I came to the store wanting to get an iPad added to our plan. Without a moment of hesitation I was told “We don’t have any and haven’t seen any in months come through here. It’ll take months to get one” without even looking anything up. So we left within a few moments of walking in. The next day we went to a Madison location and they got us set up with one to be shipped and arrive in 2 days. While they didn’t have any in stock they took the time to help me out. So clearly that was not the truth and the employee was just not wanting to do their job. Definitely will not return to this location. I’d rather drive the extra 30 minutes.

Traded in two phones for two new phones. Since there were two promotion going on at this time, one for buy two phones get one free and the other for trade in an eligible phone get one free, I made sure multiple times to confirm that both phones are free. But, the store employee still managed to screw up the promotion. Still trying to correct this problem with T-Mobile for over 5 months now. Ive been with T-Mobile over a decade and have never had one single issue that couldnt be handled with a 15 minute phone call until I had the misfortune to walk into this T-Mobile store.Go anywhere else or order online before wasting your time and money with this store.So far this stores incompetence has cost me an additional $180 since upgrading to these phones 4 months ago.This review is only in regards to the local store I have had no other issues with T-Mobile and will still remain a loyal customer once this issue is corrected.

They are slow. Sold me an iPhone with no charger. Very disrespectful. Talking to other customers while I asked for insurance on my phone. Didn’t give me insurance bc he was to busy chit chatting instead of doing his job. This store should be redone.

T-Mobile store employees are great however the T-Mobile “experts” are very unorganized and give false information and then instead of honoring what they said, they say sorry that representative didn’t know what they were taking about. I’ve been on the phone with these people non stop for several days and sent to the store, only to find out they don’t know what the representative was taking about. Extremely dissatisfied and nobody at T-Mobile has tried to make this right. Will not recommend this company to anyone i care about

Unacceptable customer service. We went to get a promotion around Christmas and although we are loyal customers of T mobile this was the worst encounter. We pick our new phones, go through the promotion which included a $500 discount as well as a trade of our old phones, before we sign anything and Martin verifies we are getting our discount and the trade of our old devices. He says this would take an hour or so and suggests we leave and get back. We go back an hour later and he has not processed the paperwork which would let us know how much our bill would be,messed up with the screen tampered glass protection and the data transfer and used the excuse that he had other customers and could not do it . All that while we had already payed and signed the new purchase. It is 2 months later and we still havent gotten our promotion discount, the store manager claims he cannot process the promotion due to technical difficulties while we are paying monthly full price on everything. Bottom line both Martin and Dave never processed our promotion on their end using unjustifiable excuses and we are still trying to get it resolved. Such an unprofessional service to say the least. All they want is to get the sale and they ignore the rest

Wife went into the store hoping to get a good deal on a new phone. She has service through sprint/t-mobile but had phone paid for. Great deals online. Store had her convinced she didnt qualify and charged her full price for a phone. She needed it that day so just did it. I called sprint/t-mobile directly and got basically 2 phones for what she paid for 1. Sprint said to return the phone to the store and new one would be shipped! She went into the store and yes they allowed her to return the phone. But they wouldnt refund the case or screen protector. So basically out $100 because the store wouldnt honor online deals and took advantage of her.

Absolutely terrible experience I set there for an hour waiting to be helped. I work in sales and I know the the number one bing you should always have is good customer service and the employees there had none of It. I sat there watching people be help that entire hour that were there two to three hours before we were there. It took Them to get a customer a screen protector and a case 45min. Once she was done with him she went to looking at her phone. While my wife and I were waiting. Then she had the nerve to call out a random name when we were the only customers there that hasn’t been help. I will be looking elsewhere to get my new phone. Never have I ever been so mad over getting a phone. We will also be canceling along our accounts with T-Mobile/sprint. I will be in contact with your corporate office as well!

