairs.

Definitely my go to car Mechanic! They give me the details of whats needing to be fixed and break down the costs of each item to see what I can afford at the time. Also had the best cost for the tires I wanted as well! Owner was very nice and explained things in detail when I asked questions about what was being fixed. Even showed pictures so I would understand completely. Already a repeat customer.

I had my truck brought in to these guys for a dual disk clutch and stage two slave set up. a few months went by and my slave cylinder cracked. i brought it back and they warrantied it. after that i could not put the truck in gear hardly at all. i took it back to get the slave cylinder looked at again and they refused to. said that my trans needed rebuilt and that they had it apart when it was in before. i told them i wanted to see photos and they could not provide. after explaining that i would not pay them $4500 to rebuild my trans (if it needed rebuilt) i would simply buy a new one for about a grand less. they still refused to look at my truck. long story short. i went somewhere else explained my situation and they took a look at it. precision transmission installed a FACTORY style slave cylinder on my truck and charged me for a stage two. hence my problem of the truck not going in gear.very disappointed in this shop. they lied to me straight to my face. i wouldnt even take my ex-girlfriends car there

Stay away from this shop I took my truck there to have the transmission rebuilt they took a month to do it. When I picked it up the transfer case was stuck in low range. The engine was ticking and the transmission was not right I called several times to get them to look at it and always got the same answer. Id have to drop it off for a few days. I explained to them it was my only transportation and was not able to leave it like that. All I got was blown off until the warranty was over. Only to find out they never rebuilt the transmission. They only made some adjustments to make it work temporarily and replaced the torque converter.

I look for honesty and competence in a mechanic. Found both at Precison Auto. The owner, Kevin, carefully diagnosed my problem and was able to fix a suspension problem for less than half why the dealer quoted me. I’ve taken my 4Runner and my wife’s Pilot here for suspension, exhaust, brakes, and tires. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Buyer Beware!! The co- owner of this company rebuilt my transmission. His name is Kevin. I have had nothing but problems from day one. The day out of the shop I had to have it towed back. He said he would extend the warranty and it was not true.The transmission has now went out and they will not warranty their work.I have given them ample time to fix it before taken this route.

Wonderful service, always knowledgeable whenever I bring my car in to get an issue looked at. Has more than once brought an issue to my attention that I wasnt even aware of, and taken care of it before it becomes a significant problem.

They screwed my truck up, i called and spoke with Kevin the owner and he didnt want to hear that they may over charged for work they didnt really perform. I told him i could prove it and he didnt really care. Please dont take your vehicle to Precision you will regret it.
