I called and spoke with Joel on Monday and scheduled a appointment to look at a vehicle on the lot opposite their side. When I arrived, I was immediately approached by one of their financial people who instantly went and got Joel for me. He was incredibly courteous and showcased a vehicle that didnt have 30,000 miles and was the same vehicle. When the numbers exceeded my allowances, we worked out a different vehicle that was just as great, fit what I needed. Great customer service! Ill see you all in 5-10 years when Im ready to upgrade again! :)

I don’t recommend this location at all if you are Latino or Hispanic. You will be treated differently in the sense of lack of respect and Sincere help. I went in hoping to receive assistance with my vehicle, providing information of my extended warranty plan. The whole time, I got a bunch of awkward looks, exchanging of smirking among the staff and I seemed like a bother as if they don’t make a living off of vehicle issues. They didn’t try to work with me, and even disregarding my main concerns, they took one 360 look at my car and gave me a already premade invoice of all of the suggested maintenance I did not ask for already asking me what form of payment i will be providing. I left there with rage and frustration. I never leave reviews, even when services are good, but I am totally disappointed in the services or there lack of.

Just had to take my veh in for a diagnosis. They got my veh in on its scheduled time and I was able to wait there. Waiting room was fine and I was able to do my work at table provided in waiting room. Everybody was nice and they took the time to explain my veh codes to me in normal English so I would understand. I would come again if needed. A little pricey though.

Waiting room was comfortable with TV and reading material. They had coffee maker fresh bananas and donuts. Made waiting pleasant. They explained everything about my car and even washed it when they were done. I was very satisfied.There was another customer there who was very grumpy and almost nasty and the woman speaking to him was very pleasant. She handled him very well.

I came in for a routine oil change, and as always, the staff was more than courteous, and very upbeat and friendly. Snacks and drinks were available. The areas were clean and organized. If I had to find fault, I guess I would say it took a little too long? I was there about an hour.

While at Shults, just having the oil changed, summer tires & wiper blades put on my Forester, they also fixed a recall item. The recall was for a brake switch that I hadnt even been notified of. Good work! Thank you for taking that extra step instead of having me come back again at a later date.

We were 300 miles from home on a Sunday evening when one of the engine warning lights came on. We called Shults from the road the next morning before their posted opening time. We got a person who told us the bring the car in ASAP. We arrived about 9:15 a.m. The service tech seemed to know exactly what our problem was based on my answers to a few questions. By 9:30 a.m. our car was being serviced and an hour later the issue was resolved and we were good to go. Oh, and everyone at Shults was pleasant, helpful and responsive. In sum, our experience with Shults service department could not have been better.

They surely go above and beyond to help the customer and me in particular.While I was in for just an oil and tire rotation, I asked if they could squeeze in an interior windshield clean and they indicated they’d try but we’re short on personnel as a couple we’re out unexpectedly. I said fine as not critical.So when the car was ready, not only did they clean the windshield they vacuumed and did a car wash!!! No extra charge!!!!Made my day as I was leaving for a trip with my family and now we’re looking really good!!Thank You Cory and your team, just outstanding!Jan 2020Had the Bronze Clean-Up and it was terrific. Super clean and looking great.Also had great tire rotation, St inspection, and oil change.This dept is extremely well run and is to be commended!

I took my car in their shop as my car had two major recalls on it. The staff their were very accommodating to me as I had to have my finance take the car in. The loaner car they gave us was excellent as well, and they even allowed us to keep the car an extra day after the repairs were done without any pushback (working in Buffalo and commuting to work is a bit of a pain).I would easily recommend Shults to anyone. My car is running well and even with an oil change I got, it only ran me $7 in total. I cant speak about the car buying process, but seeing how well they did with my car in general, they would be the first place to check out once I start looking for a new car.

After many months of unsuccessfully trying to find a vehicle on my own, a close friend directed me to her salesperson Maggie at Shults. I am happy to say that after giving her a list of vehicles that I liked and letting her know what I wanted in a vehicle, Maggie found me the perfect vehicle right away. She really listened to what I wanted and was also very honest about helping me make a decision on what would fit my affordability. She made the transition of my previous vehicle (which I had for 10 years) to my new one seamless. She explained everything right down to the last detail and made me feel very much at ease with the entire process. The whole Shults team was also very helpful and kind. I was having issues with battery on a year old Subaru. When I called, I was told that the battery would lose its charge is key was in the ignition with the motor not running (for 4 minutes tops). When I went up there I was told that they wouldnt be able to exchange for a new battery until next week. Jeff the service manager overheard the conversation and said that they would handle it now. GREAT effort made by Jeff for excellent customer service!

Service was good to excellent. We were having a problem regulating the automatic thermostat on the heater. Barry was very accommodating and came out to the car and demonstrated how to do it. They checked the battery also as our previous Subaru had battery issues and we do not want that to happen again. It is very inconvenient when battery issues happen when you are away from your home. The only complaint was the fact that we had a 10:30 appointment and they came to service the car way after that time.

Had my Subaru serviced. They did an awesome job. But the only thing I found annoying was I always had to talk to one individual to get info in my car. Felt no one else could talk to me about my car but the one person. I should be able to talk to anyone is service and get an update.
