(This review is strictly on the cell company, not a particular store front) Absolute garbage fire cell service. I’m using the tiny bit of service I get outside my home or for that matter anywhere outside of WiFi in order to write this review (took quite a while, also arms tired from holding my phone straight up in the air to get better signal) . Very Unreliable coverage However The only plus is how cheap it is. A pay raise= immediately switching to another carrier.

Upbeat and friendly atmosphere. Stocked with a variety of phones and phone accessories. They also provide an assortment of phone service providers that customers can choose to have their phone service through. They also do phone repairs as well. I came in this trip to have the tempered glass for my phone replaced. Which was replaced promptly with no issues. Very satisfied with the service I received. The worker was very friendly to all of the customers that were there during the time I was there. The worker tried to address any of their phone or phone service needs as promptly as possible. I recommend this business to others.

Great customer service

They put me on hold for a good 45 minutes, and then answered and asked me to call back later when they werent so busy. Alright, Ive been in this customer service industry my whole life, totallyyyy get it. But when I called again, the man who answered the phone said, I have two customers in front of me, call back later. And hung up. Im sorry, WHAT?!? NOT okay. I have never been so disrespected.
