I went into the store just to get a charger for my Galaxy S8+ and Brenna pullec up my account and exained what I was eligible for and what discounts I could get . Being visually impaieed, Brenna walked me through the process step by step. Brenna is awesome!!! She answered all my questions and exp everything! I was not planning to get a new phone that day, being on vacation, but I walked out with a Galaxy S21 Ultra for much less than I thought it would cost, thanks to Brenna!

Brenna was wonderful to work with. When I went to have her show me new phones I told her the only way I would get a new one was if she could transfer everything the exact same way it was on my old phone. Took til after 9 last night but she did it. Very knowledgeable about the phones and we actually got my wife a phone also. We both got the Samsung S21 ultra. So far love the phone. I had quite the mess for them to sort out and they did so very professionally. they were courteous and even carried on conversation. Let me tell you about my experience.Jenny, who I think is the manager, is by far the best representive Verizon has to offer. Not only is she professional, she knows how to talk to people by making them feel understood and like a valued customer.I have had horrible experiences before when it comes to non corporate locations and when I asked her of she was a corporate location, she made me feel at ease when she stated their similarities but also that they are locally owned and create a more personalized experience. She made sure that I had the freedom to voice my concerns and then she addressed them one by one and made me feel so comfortable even though I had to have her explain things more than once.She is knowledgeable, understanding, and the most helpful Verizon person that I have ever had the pleasure of working with.I made her promise to stay in a Jamestown and work for BeMobile for the rest of her life. I will refer all business to her and the company is more than blessed to have her.

I had a black screen on my iPad and Cassie was unable to reboot it, so I ended up buying a new one. She was very helpful as she walked me through the set up/syncing of it. Even though she was the only rep working on Sunday she was extremely patient with me and the growing number of other customers. She was fantastic at multitasking as she would help others while waiting for my iPad to finish set up. I also have to say how informed and efficient she is! I will definitely be returning to her with my next issue or purchase! She is a master of customer service and a bright beacon of light for Verizon!

Cait was great to work with and she got me the phone I wanted and what I needed. While I was there, I observed a team that provided excellent customer service to everyone that walked in the door. Even heard them say to another customer you are family. We fight for family. This was also a team that has fun together. I will be back whenever I need something for the family.
