Called about Recalls on my vehicle they sent me up appointment for the same day which I thought was fabulous they did it and I had just recently recently updated my registration on my vehicle and they put the new registration in my window for me without me even asking I had great service they were polite they talk to me and I will definitely be doing service there again.
So far, so good. New service personnel FINALLY taking me serious that something is wrong with my AC. They said it would take 3 to 4 hours, so they gave me a ride home.
Ron continues to do an outstanding job at KIA of Jamestown. Been working with him for years. Don’t know what I’ll do when he decides to retire.
The salesman was great! He was able to find me my Seltos in the model and color I requested. All the other aspects of buying the car went smoothly. The staff are nice and friendly...not pushy.

Purchased my Kia Soul+ during the height of the pandemic 2020. Had to go to Hornell to get what I wanted do to limited car inventories. So I hadnt used the local Jamestown Kia dealship for anything yet prior to my 1st experience, which Im reviewing here.I LOVE my Kia Soul plus for starters and hadnt had one issue since my purchase.Ended up having a catastrophic failure of an oil pressure sensor.Kia covered the tow to the dealership. And ultimately, the repair and for a few days have me a loaner car to use.No complaints about service at all. Rick the temporary, fill in service manager was very professional and handled everything without issue.I cant say that for the Kia dealership on Akron Ohio where my wife had purchased hers.Were hoping when my wife needs service on her Kia Soul this dealership in Jamestown doesnt run her threw the wash cycle like they did.That dealership used Kias many recall bulletins to get the car there then CHARGED her for the diagnostics to evaluate whether her vehicle was effected by the recall.Were hoping Kia of Jamestown will reinforce that her vehicle has been properly maintained and the recall issues have been properly addressed.
I would give it zero stars if I could, they sold me a rusted out Kia soul that didnt even last a year. Just driving it home the battery died. Now in a lovely hole of debt so thank youuuu! Dont trust their cars, go somewhere else, they will take advantage of you

Friendly service took care of my van
Every time I go in there, they are unable to help me. The first time, my sunroof wouldnt close. They looked at it after I paid my $50 diagnostic fee, and they claimed that it just needed to be lubricated. They charged me $90 to get it lubricated, and it still doesnt work. Next, my engine blew up after an oil change. I found out about a recall on the engines 2 years later after spending $4000 to get a new engine put in. They claim my engine isnt one of the ones affected, even though I have been neurotic about maintenance, and the new oil didnt even cycle through the engine because the garage that put the new engine in said it was thick. Now, I have glue coming out of the passenger side seat belt harness. It is clearly a manufacturing defect as there is nothing I could do to to cause this, and the glue inside might possibly be affecting the passenger side airbag. They said that KIA will not cover the cost of the repairs. If I were a dealership, I would have at least waived the $50 diagnostic fee if they truly cared about their customers. This defect could be FATAL if the passenger airbag doesnt deploy in an accident. I asked, So you guys sold me a defective car, and now I have to pay for it? He said YES. So they are admitting that Kia vehicles are BAD CARS. I used to love my car, I paid a lot of money for it, and I was a believer in KIA and swore I would always buy one. Now, I cant wait until I can get rid of my KIA and get something else. I will NEVER buy a KIA ever again, and will make sure that everyone I know will not buy one, either. I work for a home builder, so I am going to make sure I tell all of my clients about all of the manufacturing defects in my Sportage, and we build for a countless amount of people in a 100+mile radius. Do NOT buy a KIA, and especially DO NOT buy from Kia of Jamestown. They dont care about their customers safety.
I am very pleased with all of my dealings with Kia of Jamestown! From purchase to follow up service - I have never had a dealership provide such personal and complete car care. My purchase was worry-free even though I was from out of town - and very fair. Price, trade-in and financing was better than anything I had expected. The service package provided with the purchase is awesome. Everything went so smoothly that I did not hesitate to drive over an hour and a half to return to take advantage of the offers. I would not hesitate to recommend Kia of Jamestown to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle! Even if it a distance to do so!
The place was clean and the social distancing polices were in place perfectly. I felt protected. They took great care of my Kia. My brakes are so much better since they fixed them.
I used to like taking my car here for repairs, not anymore. They charge you a hefty fee just to tell you what is wrong. That should have been disclosed when I made the appointment. The person that works the counter has no customer service skills. They tell me that I need ball joints, I just had them replace the same parts just a year ago, they act shocked and quickly say that the parts I bought a year ago are now out of warranty and I should be happy that they lasted as long as they did. I’m no mechanic but I’m sure those parts should have lasted longer. They over charged me for getting a starter replaced, if I could have trusted the car to start I would have left, but alas I had to take it. Won’t be back. I’ve bought three cars there, was a loyal customer but that was such a horrible experience and to be treated the way I was treated.... forget it. I’m not one for leaving reviews, especially bad ones but this place should be avoided if at all possible. Not reliable or honest anymore.
Immediate greeting and turn over of vehicle. Comfortable waiting room. Car was ready with oil change and three recall fixes and I was on my way. I had a good book to read, so all in all a nice morning.
Bought my last Kia in another city and had an awful experience with them selling me a car with mold in the A/C. Shopping at Kia Jamestown was quick, easy, and the staff were awesome. My Soul is BEAUTIFUL and I couldnt be happier with the service leading up to me driving away. I will definitely be coming back. Ron, youre great!

