Drove 1 1/2hrs the next day to pick up my vehicle, everything was ready for me to sign when I arrived and everyone we dealt with was extremely friendl! They took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my new vehicle. I will gladly keep them in mind for future purchases even with the 1 1/2hr drive, love the small town everyone welcome feel!

As usual spot on service at Dave Warren dodge. Would love to own a new Ram but just cant get the deal I got on my existing ram. ThanksWell, had to go to this dealership for maggot work on my vehicle. The service received was ok. Basically out of dealership control. However, lack of communication from dealership was in my opinion was fault of dealership. Along with a few loose parts upon return of my vehicle. All has been good. I still havent received a detailed receipt of work preformed.

As soon as we were out of the vehicle Jackie was right there asking how she could help us. She was polite and well versed on the vehicle. She was comfortable and easy to talk to without any high pressure sales pitch. If there was anything she didn’t know she didn’t hesitate to ask the manager . My salesperson Jaclyn was awesome. The truck I bought was great but I didn’t feel like the dealership wanted to deal. The truck I bought was very clean but has a section on the door where the paint was missing. I felt like the dealership should have fixed that for me. Also when doing the financing they originally said it was a 66 month term and then it changed to 72 month. I thought by getting the 3 year warranty the payment was going to be about $50 a month more for an additional 6 months because it went from 66 to 72 month term. If it was explained better I would have got the 3 year warranty. Overall it was a good experience because of the salesperson Jaclyn but I not sure I would buy another vehicle from there again because of the reasons I stated above

Sami and the rest of the staff at Dave Warren made my son and I feel as if we were their only customers! They were so attentive and also paid close attention to detail. They “heard” us when we spoke about our desires for the vehicle. It was a great experience!

Friendly in the dealership. Problems in the service department. Like all dealer-based mechanics, they are expensive. They are also very slow. Every state inspection year is a new charade in finding $1,000 in mandatory work on a vehicle they sold me three years ago with 25,000 miles and that Ive driven less than 20,000 miles in that time.Drop the vehicle off at 10AM for state inspection, oil change, tire rotation. 4.5 hours later, havent heard a thing. Call them, they tell me they should be done soon and will call me. An hour later, still no call. They send me some text with some work from a courtesy multi-point inspection that I decline. Still no call. 6 hours. Finally just go down there. Car is ready. I pay, take it and go. Then I notice no new inspection sticker. Go back. Suddenly the courtesy inspection work they found is now mandatory for the state inspection. A grand a year to get your car inspected at this facility. Never fails.Bigger problem is the lack of concern for their customers time. What is the point in having an appointment system if its obvious the car isnt even getting in for 3 or 4 hours after dropping it off? It doesnt take 6 hours to change oil, rotate tires and complete a state inspection. It also is poor customer service not to inform the customer of alleged mandatory work until those 6 hours have expired and theyve taken the car off the lot.A dozen places in town I can get this car to pass inspection without paying an additional penny, and every place in town will do the mandatory work for half the cost, in half the time.Wait 6 hours here to get up sold or go somewhere else? 3 strikes, youre out. Next time, Ill just start elsewhere.

I bought my 2019 Ram 3500 brand new and it has been in the shop for a cumulative total of over 30 days (the literal definition of a lemon). I picked it up yesterday after 18 days in the garage and the check engine light came back on within 5 miles of driving it. I have contacted the Attorney General’s Office and am seeking arbitration under the NY Lemon Law.You offered to buy my truck from me? At a loss! How about giving me my full refund like the NY Lemon Law says I’m entitled to? You offered to buy the truck from me 😂🤣😂🤡

I am in the middle of a bit of a issue with a Jeep that I bought from a place called Enzo Auto in Ohio selling me a fake warranty. Well, my Jeep has been sitting at Dave Warren Jeep for about 8 days now while theyve been on hold for days trying to get a hold of the warranty co., and they are not complaining to me, theyre being patient with me...come to find out Im going to have to pay for these repairs myself and theyre doing everything they can to help me get out of this because they know that I have been scammed.They have been amazing, I would recommend Matt, Jill, Jacqueline and anyone else in the service department. Im never going to take my Jeep anywhere else.

Horrible. I called wanting a new key fob for my suv and instead of giving me a new one they replaced my old one. I called and left a message due to no one answering the phone and never heard back. I paid over 200 dollars and still only have one key fob when I was looking for an additional one. I’ll be driving to buffalo or Erie instead of using them again.

I had scheduled my appointment a couple weeks in advance as I always do for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there about 15 to 20 mins prior to my scheduled appointment at 10 am. Normally I am only there for an hour to wait for my vehicle. But Monday 8/9 I waited for over 2 hours for my vehicle to be finished only to find out they had two “text” as the employee called it come in. So I take it they took care of them first BEFORE my scheduled appointment and I was late getting to another appointment I had scheduled after this. I’m not impressed over how my scheduled appointment wasn’t taken first before as I look at “call ins”.

Was able to work out a great deal and have gotten the Gladiator I have been wanting since they where announced!! My wife also got herself into a new Compass just last month. I am highly satisfied with the Dave Warren team and look forward to a long relationship with them!