I have had issues with switching phones over and then back after losing my phone temporarily in the lake and both times the staff was knowledgeable kind and looking to help me instead of just take my money. I would definitely recommend coming here for questions or to get the best deal on your phone

Very sorry we went with Sprint!! Initially the first experience at the store was quite good other than the long wait. Dave was the one that helped us, hes the manager there. Unfortunately our bill setup fee and fees for the multiple phones we got were all wrong. We have been trying to get this sorted out for over a year with no call backs from Dave and no way to get any assistance from corporate. We will be moving our service. Buyer beware! What we thought was going to be a good deal turned out to be an expensive nightmare.UPDATE-Just spent 2.5 hrs on the phone. They hung up on me at 1.5 hrs and I had to call them back and tell someone else about the whole thing again. I just told them the reimbursement wasnt worth it and asked them to cancel my plans.BUYER BEWARE - The manager (Dave) who works at the Janesville stores (Humes, The Mall) and the store in Beloit (if its still open) gave us promotional fees, a discounted activation fee, and discounted plans that were not actually available and never applied to our contract. We ended up paying $60 to $150 extra/per bill. We were also not told that the price we were paying was a temporary promotion which added another $60 to the price after our leases ended. Calling corporate did nothing. I actually told them I would settle for Dave being fired. They said to contact the District manager, but he either knows what is happening or is a participant in the scams that the manager plays. On one visit to the mall, trying to find Dave, another employee actually acknowledged the fact that Dave does this type of thing on a regular basis. Every time I have had to go into one of the stores, its an hour or two to get anything done. Know that I am an extremely patient person as I was in the service industry for decades. We exhausted every way we could to resolve this issue over a year and a half before we cancelled.I am going to try out Spectrums mobile. I would go back to ATT though, ANYTHING is better than what we just went through.If you havent been warned enough, know that you are rolling the dice with this provider in Janesville. Read all the one stars below and you will start to see a pattern. I promise you the advertised price is not worth the headache and possibly the extra money you will spend. Glad to be done with them!!! 0 STARS!!! Theyre that bad!

I believe it was Dave, The Store Manager. He has by far given us the best experience we have ever had with Sprint. This is the Sprint you need to go to. He went above and beyond all expectations to help us out and give us the best price. STAY AWAY FROM DELAVAN SPRINT! She (Yolanda) didnt want to help us at all nor did she care. She couldnt figure out how to upgrade my phone with the Samsung Forever Plan. Sure as Sh*t we went to Janesville and Dave figured it out in a fraction of the time. Thank you to Janesville Sprint. Can’t even receive an invoice they haven’t figured that one out yet. Corp morons. Need to flush the toilet down there at corporate and get some people down there that can run it before it goes under. Always overcharging love to cut off phones for no reason. On top of that they don’t know how to apologize for cutting the phone off and have no customer relationships at ALL nor do they want to. WORST THING OF ALL they want to charge you for paying in CASH! That’s another scam going around. I come in person, come in early and pay cash and they’re telling me I need to pay a fee. DISGUSTING and PATHETIC. You guys deserve both of them. Must be really desperate for money trying to get an extra buck. I as a senior encourage all seniors if not all people to stay away from sprint. Never call you. Never contact you. Never apologize. Place makes me sick.

The manager of this store has always gone above and beyond to help me out. I had an issue with a brand new phone that wouldnt get any service. After jumping through a million hoops and making multiple trips to Rockford, IL working with a different store, they ended up telling me that I they wouldnt help me. Then I went to this store. David B, the manager of the store here, ended up giving me a new phone for free, and then billing the store that should have replaced my phone in the first place. He gave me a discount on accessories for my new phone for the inconvenience. Highly reccomend.

These people have completely messed up my account. Added AppleCare Plus WITHOUT my authorization. I currently owe $2,000 for (2) phones I returned to the store, and ordered different phones. They have gone downhill for customer service since only having (1) person working at a time. I would recommend going to Madison to visit the Sprint there.

First came to this store to get my phone fixed, and they didnt have the parts, but there was holiday coming up that weekend, so it was going to take longer to order a new phone. So the original 3 days turned into a 7 day wait, and then a 4 got stay at the store to trade all my data. Although everyone was nice and helpful, there was one employee in particular that seemed like he didnt care and was on his phone the whole time.

We have pretty bad data coverage compared to our friends who use other phone companies. All too often we lose service or data coverage while traveling, even locally. I got a quote for a new plan with US Cellular and to be fair decided to contact our local sprint store to see what they could offer us. They never addressed the coverage issue, said they could only help if I came in the store, and had no deals to offer. Not very interested in keeping clients or being competitive. Pretty disappointed in sprint.