This is my girls ordealSold me a 2007 Toyota Yaris. It lasted 2.5 months. The bottom radiator hose just simply slid off( nobody checks this before they resell a vehicle?) and fluid drained out. Motor seized 300 dollars to tow it local. Their Toyota mechanic says 3000 to 9000 to replace motor. And nobody is responsible!!! . Oh they can run another credit check and get me into another loan and car .....BUT I still have to pay the other loan of almost 6000. Dollars too. Im disabled on a fixed income and it took them from Dec. 2018 to Feb 2019 just to put me in that one..Traci Cox
My seat got fixed but my gas cap is still not working properly. So Im going to have to try to see if they will fix it so it works.
I get to my Kia Shortage serviced there. I make a appointment. Not that long of a wait. The service desk people will answer any questions you have while you wait or they will give you a ride home & come back for you when their done and their always greet you with a smile. Clean. There is phone chargers on hand & coffee, tea & snack. Can also buy a car too.
I was welcomed with a smile. My filters for my heating and air had been ripped up by rodents. After they were replaced I drove off with a smile until I turned the fan up higher. The fan noise was bad. Back to the dealer I went at 4:30pm. Something fell into the fan and with a smile they cleaned it out even though it was time to go home. Thank you.

Had an unusual problem along with two recalls. Work was done quickly while I waited. Offered many amenities during wait. Pleasant, friendly personnel. Problem was solved....walnuts in the gear box. Great experience.

Recently bought a 2019 Kia Sorento and I absolutely love it. The person that helped us buy the vehicle ( Vic) made the experience go smoothly.
Went there to get mudflaps and an inspection.... They had my car for 3 hours but yet didnt take the time to scrape off all the old inspection residue and didnt even make sure the mudflaps were put on straight. I wont be headed back there anytime soon, another overpriced half hearted maintenance dept
Overall a great buying experience. Ron was a good salesman to work with. Hit a couple of snags while doing to deal but they were handled decently. Dont count Kia out when looking for a new car.

Brought vehicle in for an inspection and was told that I would need both front and back pads AND rotors in order for it to pass inspection . I was quoted a price of $860 for them to do it. Keep in mind I am a female. Not wanting to pay that much I spoke with my brother to see if he could call around to find me a better price. He called Monroe Muffler on Fairmount Ave and was given a quote for $600. He brought my vehicle there with me and dropped it off. Not long after, Monroe called and stated that the front pads and rotors still had 3/4 wear left to them and that there was no need to replace them.The moral of the story? Apparently we still live in an age where if you are a female you are viewed as a dollar sign with legs walking through the door of many service centers. Be prepared to be overcharged as there seems to continue to be a gender imbalance with auto repair pricing.

I took my car up there to have some recalls done ( we were not having any issues with the car, wanted to see what the noise we herd was and they told us they could fix the recalls) We dropped it off at 8am didnt get it back till 5pm. When my husband went to pick it up one of the parts they fixed ( again no problems with this at all) didnt work and now we have to take it up again another day to have it fixed even though they already did. We dont like close but its near our inlaws. So another day of lots of gas, to fix a part that wasnt broken that now dosnt work right!

Tried to test drive an SUV only to be told they couldnt find the keys, and to come back in an hour. They said if they couldnt find the keys they would get one made. Well 2 hours later the only response I get when I return is, sorry no update. Pathetic!!
Never trust them on price. A vehicle claiming to be $14,895 will cost you $29,888 as they say they fix the vehi1 but mever got a chance to. Change price
