I couldnt be happier!!! After some horrible personal phone experiences(hacking) I traveled out of town and low and behold everything was resolved by Zackary (I hope I spelt it right). If I need anything I will gladly travel to receive this kind of customer service. He really put my mind at ease, assuring me that the same things that happened with other companies would not and could not happen at At&T. Thank you for a much need break from worrying.

Sometimes theyre overly busy, so we come back another time. But the reps are all well versed in products and services, polite and helpful. Even when I ask a dozen questions... I like how the stations are set up to talk somewhat privately and you can be seated while doing the transaction. Its good to have personal support in a local store!

My wife and I visited the AT&T store to switch carriers. Our service representative was Malcolm and we are very happy to have had him service us. He is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He helped us get the right phones at the right price. I would highly recommend AT&T for your next phone.

This would be 0 starts if I could give that. I have been with At&T since April. Worst experience ever. Every month since April I have had to call as they have messed up my billing. It is now August and I am on hold with another AT&T rep that has had me on hold for 10 minutes and counting. I am not hanging up just to see how long it actually takes for them to return to the line if they ever do. My payment is due the 8th of every month, but every month AT&T tries to take another payment on the 24th, so I was advised by AT&T to cancel the auto pay until its fixed and it should be fixed by August bill. Well i am now getting an alert that my account is pass due which led me to the current call. I have asked to speak with supervisors but never transferred. I have spoken to the people in the local store, I have been connected to billing and collections then back to billing and still having the issue with no luck. How do I get in contact with higher ups. I had Sprint for 7 years and never had these issues. only switched to AT&T because my local sprint office closed. This was the worst mistake I have ever made. It so sad that good customer service is so hard to get now a days. I spend $200 a month on phones, why do I have to be on the phone with this company every month for hours with no resolution compensation or apologize. Yet agents just disconnect my call or never return from hold which is now 20 minutes. I need to speak with a regulatory body to report this, but no where on the website does it give any information. I have deleted my original post of 0 star rating to show that the store manger has helped me through several billing issues I have had. Original review was because I had a bad first experience in the store and had to end up in a more expensive plan in order to receive the promos I was told. I thought problem was solved and now twice corporate (not the store) has tried to up my bill significantly and stop my promotions that I was still supposed to be receiving. I always say “give credit where credit is due”...This is where the store manger, Luis, has been great in helping me get through the billing mess with corporate. Thank you Luis!

Whenever i have to come to this a t and t store I have always had a good experience. All the employees have always been knowledgeable and eager to help. I have not never had a negative experience here. Today I had to come in and had Eddie immediately greet me and offer to help. He did an amazing job, not just with helping with my issue, but was very personable and friendly. He defiantly is an asset to your company. As he was helping me Anita and Nikki came over to double check that all was going ok and thought that that was awesome. It showed to me that the store has team players that work there. Everyone always seems so upbeat and seem to enjoy being at work. I also have noticed that the same people work there. That says something about this store and your company that there is not a big turnover in employees. I wanted to send a positive note about this particular store. Again Nikki, Anita, and especially Eddie are the type of people you need to keep at your company.

My first visit here was to purchase a cell phone mount for my vehicle,I did. Staff was very busy,but friendly.Fast forward 1 week,the mount sucked( no fault of store or its staff ) my girlfriend and I tried returning it 3 different times. Short story, unhelpful staff,more interested in selling phones and service plans.I wont be back.

I was in to add a new phone to the plan. The store was crowded, so my wait was 40 minutes. An appointment system would help. Everything went smoothly and I was happy with the knowledge and professionalism of the associate.

Not a customer. Was here with my brother. Good customer system. They are knowledgeable and friendly. He got a new phone Friday and had problems with the key they replaced the phone with no hassle. She made sure it worked rather than just pushed us out the door

For cell cable and internet and the service is no where near what we did have and of course we are now stuck in a contract for 2 years all because we got a free phone Haha NOT free at all.........