UpdateOur sprint bill is COMPLETELY WRONG!Nobody at this store will help. Everybody points fingers and says they have to help. Been hung up on with sprint atleast 4 times. My bill should have been 140. Its almost 300 each month. I paid 150 in store yet there is no receipt and no trace of where my money went. It does not reflect on my sprint bill. Sprint says i owe that 150. My bank shows the money is gone. I will be filing for credit card fraud against this location within my bank as well as within sprints fraud department. I would be careful with your transaction at this location. And i would also request to see ANYTHING that has your name and account number and what your bill and plan will be. I was handed over phones (i was admittedly in a huge time crush) and that was it. I called as soon as i got notice of my bill and was told random things. None of which answered where my 150 went.

I am not happy with this store at all. After continuous issues with trying to simply ACTIVATE a phone already purchased I tried this location for the second time. This time the gentleman was barely focused on me due to being too busy listening to a customers story who was already being helped. When he finally decided to pay enough attention to help me have it activated he tried to charge me $30 for an activation fee. I asked what I was paying for if the phone was already in use he was trying to add on another line. I don’t know if it was just a misunderstanding but I feel like if he had paid enough attention there would not have been his issue. So now I’ve wasted an hour of my time and am waiting on a return because nowadays I guess people just swipe before explaining what you’re paying for. Not happy at all. Next time I’d rather drive out of town in hopes of finding a Sprint worker that could actually take 5 minutes to help me resolve an ongoing issue.

Went in for a quote and laid out exactly what we wanted. It took over 4.5 HOURS to get our phones bought and set up! I checked and double checked with manager on the deals and promotions trying to find the catch . The catch came when I got the first bill and my service was over $200 more than the WRITTEN quote I had received! After speaking to rep on phone, it turned out the manager, Dave, had lied to me repeatedly just to make his sale. The phone rep has SUPPOSEDLY fixed the bill to back where I had expected it to be (will see next bill), however, I was told I have to speak to this manager again to readjust the first bill. So far said manager is doing an interview or in a meeting when I try to contact him. Hopefully this gets resolved soon. The Sprint coverage leaves much to be desired...but definitely avoid this store at all costs!!!

I give them one star just for the fact that they do exist.....But that is about all they do at this store. The manager is way to sure of himself and the employees are rude and uninformed at best. The manager is the biggest problem, he has a little man complex and no real people skills. There were 4 employees there and the manager still had to help when he was done with the only other customer in the store. Save yourself some time and frustration and go to an actual sprint store, these guys are universal wireless not sprint.

The associates were very friendly and very helpful! My only issue is the manager there is very unprofessional. He told me one thing and it ends up being something else. I was in the area with my parents for a concert at Alpine when our phones were hacked by people in Texas. We tried calling the Sprint support line and got nowhere. We went here and the manager was very friendly and helpful with the whole ordeal. Someone had taken 2 of our upgrades and opened 4 lines. He helped us get it taken care of and we were out within the hour.

Had problem with one of our phones not receiving data. Associate was pleasant and did try a few things but without success. Next step was them trying to say the phone was so old it needed an upgrade. Three other identical models in the family and none have the issue. Told them we just cannot do that now. Got home and now it seems to be receiving data...guess we dont need that upgrade they were pushing for.

I like sprint, and we have no issues with anything but the manager at this store named DAVE he has upped our bill every month and has been charging for an IPad we don’t even own or have at all!!! Have been overcharged for last 8 months and suppose to be credited for it all. The manager said it went to his district manager and was suppose to be credited over 2 weeks ago. And yet nothing and no one there seems to know a number to the district manager or they just refuse to give it to me so I can see what the hell is going on. Everytime I try to get ahold of the manager he is gone for some reason. Manager netting gone for 4 days at training it’s always something and never get a call back. Worst experience in a store ever and the customer service is also horrible.

Stopped in to ask a question about my phone. Was there for 20 minutes and no one even said hello. When I asked for help, the guy said he was leaving soon and turned around and walked away.
